I made my appointment online. Came in the wrong way but the team leader of the mechanics came inside and helped me. Gave us information about the different oils and we chose which one we wanted. I was kept informed throughout the process. He said it'd be a half hour but took an hour but it was fine walmart entertained us as we waited. We payed a reasonable amount. And off we went. Loved it and appreciated him helping us.

very cheap which is nice but they take so long. my appointment was at 9 and they didn t start on it till 11. i had to wait 2 hours for an oil change when i had scheduled my appointment 3 days ahead. the men at the front are very nice and helpful people though!

Worst place on earth. Waited four hours just to get two new tires put on. A week later I needed to replace a part, couldn t even get the tire off. The lug nuts were screwed on so tight and had no antisieze or nothing on them just metal rubbing together . It stripped every one and broke off. Employee Brian had worst customer service I ever encountered in my life! Do not go here! Save your time and money!

I have had an absolutely awful experience with this Walmart auto care center. My boyfriend purchased tires. They scheduled him an appointment and then proceeded to cancel the appointment same day he came to pick the tires up so that he could have them installed by someone else. They told him all four tires were ready. He got them. Only one tire could be found. We've now come back for an appointment. They said that it would be an hour. They texted him. His car was ready. We go to pick it up. They put all four of the wrong tires on his vehicle I would very highly recommend that you never come here. They're inconsideratean inconsistent.

Great prices, just had to wait longer then told, but it was that cold spell so very busy. But truly was at least 30.00 cheaper than anywhere else

Tires seemed fine. Price good. Said they had Goodyear and Douglas but when l came they only had Douglas. Long wait at the counter to tell them l was there for an appointment. Nowhere to sit while waiting for the car, went to Starbucks in the parking lot. Walmart only does tires and oil changes. Park in a space and go to the counter to say you are there. Good communication by text about when the car would be done. Staff were very nice.

Awful. Called beforehand to make sure they could do an oil change and nobody answered. Drove there to find there was no associate there to help people. I wandered around until I could find someone to help/call the associate over. When she finally came over she had an awful attitude. Very annoyed because this was the second Walmart auto I had been to today because the one didn t have anyone working. Finally just took my car to a take 5. Save yourself the headache.

Horrible! The guy that was there broke off two of the studs that hold my lug nuts . When I complained about it he got upset and didn t tighten any of my lug nuts by the time I got to the tire place to fix the studs he broke all but one of the lug nuts had fallen off. My wheels were wobbling and flat. Terrible service.

Brought 4 new tires here. They got completely worn off in 2 months. Came here to replace, they asked me to come next day and nothing happens. And my tire blew up while I was on the way.Iam waiting in line from 40 min. Iam second in line and there is no one here at the counter from the time they opened the store.

I brought my Mercedes Benz here for an oil change. First of all it took forever to get the job done and it wasn t like they were really busy (was later told cos my car is different, it took them a while to get around it). When they were done and I got into my car, I realized a piece has been ripped off my center console; apparently whoever worked on my car was messing with the interior and broke it. If you drive a German car or any type of luxurious car, don t bring your car here for anything.Service: Oil change

Had 8am appt. But no one came in until 9am, got new tires on my van, they did a good job tho for a place that was clearly lacking help/employees. I would recommend and use them again...

Obviously one goes to Wal-Mart first for their prices and you just hope you'll get decent customer service. My mom got her car serviced there and I needed to find out when she got an oil change and what was the starting mileage bc the light was on earlier than anticipated. I called morning, afternoon and night for about 3-4 days and couldn't get anyone on the phone which is a BIG problem. I finally got someone but they kept placing me on hold (but I was grateful they didn't hang up). When he finally spoke to me and I explained, he didn't listen at all and gave me a generic answer about how oil needed to be changed every 3k miles which is not true for every car and can depend on the oil used.. And everyone knows this, I needed starting mileage. So I repeated myself and asked him to look us up. He tried, in between talking to customers... and could NOT find us which was an even bigger problem. So if you have/want to go to Wal-Mart for their low prices, make sure to keep paperwork or be prepared to physically go into the store to possibly talk with someone if you have questions.

Where do I start? I came in for a tire repair because I had a slow leak. They called me because they couldn't start the car. I had to instruct them on how to start the vehicle! After that, they called to inform me that the tire was unrepairable and that they had to put a new one on, that wasn't a problem. However, after I got my car back, I realized that the tire that was replaced looked kind of low and the tire pressure sign was lit up on my dash. When I went back in to tell them about this, they went out to check it then one of the workers stated that he saw that the tire rim was cracked, but he thought that someone told me. Another worker went to his lunch break right after the job was done. Though they did refund me my money, it was a highly unprofessional experience and they most likely damaged my rim and did not tell me. They also had a hard time refunding me the money and couldn't put it back on my card, so they gave me cash instead. Please go somewhere if you value your vehicle and your time!

Worst tire experience so far. They damaged my tire that they weren't supposed to touch. After confronting them, they told me that they didn't do it and didn't have time for me and walked away. They put back on my 2 bad tires and sent me on my way. I had to buy 2 more tires at a different place. Also, as you will WAIT there (3hrs) you will see many aggravated customers as I did, but they didn't seem to care much. I can't believe that Walmart is ok with this type of service!Service: Tires

Terrible!!! Don't waste your time. Went after work, no technicians in duty. Called for manager, get this... there wasn't any there. I responded "that's terrible. He said we're hiring. Atab "The other gentleman said"I have an appt", his appt was for 4pm. He had to reschedule! I'll never go to Brookpark Walmart again. No Thanks! The manager

I saw the other reviews and was really nervous about receiving service, but nope not today!!! I wish I could remember all the people who helped me to mention them.....they were terrific!!! From the time I came in with worry on my face from the time I left. They were informative, patient, and had great customer service, even when I had to call back on the phone. Not one attitude was mean or nasty. Thanks for replacing my tires and help keep my family safe

They fixed my car in twenty minutes told me my tire was repairable after my dealership had done a HORRIBLE job and told me i needed a new tire, the manager at walmart auto store was very nice professional and fixed my car in no time and showed me the horrible job the dealership had done Thanks for the awesome job guys !Service: TiresService: Tires

They lack good customers service. I bought my tires from them and when one of them flats, I waited on the line for an hour before they told me that there's no certified technician to fix it for me. Previously I bought my car battery and it dead after 2 weeks and I waited on line for 2.75 hrs before I was told to leave my car and they will call me because some people are ahead me for service, for testing battery? I don't think so. Then I left for Steelyard location and it too them less than 15 minutes to address the issue. Thanks to their Auto Manager, Hassan.

Took 4hrs to get tires with appointment. Only had one certified mechanic in the shop and two trainees that didn't know anything about tires. Plus the store was cold didn't have seating. Closed early because of the certified mechanic left at scheduled time few hrs before usual closing time didn't have anyone to cover. Turned alot of customers away.

Made a horrible mistake by purchasing tires there. They managed to take 2 hours (>90 minutes actually working on it) to swap 4 tires. Then the air pressure was uneven on all tires. Service was unfriendly. The instructions on the website didn't mean anything since they have their own rules and behave like the customer is an idiot for not knowing them. Attitude was plentiful and incompetence is an art form there. Enjoy watching the people working on your car. They have a lot of fun with each other and manage to stretch simple tasks in amazing ways. The place is badly managed. I cannot imagine that anyone would go there a second time. I will definitely not make any more purchases there.

This place made two appointments for us to have tires put on our vehicle only for us to arrive for a 7am appointment to find they didn't have the tires in stock! We were told twice over the phone that yes, they had the tires and would install them. The clerk was very rude and literally sneered when she informed us that they did not have the tires. She acted as if it was our mistake although the clerk who had made the appointment had looked up tire size for us according to vehicle type. She offered no solution. The place itself was dirty. I will never go back.

The tires a good deal, your automotive department does not hold up their end. I would never recommend anyone going there. They don't do what your customer service department says they'll do...

They never answer the phone. I had my oil changed, they never reset the timer. They say there's no appointment required for oil changes but when you arrive you get turn you away because they say it's not enough people available. Why not allow people to schedule appointments for the service? They never answer the phones at this Wal-Mart anyways so it's all a fail for customer service here.

They don't even deserve a star Worst experience ever Always a long line, and no manager is available.Technicians always do not show up even if you have an appointment, and the manager will tell you there is nothing we can do after waisting more than 2 hours every time just waiting.Not recommended, the one steelyard better services and the people working over there are more professional.

You guys are the worse place ever to get an oil change at. It makes no sense that it takes 2-4 for a simple oil change. I will never come back I ll rather pay someone $60 for an oil change before I sit in that place again that long for a simple ass job. I would never recommend anyone to go here for an oil change or tire issues they move so slow &nd don t give a damn about the customers waiting hours for their car. I ll continue to go to Valvoline cheaper &nd very great customer service 15 min job like they say.

For being very short staffed, they provided excellent service. Granted, I had to wait 3 hrs, but you can't expect just 2 or 3 Techs to finish a whole list of cars. It takes time to work on cars, and to do it correctly. If anything, it's not the Techs fault, I'd blame upper management for not scheduling more Techs!

Service writer didn't know how to do his job for me to even get checked into my appointment. Not helpful at all and tires ordered online weren't at the auto center like they do at other Walmart's.

The lady who helped me pick out my tires as very upbeat and courteous. The technician on the other hand was downtrodden and lethargic.
