When my tires were being put on the rims, the owner came to the front and asked me if my truck was shaking previously. I said no because my truck has always ridden smooth. He said he asked because my rim had a dent. That was new information to me. When I got on the highway later, my truck / steering wheel was shaking ridiculously. My truck hasn t shaken since I purchased it

Got a flat tire on the 90 at 530 PM, on a road trip going from New York to Wisconsin. Geico roadside assistance was useless, saying that their network partners or something were closed and to call tire places ourselves. Found these guys and couldn't be happier. Mohammad patched me up and had us out in a few minutes. Thank you so much everyone! Happy New Year!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Long story short, I got my car towed to them because my tire looked crazy deflated & I asked them whether it was my tire that needed replaced or I needed a new rim. A tall foreign man told me I needed a new rim because mine was cracked I called before getting my car towed there & the same foreign man told me they had the exact rim for my car. After 20 mins of them taking my rim & tire to the back, the man came out and told me the rim they had for my car was cracked as well (never was told that on the phone even though I called TWICE). He said that I could have them put their cracked rim onto my car & give me a new tire. I said no & to keep my original cracked rim and put a new tire on. After they did I called my uncle and we went to the tire shop across the street from Max Hayes to get another uncracked rim. The workers at the second shop told me & showed me that my rim was NOT cracked at all whatsoever. The Tire Guys are unprofessional and money hungry trying to get over on me because I am a female and I came alone.

I got a tire from them about a week ago, well today the same tire they replaced came off while I was driving because they didn t tighten the lugs!! The tire hit another person and caused damage so guess who s responsible? I am!! Do not go to this place!! They keep taking my pictures off from the police report and bill!!

They give bad tires and after 10 days they say pay for new tires, If you want to get cheated by them, go ahead. The tires having bubbles and they will say it s not my problem. Worst place I ve ever been

Amazing prices on refurbished tired of various quality, $40 to $65 per tire for my car. I normally would never go to a place like this, but a car repair shop highly recommended them. The place is very ad hoc and informal, there is no lobby, cashier desk, showroom, brochure, paperwork, parking lot, or even car lifts. I parked on the side and had to grab an emplyees attention. They only had one shop bay already in use, so they had me park on the side walk in front of the shop. They came out with two jack's, lifted the front of my car, and within 30 minutes removed, mounted, balanced, and installed two new(er) front tires.It was a unique experience I wouldn't suggest for everyone, but I'm happy with the results and just had fun standing to the side watching the owner chit chat with other immigrants about language and where they were from.

Tire Guy did an excellent job replacing all four of our tires an hour before they closed. They were affordable and extremely kind. Highly recommend going here. They have every type and size of tires. The owners are also wonderful.Service: TiresService: Tires

I go here all the time to get my tires plugged. If you pick out a tire. Take a blue paint marker and put a dot on it. Best place to go if you get a flat.(they are open on Sunday!) If you get a replacement tire make sure it's the same one you bought. Those who look at my reviews know I keep it real. If you have locks on your tires make sure to get your "key lug remover" back. They are fast and efficient. If you chose to replace your tire from them ask to see it. Dot the replacement. Don't worry you can get it off. Once you drive away you are hit. I only use this place for emergency repairs.

These guys are awesome. Got there 10mins til they closed & they got both front tires balanced & put on for me at a great price. Extremely kind & I can't explain how grateful I am because nowhere else had the tires I needed. They get all the stars in the Galaxy from me. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in at 4pm on a Sunday needing all 4 tires that were an odd size. They had use out the door in 30 minutes with nice used tires cheap.

So impressed. They plugged my flat and put it on all within 10 minutes. As a female i get anxious that repair shops will take advantage of me like that have in the past. Not an issue here. Great, fast service priced right. I ll be back for all my tire needsService: TiresService: Tires

Really nice guys. I ran over a nail and kept losing tire pressure slowly so I stopped by late on a Sunday recently. They had the tire off, found the nail, patched the tire, and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes! Great experience!Service: TiresService: Tires

Worse place ever . I picked a nice tire out and they did not put that tire on. They switched my good tire with a bad tire and now I STILL have a tire. They got me for over almost $100 dollars. My steering is horrible now because they gave me an unsafe tire. OFCOURSE I brought it in the next day and they WOULD NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE IT. It was a huge rip of and they are more shady then the block they work on. Completely unreliable. Not to mention after they were done one of my bolt in my brake calipers were missing. How shady can you be. Beware of this place!!!

These guys are wonderful! Cheap, good tires, fast and friendly service. And they are honest. I asked if my other tires were bad, and they said just one, it was the one I already knew about.

They sold me a used tire that was flat within 2 days. They fixed it and now it has a rim leak. They told me it went flat because I probably ran over a nail on the way home. Seriously? It clearly had a leak when they put it on. I ll NEVER return here. The worst.

I discovered The Tire Guy completely by accident.I needed a new tire mounted and, my spare tire repaired or replaced.I am SO SO glad that I did stumble upon them.I was able to pull in almost as soon as I pulled up and right away the tire was being addressed.When I mentioned that there was something wrong with my spare tire and admitted I had no clue if it needed to be repaired, or replaced completely, he checked it and was completely honest with me and told me it just needed to be sealed.They could have totally taken advantage of me and told me I needed to replace it completely, I wouldn't have known the difference but, they didn't.Honesty and integrity are worth their weight in platinum and are things that earn loyal customers for the long haul.Oh and, on top of all this, what they charged me for mounting my tire and repairing my spare was SO reasonable that I had to have him it repeat it make sure I had heard correctly!!The Tire Guys tire shop is absolutely the one to visit the next time you're having tired issues!

Needed two back tires. Bought used for under 100$. Tread nice and thick. No more stopping to put air in both back tires. God is good and blessed are the tire guys.

OMG!!! I thank Abraham and his associate for their quick and thorough service!! I needed a flat tire repaired and my spare put back underneath my car. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Got a lesson on changing a tire. And this was on a Sunday!! Highly recommend this business!

I went to another local business about a slow leak on a tire. They recommended I replace the tire and sold me a used one. Within a week, I had a slow leak in the same tire! I went to Tire Guy because they were open on a Sunday, and even though they were closing within the hour, the mechanic there immediately checked it out, performed numerous tests, and was able to find the leak and fixed it before my eyes! The price was amazing, he seemed legitimately concerned about my problem, and it was really cool to be able to see how tires get plugged! I'll be back here for all my tire needs.

I love this place. Good, honest, friendly guys. All four of my tires needed replacing. I received a set of barely used tires for a third of what new tires would have cost. They also told me that I needed a wheel alignment and places that I could get one for reasonable prices.
