Highly recommend! We were traveling through town with a diesel van/RV and had a fuel leak. The staff at this garage did not hesitate in getting us in and addressing the issue, even though they had a full docket of repairs for the day. We were safely on the road again in two hours. Other places said you ll just have to leave the van and wait. This garage went above and beyond in helping a traveler passing through. If I lived here, they would do all my service!

My experience was absolutely great!! They saved me a great deal of money that the dealer was going to charge me double for and even misdiagnosed. The staff was very courteous, efficient and literally had my vehicle for less than an hour. I would most definitely recommend them!!!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Terrible communication. Got yelled at over the phone by the owner Jay due to the project taking longer than he expected. They then raised the price once the cars were done and wouldn t let me leave unless I paid additional $200. Threatened me and drove me to the atm to withdraw $200. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Hello guys. Like I said I would do. I had to repost in light of the info that was presented to me. The guys there, sat me down and explained the situation to me in detail. I had my own agenda in mind when I came to them and that was not the case. Now I have to " eat my words ". And publicly apologize to them for my harsh reaction and low review. I feel confident that these guys can handle the job. Again ! My sincere apologies. P.S. never go in upset, or with your own agenda. Cause that'll only hinder the work that's needed to be done.

Kristen and Bob were wonderful at explaining what needed to be done and why. Our truck ran, rode, and sounded so much better after they worked on it. Their inspection was thorough and they were willing to break the work needed into chunks that made sense to accommodate my budget (like doing suspension work separately from the dump bed lights).It s so nice to find a shop willing to do an inspection so I can plan and schedule repairs to our small fleet instead of constantly reacting to break downs.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

They are the best. We have used them for over 15 years and they have helped me keep our cars on the road and rolling for close to 200K miles each time. Also, they offer great advice if you're not sure if something should be repaired. Mike and Jackie have a great group of professionals.

After going to a different auto repair business for 10+ years, I realized I needed a second opinion. I had heard about Suburban but had never been. Now I will never go anywhere else. The staff at Suburban was professional and courteous. I worked with Bill and Tim initially and was offered a free loaner until my car was done. Well, it was done that day and for a very reasonable price. When I went back to get my car, Bill and Tim were still there. Along with the owner, Mike. The service was impeccable. Thank you for a job well done, guys!!

My boyfriend and I got an emergency tow to Suburban very late at night after having a pretty serious break down while traveling. Not only did the guys here have time to help us with our oversized vehicle first thing in the morning with no prior warning, they lent us a car to use for the day and had us back on the road by the afternoon. The price we paid (for quite a few different repairs) felt more than reasonable and the people here are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We joked as we were leaving that maybe we should break down in Cleveland more often. I can t recommend this place enough!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair

Took my car to the shop after having my check engine light on and not being able to pass the E check. Mike and Bob were great and got it all taken care of for me. The light is now off and my car drives great. They even gave me a loaner car at no cost to me while they were working on it so that I could continue to work. Great place, great customer service, and very trustworthy in a not so trust worthy industry. Thank you!

The work they do is very good, if you can get a ride and pick your car/truck later you are probably in luck. I waited for my car, I had a 8:30 appt. for front brakes. At 10:12 I was told I needed rear, not front brakes, no problem. I finally left there going on 1:00. Not ideal, could've been given updates. Good work.

I have an appointment on Tuesday September 1st in the Am regarding my Motorhome so i haven't had the pleasure as of yet to meet with anyone yet however reading all of the great reviews i am positive that i contacted the right place, i have been so overwhelmed about this Motorhome since i just bought it and I'm a newbie RVer who not mechanically inclined at all, so many places i called in the area, and finally got to talk with Tim here at Suburban, and he just made me feel so at ease over the phone, i feel like i have nothing to worry about and reading the reviews just confirmed it, i am praying that they will be able to give me some good news about the fuel leak on my Motorhome. everybody keep your fingers crossed

I wanted to share that I had a great service experience with Suburban. I brought in my 08 Subaru Outback (manual) and enjoyed dealing with Bill. He was helpful and gave clear straight answers. Also service was initiated quickly and job finished very promptly. All parts were from dealer and there was no playing around with any of the parts or labor. They seem to very familiar with Subarus.This was a redo of a bad clutch job by another store and Bill saved all the old parts for me to see for myself why the functioning was poor before.This new clutch is really smooth and operates so well. Pedal is the right height and feel. Very pleased and will come back again.Thanks so much for the great service!

I use Suburban Car and Truck Repair for all my family auto maintenance needs - and they are outstanding! Honest, fairly priced, and the best part is we never ever feel like we are being "pushed." Ask about their concierge business service too. Really A++

Great service and staff!! Everyone was super friendly when I went in to get my car looked at. The check engine light was on and the guys figured it out and replaced the part very quickly. Highly recommended going here for any car work.

This shop had my truck for Four months, and still couldn t figure out what was going on and didn t fix anything! I went to pick my truck up today to get towed and they left the whole inside of my truck in pieces never use them prices are ridiculous!

Trust is essential when it comes to your baby. I shutter to think about anyone messing mine up. That's why I only bring her here. These guys are consistently right, thorough, quick but don't iverlook important stuff, super cool/friendly and they should totally charge more. Give them a chance and you'll be a customer for life. Seriously.

I had Bill and the crew at SC&T do some front end work on my 2006 Ford-F250. The front end work along with the newly installed shocks now make driving over Cleveland pot holes something that I can do with confidence. In addition, they nstalled 4 Goodyear tires, Bill has done everything possible to satisfy all of my issues and concerns. I would highly recommend these guys for any "BigBoy" truck needs.

We use Suburban for our vehicles and they've always done a great job and been very fair. They even told us when it was time to stop putting money into repairing our old van! You can trust them to tell you the truth and to do the job right.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I had a tune up completed because my truck was sputtering when I pressed the gas and the check engine light was on. Soon after the tune up was completed, suddenly the fuel pump went out. They replaced the fuel pump (at an absurdly high cost) and I finally got my truck back. The check engine light was off for about 3 days and then it came right back on and the sputtering continued. I was informed that only one ignition coil was changed but they never told me that until after the tune up was completed. I would have gladly had all the bad ones replaced had this been introduced to me. I decided to buy the ignition coils myself and have another certified technician install them for me. They showed me where an ignition coil was broken off in the truck. Then I was told that either they broke it putting it back in or the spark plugs were never changed during the tune up. ALL OF THE SPARK PLUGS WERE SUPPOSEDLY REPLACED WITH THE TUNE UP. Apparently to change the spark plugs the ignition coils would have needed to be removed. My truck is incredibly important to me because I primarily use it to transport my handicap child and his wheelchair. At this point I dont feel that the work was reliable and I am scared that my truck will stall out or something else will go wrong as a result of the work at Suburban. I did call the company for guidance and Bob was very rude and defensive. I felt like the company took advantage of me and I paid alot of money for less than excellent service. I will not return to this company and I will not refer anyone to this company. I am literally only giving them one star because I have to in order to post my review.
