Dhan at Touch Above Auto has been the go-to expert for my 2015 Ford Fusion over the past few years. OMG!! This place is magnificent. The service is outstanding, customer service is superb and the work .. is above alll !!! I have never been so satisfied with my vehicles. The owner is very honest about what s going on with the vehicles and does the work in a very reasonable time. This shop was recommended to me by my mom and I m thankful she found it.

Before I went to Touch Above Auto to get my car fixed. I always get more then one estimate. The first place told me I needed brakes, rotors and struts. The owner of Touch Above Auto Don took the time to look at my car and told me I need struts. Don then said I have like 6 months still left on my brakes. Don explained if my stirring wheel is vibrating or grinding when I press the brakes , bring it in . Never knew about stirring wheel vibrating. I would of thought it was my tires. There was a time I'd only let the dealership work on my vehicles. That was until I first came across the owner Dhanraj at Conrad's downtown location. After finding out he was Conrad's #1 ASE master tech, I couldn't help but give him a shot and ever since he's never given me a reason to take my car back to the dealership. Went to ask for an estimate, basically they will not talk to you without an appointment. I asked if I could come back in a few days same time and they said come back in a week. Was a small dent and basically the owner gave me attitude and said he did not have time for me. Bad customer service, was all about them and not the customer.

It s a pleasure to recommend A Touch Above Auto. A friend referred me about 1 year ago, and since then I ve taken all my vehicles there, for everything mechanical, AC, tires, body work and more. They fix all makes of vehicles.I highly recommended without reservation.Dhan, Rita and their team, are the best in Cleveland. I can t say enough good things about this place. The owner, Mr. Dhanraj Kissoon, is the most genuine, honest, and caring individual I have ever met in the auto industry. 10 out of 5 stars!! My parents car needed some work done, but while looking around several places in Cleveland, I found myself paying hundreds of dollars for diagnostics alone before being able to get a reliable quote. Then came the tricky situation, where I only had a seemingly detailed report but without the opportunity to see what was truly wrong with the car and faced with the notion of if you don t fix everything as we tell you to, then expect a big trouble and thrown a quote bomb. I went to Dhanraj as a last resort, after hearing several of my friends speaking very highly of him. Dhanraj not only showed me and my parents what the problems were, right there on the car, but he also explained which parts could still be used and which parts must be replaced and why, in lay terms. What this man does is beyond business he deeply cares about each customer, both in terms of their safety and budget. His pricing was extremely reasonable and transparent, never a hefty price tag under the notion of high quality and safety . He charged what he quoted and there were absolutely no surprises. The quality of work done was A+.I also had an issue with a third-party tire alignment company telling me Everything is fine after not touching the rear tires at all, with no explanations or recommendations on what should be done (just that the machine gave no readings, after much interrogation); Dhanraj took the issue at hand, made sure the alignments came out perfect at another local shop. The final numbers that came out were just a wow . As its name suggests, Touch Above Auto really goes above and beyond, far more than what I m used to seeing in this business. Getting to know Dhanraj has been the biggest blessing out of the whole experience, after weeks of frustration and feeling being taken advantage of. Despite the relatively small-appearing repair shop, this man is a true gem. I wish there were more car mechanics like him, and I m entrusting my whole family s cars, myself included, to this guy for any car-related issues.
