The customer service was personable and warm. They were courteous and helpful. The salesman, (Robert) made me feel like family and worked diligently to close the deal. I am glad I purchased from them. My one critique would be that their team as a whole could do better with internal communication. There was some confusion with delivery which resulted in me flying out to pick up rather than having it delivered. It worked out but the confusion resulted in some stress on my part. Overall though, this was a great experience. I recommend for sure. Ask for Robert!

A great environment and welcoming staff. I had a great experience with Robert getting all the necessary information about the car, pricing, and leasing process. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He is a great sales consultant and being a young buyer he never made us feel uncomfortable and made us feel more confident in the whole process.

What a great experience I had there they welcomed me with open arm like I was family and made the experience of buying a car non stressful. Robert my sale person was really knowledgeable on the vehicle that I was looking at. I do recommend Robert as your sale person he really made this experience amazing shopping for a car. Rachel the finance manager really worked hard to find the right loan for me. That right there show me how hard they worked for me to get the right loan. I do recommend them for your new future vehicle

Let s get to being honest here I love it there very clean professional nice presentation and set up cars are amazing looking and the staff are all very nice well groomed dressed and up to par ROBERT who was my sales agent he was the best I ve ever worked with I wish aww car sales men were like him respectful funny very educated about the vehicles and very VERY PATIENT when I tell you that man is the BOMB . Com he is what he is he worked with me for like almost two weeks DAY IN AND DAY OUT IM TALKING 12-1 AM type of time sending documents making sure they were right clear clean cut could see everything he was just a pleasure to work with the owner was also very nice welcomed me to the family gave great advice and was very educated in his company and what was done needed to be done expected and I respect that I never had that much fun buying a car and being in a car arena as much as I enjoyed this experience I m never going anywhere else I m HERE YOU GUYS ARE STUCK WITH ME SIGNING OUT ZANDEA VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND NEW FAMILY MEMBER

I live in Vermont, but found a listing for an Alfa Romeo Stelvio at Tradewinds that was fairly priced and was the vehicle I was looking for. My sales rep Josh was wonderful to work with, made the long distance transaction smooth before I arrived, and even picked me up from the airport when I came to take delivery of the vehicle. I couldn t ask for more. The experience at the dealership was professional, courteous, and efficient, and the vehicle was as promised and described. I would highly recommend this dealership for a high end vehicles and great customer service.

Robert was terrific, helpful, patient, and a nice individual all around, for which we are grateful. We're still looking for a truck after all this time. Visit Tradewinds if you want someone who will be there for you every step of the process and genuinely appreciates what they do!

I recently bought a car from Tradewinds Motors. After reading some good reviews I decided to make the drive and check them out.Im so glad I did, the customer service was great, the salesmen were awesome .They weren't pushy and very helpful. They also got me financed with less then perfect credit. The entire team was great.I was able to leave in the car I wanted.Thanks again to everyone at Tradewinds.

Rachel was fantastic! She helped us understand our options when it came to financing and down payments. Tim was also very helpful and gave us a lot of good information, very kind! We drove 6 hours to get our vehicle and it was great to have such a wonderful experience. I certainly recommend purchasing from Tradewinds Motor Center!

This place is the worst. My daughter bought a car from them a month ago. We got 15 minutes away from dealer and the said driveline error. Called Robert our sales person, he told me Tim the gm said to see what issue is and he'd make it right. Took it to a specialized diesel the next day and it had all kinds of stored codes. Got an estimate for repairs. Now Tim says he'll call and doesn't. They don't respond and they don't try to resolve issues. Next step is Better Business Bureau and legal counsel! These issues were stored in vehicle prior to purchase. Please save yourself money and heartache! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!Stay away save your money. They blocked me on Facebook!Check out BBB complaints. I'm not the first!!!!

I was totally disappointed when my 2010 Kia Forte had to be put out to pasture after 15 years of being the best car ever however, Tradewinds saved the day LITERALLY! Not only did they take my Kia as a trade, they also assisted me in getting into a car I had always wanted (Mini Cooper S). The transition wasn t as smooth initially due to communication, needed parts etc however, Rachel, Chad and Tim made it happen for me. Tim was also compassionate and allowed me to borrow two vehicles so I could continue my work as a Home Travel Nurse, until my car was ready for pick up. Thanks to the team for going ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me during a difficult time. You all ROCK !!

Very unprofessional staff. Don't expect them to follow up with you at all. Visited the place and test drove an alfa romeo, made an offer on it in person and sales rep Josh said he'd get back to me on it as it was end of day. Couple days passed and never heard back, had to reach back out myself to get an answer. Wasn't like I lowballed them, just noticed it needed new tires and rotors. Wouldn't budge on price which was fine, but either way out of respect would have appreciated a response. I was interested in a different alfa at that point. Came to an agreement on the price with I assume the manager Tim and went over the numbers on the phone with Rachel..had some small questions about payment and warranty and said she'd get back to me. Never heard back again. No emails or text. Days later as I got busy with work I decided to call, at this point noticed they increased the price of the car online, Rachel said someone just walked in to buy it and would "get back to me". They knew I had planned to make the trip the next day so I wanted an answer. Again no response. Had to call myself to hear it has apparently sold. Worst car buying experience I've had and pretty low business practices.

Robert, Robert, Robert! Go see Robert at Tradewind Auto! He took care of me and my partner from the first moment we walked in. He was so attentive, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.There were a few glitches but Robert came through like Superman and saved the day.Robert also told me if I had any questions about my Tesla to give him a call. He has been true to his word, even after the sale!

i drove 3 hours for my toyota camry and am happy with it. Lazar was very helpful, responsive, and answered all the questions i had. it has been difficult to get ahold of them and get answers after purchase though regarding warranty and a missing piece they said they would cover. otherwise, it has been a good purchase
