I m a very satisfied customer with past experience in business dealings at this location. Honesty, trust, cleanliness, competence, fair, I think Mr. Washington is so far above average as a auto mechanic I m tempted to say that he s great as a mechanic and as a person. I can t say enough about how good I feel about any dealings I ve had with him.

Lewis Washington is one of the most honest mechanics there is in Cleveland. Not only does he do a good job but his prices are reasonable. When I have a question I always call Lewis Washington to get his opinion because I respect his opinion because he's an honest person.

Awesome customer service and care. Not only does he changes the oil, he checks the tires, all of the fluids, the brakes, the rotors, as well as teach you what to look for and what to say when you call for help. I highly recommend Mr. Washington for anything concerning your vehicle if you are a single, unmarried woman.
