Been here a few times. Always gotten in and out super fast. Places like these are perfect for people who don't have the time or patience to schedule service at a dealership or places like Conrad's. Service is always friendly and swift! Military vets and active duty members get 25% off! Amazing value and decent prices here! Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! We came 20 minutes before closing, but they still provided excellent service. We worked with Luke R and Matthew P and they were both so polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely be coming back for all of my oil changes. (They gave us cold water bottles, too!)

Stopped at the Take 5 at Bagley Road for a quick oil change as I was definitely overdue. They changed my oil, topped off my fluids. Steve and his very capable, fast working, very thorough crew were awesome. Handed me a water right off the bat! Informed me of an issue that needed my attention. Got me back on the road before I could even finish my water. I would definitely recommend their 5 star treatment and work. Thanks you and your team.

I dealt with Sean today and God was he polite... Offered me a Water at Entrance... He even went out of his way to save me money... I got an Oil Change and Air Filter and Coolant Flush and Wiper Blades... The guy was just awesome and I defined recommend this place and PLEASE ask for Sean!... He went above and beyond for me and it was FIRST time there!... Won't be my last!... Great Person and VERY friendly!

Absolute worst experience getting an oil change i ve ever had. They pulled me into the garage and let me sit there for 30 minutes while they helped 2 other cars that pulled in after me, and didn t even acknowledge that i had been sitting there. I feel like every single time i come to this location it s unorganized and all they feel like doing is upselling. do better.

Excellent and friendly service. No upsell pressure. Been there twice now. Visited it around 8 am both times. Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to get in. Great drive thru oil change experience. The staff, ladies and gents, all, are very knowledgeable and courteous. Love the quick In and out experience, without compromising the quality. Easy to fit in between other errands. Thanks!

i've been coming here for years with a few different cars and i've literally never had a bad experience at any location i've went to. always incredibly friendly and never any pressure i always know my cars being taken care of and i'm not getting pressured into buying anything unnecessary or overpriced

came for an oil change. everyone seems clueless on what was going on. there was 5 different people working on my car. one of the the managers i m sure her name was Tonya. was very unprofessional during the whole process. she was acting childish and playing around in the workplace. as i was leaving with my newborn and boyfriend in the car. LITERAL fireworks were thrown at my vehicle. we seen her laughing in the office after we investigated the situation. we called the police on this business but police weren t able to help since she clocked out and left. even contacted the owners and they acted as if it wasn t a big deal. super hazardous mixing fire with oil. especially with my child in the vehicle. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

The ladies who are part of the amazing crew made the experience an exceptional one. Clearly communicated all actions being done, spoke to me in terms I could understand and I enjoyed some delightful conversation. This was my second time at this location, and it was the first time experience that brought me in again. And this time it was even better. Closed at 3pm on a Tuesday. I pulled up to find all bays blocked with cones and 2 vehicles parked off to the side. Hours are stated as 7am-8pm. If you are going to be closed during normal business hours, then put cones at the driveway so customers don't enter then have to figure out how to get out since all ways to exit are blocked.

My brother took my car in for me last week to get an oil changed. He is mentally "slow" for lack of a better description (highly functioning). They told him I needed a coolant change and not knowing any better, he told them OK. I had a coolant change done by another company in March of 2023. I believe he was taken advantage of and it costed me another $111.00! Please beware. We won't be taking our cars to another Take 5 again.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Brought a vehicle in that was in pretty bad shape. I had just recovered it from someone I had loaned it too....Somehow it had lost its oil cap and was just spewing oil everywhere under the hood. It was a complete mess....Well, The crew there did an excellent job with my oil change. It was fast, friendly and phenomenal. But they also took the time to clean off the oil from everything they could. Making my engine literally gleam again.A huge Thank You and a big shout out to the Manager, Taryn for all her hard work and effort."You run a tight ship over there. I hope it keeps sailing smoothly. It's very convenient, but it's way more expensive than it should be for an oil change. I have a small sedan and it cost $109 just to get a full synthetic oil change. I also used their $7 off coupon from their website and it still cost that much. All of the parts and oil would probably cost $65 if you did it on your own. I just had to get it done quickly, so it was out of convenience for me.

I forgot to mention that I was paying using a fleet company and the guy Zach got nasty with me about it. Everyone is human and forget. I have a 17 hr drive and I'm trying to get things done before getting on the road. I'm thankful for the manager she was very nice when she came out to help me. I was out of town, and in a bind as one of my emergency engine lights came on. The tech who handled me was SUPER kind, and really went above and beyond what he needed to, but his actions made me feel safe to drive my car the almost 3 hours back to my home so I could make accommodations for my car to be fixed up thoroughly. We don't have Take 5s in my town, but I would definitely return to one because of the team here. Thank you!Service: Oil change

The people who work at the Take 5 location I go to are always very nice, quickly get my car in and out, and always do a great job. I have never had issues with my car after having it serviced by them. They get my car in and out quickly - and a nice touch is offering a bottle of water when I drive in. They all work together to get me in and out quickly, which as a busy, working mom I really appreciate. I highly recommend this business!Service: Oil change

Nathan and his team are great! I went in today with concerns of the oil in my car being low. They checked it for me, topped it off, and also checked everything else since I was going on a long trip. And they did everything while smiling (you can tell they are happy even with a mask on) and having a fun time! Best experience at an oil change location. Won't be going anywhere else from now on!Service: Oil change

Used to go to Valvaline in Param, however they were short with me and refused to even check to see if they had my filter. Drove 15 minutes to Take 5, they were quick and friendly. Great service. Don't go to Valvaline.

My son was visiting some friends in the Cleveland area and started to have some car issues and needed an oil change. He went to Take 5 Oil Change on 17780 Bagley Rd. They were extremely professional and courteous as I was over 100 miles away at home. They went above and beyond what they had to do and didn t charge him any extra for extra work they did. They saw he was in a tough situation was were just trying to help him out. Thank you guys. Your TEAM rocks at this location.

Super fast, great prices and even gave me a military discount! I'm bringing my other vehicle back in the morning to get that one done too. This location is a little out of the way for me, but the workers are too nice, and they don't try to hard-sell you on optional upgrades(Update: just left after servicing my other van the next morning)

I used this place ONCE and will never go back. They took the factory oil plug from my Mazda and replaced it with a cheap aftermarket part. I didn t notice this until I went to do my own oil change the next time my car was due. Basically, they stole from me and gave me a stripped old bolt they found on the shop some where. My question is if there was damage done to my car who thinks they would have done anything about it? This business is untrustworthy and they steal. Avoid this place at any cost.Service: Oil change

Greeted with a water.. Joey made sure everything was good with my car. Used a coupon that worked perfectly.. fluids topped off, tires put to right pressure , I ll definitely be back
