I went here because I bought a tire on Facebook marketplace. Tom, the owner, helped get me taken care of on his day off when I destroyed my tire on Route 8. He had a used tire in just the make, model and size I was looking for -- all for a really great price. He was incredibly friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this shop based off my experience from my interaction with him if you're in this area.

Had my IS300 in for some suspension work, an alignment, and tires. Got the car back in good time, and was an absolute pleasure to work with the people here. I have a hard time trusting places to work on my cars and these guys really knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be back for more work!

They got the wheel alignment right, but not sure why they had my truck from 730am - 530pm on a Saturday. I had to wait 2 weeks before I was able to get the alignment done.

You can judge a business by how well they take care of you when their work doesn't go as expected. White Wheel responded with excellent service. No excuses, no delays...just, we'll pick up your car and take care of it. And they did. Even though it was a disruption to my day, things happen. Not adding to the inconvenience was a breath of fresh air. Thanks for the great service.

I brought my GTI in because I had been chasing a grinding noise coming from the front when going slow and braking.I tried basic stuff like rotors and brakes, even bearings. White wheel recommended replacing the passenger front wheel hub and drive shaft. Not sure which one was culprit but the car is much better now. The price was very reasonable as well.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my car here for a track-oriented alignment, wheel balancing, and asked them to drain a quart of oil. I was pretty happy with the service, I've got aftermarket suspension components but they were willing to work on them, unlike the last alignment place I'd been to. They did all that I asked, and rotated my tires correctly (directional tires, can't be used on all four corners) without me requesting it. I also felt that the price was very fair, and plan to use them in the future.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Needed an alignment after having new parts and tires installed on my wheelchair accessible van. I took it to White Wheel on 1/15/21 after another local shop botched it (and failed to correct their own work two times). White Wheel listened to all my concerns, looked at my steering wheel (which was not set to center) and after I received my van back from them it was driving wonderfully! The steering wheel was positioned correctly and my vehicle was no longer pulling towards the left. I was so happy I called on my way home to thank them. Trust the team at White Wheel to care for your vehicle like it s your own.

Recommended by a friend who has been going to White's for years. Glad I got my tires replaced here - they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. Also took the time to help me select some great all-season tires. They are not on my side of town, but I would come back here regardless. 5 stars!

I bought 8 tires for my 2 cars to beat the rush and get ready for winter. The price was right and Mike even notified me of (2 )$70.00 rebates available. Casey did a great job of mounting and balancing the wheels to make even the Cleveland Roads feel smooth. I would highly recommend White Wheel.

White Wheel Aligning Service is a family owned business. They do quality work on cars where they specialize in everything related to wheels and steering. They do brakes, mufflers, tires, oil changes, struts, springs, etc. They don't do engine and transmissions or body shop stuff. They have people who have years of experience and worked there 20 years or more. They do a lot of employee training and have many certifications. I have been going there for over 40 years and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They are fair and won't do work you don't need. They stay busy so always call for an appointment.

They did completely opposite of what I asked them to do. I asked for my front tires rotated to the back and my new tires that I provided put on the front. I left a clear note in the envelope for the key drop saying to do so. My new tires were put on the back and my back rotated to the front. So now I have two tires in the front leaking and my new tires in the back. I was charged over $100 for this. I spoke over the phone and agreed upon bringing my car back a few days later to get the front tires sealed. When I took my car back a few days later they asked me for another $80. I refused the service and will be taking my car somewhere else. Do not go here! Their customer service was very professional about this situation. I have to give them that.

Had a flat tire on I-90 passing through Ohio. Found White s add on web with great reviews, called Tom brought vehicle right over. They had the tire fixed and we were back on schedule in no time. Big shout out to Whites for their excellent service and getting us back on the road !

Family run business and personal touch work ethic. I was pleased to be referred to the White alignment service when my regular auto service location was unable to complete an older vehicle alignment. I sat inside the lobby while my vehicle was promptly attended to and heard so many positive comments by both old and new customers who walked in. Support small business and get treated like royalty. There is no greater consumer outcome than to feel that you have been let in on a long-held secret to the success of a three-generation ownership location. I saw that myself today and surely will be back.

These guys have the expertise and service to handle any wheel/alignment problem (among other things). I would trust no one in the NE Ohio area more than White Wheel. Staff is very courteous as well. There is a reason White Wheel is highly regarded among car enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

I live in the neighborhood so it is convenient. I have had estimates on cars I have owned to have repairs done and Whit Wheel is always priced right for the job. I do trust their work too.

I knew what was wrong w car, and made appointment for 8:00 am. I got there on time and went next door for breakfast at their recommendation. It took them 3 and a half hours for a 30 minute job. Unacceptable. They only charged me for 1 hour. I went out of my way to go to White because a friend recommended them. Too bad they don't think customer's time has value. It was my first and last visit to White wheel.

A truly professional tire shop with the best equipment and amazing customer service. Had them do a road force balancing on my car and couldn't be any happier with the result. Had them work with me through various late/early pick ups and drop offs. Highly recommend this shop!

OK, so I like to give my business to the local stores, companies etc... Well, I have been to White Wheel a few time and overall was satisfied but in Feb. I had a problem with a front tire, a noise whenever I changed lanes, I brought it to their attention and asked for it to be taken for a test drive. It wasn't at that time, he said "it's just a rotor issue" well I brought it back this week and now "it's a bearing issue" after they finally took it for a test drive. Some people on this site have stated they do not listen to the customers and I feel this has been the issue. Sadly, time to find a new local business, and finally I was recently sent a postcard thanking me for being such a great customer

So, first of all the people here are very friendly and pleasant. But, I brought my car here a year ago because it was making a squeaking noise related to the suspension and steering. White Wheel looked at it, and said and fixed one thing. Then when I test drove it afterwards and the noise was still there, they replace another thing, the ball joint free of charge. That was nice of them, but unfortunately it did not fix the issue. To be fair, I took it to another mechanic after White, who did the same thing. I finally took it to my dad's mechanic in Cinci, who immediately pinpointed the issue and noticed the lower control arm bars NOT greased. How could such experts of auto suspension miss something like a part needing grease? Hope you enjoyed the $1000. I wasted my time and money here. Don't make the same mistake.

Great shop, and prices for the level of service and attention you receive. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. They truly stand by their work which is hard to come by these days. All in all, I would, have, and will continue to recommend White Wheel to all of my family and friends.

It took them all day to balance my tires. Even hearing that they got behind and the guys just got back from lunch. Excuses aside, the re-balance made a big difference. However, three (3) days latter, the front end of the car started shaking horribly. I thought one of the tires was going to come off the car. I took it to my local shop, and they found one of the rims was loose\not torqued properly. After they tightened the lug nuts, the massive vibration was gone. I missed a days pay because they didn't properly torque all the wheels. The car only has 64k miles on it. Bottom line, I don't think I'll go back there as I can't afford to miss work because they can't do the basic things right.

Whites is awesome!..I took my 1961 Ford Galaxie Sunliner to Whites for major front end work..Car has been in my family since new..They did perfect work and made me feel like family!...Car came back to me perfect and without even a fingerprint on it!...Can't say enough good things about the place!...Mr. Tom White is I believe 3rd gen owner of this great company!..You see family takes great care of your family classic!...Rare place in today's world!
