I never like to write negative reviews however my experience/service with vip auto body was really underwhelming read below!!The main reason I chose this company to repair my vehicle was because of the repair turn around time that was given to me of two weeks max being that I had minor damage to my vehicle. Simple crack/scratched bumper that needed repair and a steering wheel air bag replacement. I was lead on to believe, that I would receive my car back in a timely manner. However that was not the case, they had my car for 6 weeks and never communicated with me to give me any updates throughout the process I eventually had to call them to see what was going on after a month and was told my car would be ready in 2 more days. Great news right NO. Again I was ghosted didn t hear from them until 2 weeks later. What made matters worse I had to pay $290 a week x6 while they had my car to get to work. And once I received my car back the fit and finish was not professional. My cruise control no longer worked so I had to go to a Honda dealership and sit for 4hrs to get it fixed before I went on vacation. One of the buttons on my steering wheel no longer works( I can t press it in at all). Then while driving a couple of the pieces from bumper fell of a day after I picked it up from the shop and I have no idea where the pieces fell off on the road. Now I ll have to spend even more money to get these items professionally repaired!!!

I stopped in at this shop to see if they could help me with a noise under my car. The mechanic reached under my car in the parking lot and found the piece of metal that was loose and tightened it up. He said it would not last for now but needed to be fixed and go to a muffler shop. He wouldn't take any money for his help. I love that this is a place where people are helpful, friendly, honest, and even though this was not where I needed to be for my problem, I will be back for body work on my other vehicle! Thank you so much!

I had my car painted this summer and it's absolutely beautiful and was done prior to the date I was given, and on budget. The owner was very patient with me as I tried to decide on a color, even though my final choice was not to change it. He recommended a few details to make it stand out at no extra charge. He was extremely personable and friendly. If I didn't live in Columbus I would take my car there for any work I need on it! Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with the shop. He repaired my vehicle and it looks brand new . I would recommend them to all my family and friends. They were professional and polite. He was honesty and reasonable. I will go back to him again.

I took my car recently to this shop and Shaker was very professional and has great customer service. He had me in and out within a day and made my vehicle look back as good as new. I also hardly ever leave reviews as much as I should but I definitely had to take time to write this review. Very good shop to take your car!!

I usually don't leave negative reviews because I can't be bothered but this time upset me enough that I should.Car was hit mildy and should have been a simple bumper/headlight/fender swap.Got the car back first time, panel gaps were all messed up, brand new paint on new fender was already cracking down to metal.Called the guy gave him another chance. Second time panel gaps were a tad better but still way off from perfect, paint was still cracked. Some overspray. Hacky and rushed for sureI paid out of pocket, but if it was through insurance it would probably been a rejected repair.Also price for repairs is high. Definitely did not use OEM parts.

The owner worked with me to get the lowest prices on parts since I was paying out of pocket. They fixed my car very efficiently and it looks new again. If you need body repair this is a place you can trust :)

Incredibly friendly and helpful! I came in to get an estimate for repairing my passenger. After shopping around to different body shops, and I was thrilled to find that they gave the lowest estimate. The owner was really clear and direct: he gave me options, laid out the price differences & estimates, and told me I could expect it back. I left it there that day, and by the third morning, I got a call to pick up my car. I am pleased to say that the repaired side of my car looks better than the other! They also do mechanical repairs, and I will definitely be returning for future fixes and repairs on my car.

I went in with a busted windshield and body work needed as well. I was nervous seeing I ve never had to leave my car in a shop before. All my worries were shut DOWN when I walked up to my car! It was shining!! Perfect condition and great help from these guys. I really appreciate the hard work! I love my new car!! BIG REFERRAL!!

VIP Auto Body Repair & Collison is fantastic. After getting into a car accident last month, I decided to take my car for an estimate. I am glad I decided to go with them. Extremely fast service I dropped off my car on a Monday and it was ready by Tuesday afternoon. They are honest fair and have fantastic prices. They did an excellent job. I brought my car in for an estimate on some fender work, VIP was substantially less than 3 other quotes (by $700). They were also able to do all the work in one day and made the process very easy. I lease my car and not only did my taillight get busted while parked on the street, but there was damage done to the trunk and bumper. Using my insurance, we decided we may as well take care of all of it including the damage to the paint on the bumper. I had just bought my car then i got into a car accident, I was so devastated to see that I was not happy with what I seen ! fortunate for me got it in within 2day and I thought it'll never look new again!Someone had told me about VIP auto body repair googled it first person I called and was very happy with the results .The whole crew were super respectful and helped me through every step, not to mention how fast within less then a week I had my car. I didn't have to talk to my insurance he did all the work. And now my car looks brand new again. Thank you shaker you all did an excellent work.

Mediocre. They did not take the time to replace an arm that was completely out of alignment which I had to take it to the Honda dealership. They did replace my front bumper which was nice of them. Thanks guys for an ok job. You guys kinda satisfied me but are costing me 295 for parts and 170 for labor. Thank you also there was a tire included in the quote which you guys did not give to me. Shaker did an excellent job fixing up my car and accommodating my request to have my car towed to his shop close to closing time on a Saturday. I ve had work done by VIP Auto Repair twice now. First time, front of my car was totaled (my fault). Second time, I got hit on side (not my fault). Both times, VIP did fantastic work, good as new, couldn t tell there had been any damage done whatsoever. Lowest price after shopping around, the guy even fixed an extra part that was not in my initial quote just because on my first incident. Last, he was very quick in turning around my car both times so I could get back to my normal routine. Highly recommend VIP Auto Repair.Service: Body & Trim
