Multiple visits...when I'm most often in a pinch...State Road always comes through! Ray and the team always take care of us! Kind and always with a smile and good conversation! Great service! Good people! They've gained our business don't hesitate to make them your go-to!

Okay I rarely leave reviews, only when the service is this great. My family and I have been coming to this shop for generations. Ray and his team are extremely accommodating. As a woman I am very comfortable in this shop. The whole team including Ray is very informative and answers all my questions in a very professional manner. This place has the most fair pricing and straightforward service you could ask for.

took my car here after an accident, for body work and repairs. Ray and Sandy were incredibly helpful, up front, and answered all my questions. The work was done quickly, once approved by my insurance, and the car looks as good as new! drives great, you'd never know it had been in an accident. This has to be the best shop in town for many reasons. When I got in an accident all other shops in the area turned me away or said it would be weeks before they could even look at my truck, State Road Auto Body sent a tow truck to get me and started right away. Parts availability continues to be a mess in automotive but as soon as they could get parts they kept the project moving along at a good pace, and were courteous to call me whenever there was a major update without me needing to keep calling in. Although my insurance covered the repair I could see the prices were extremely reasonable and they were transparent about what could be done and what it would take to get the results I expected. Toward the end of the repair I called when I remembered there was a sheared off control arm bolt that the Chevy dealer said was unrepairable and gave me a quote for $800 to repair and State Road had the bolt removed and replaced without changing the total repair time. When there was a price discrepancy favorable to me Ray called to let me know he would put that toward the cost of repair, which he could have not told me and I would probably have never caught that. The work was so good the body lines are better than factory on the side they worked on. Awesome shop, honest and friendly techs and owner, when I have body or repair needs from here on I'll be back to State Road Auto Body.

My family and I have been going to Ray and his team for years. I wouldn't go to any other mechanic! They are friendly and reliable. They get the job done fast. They communicate during the process if it is a longer one. And this is just a little of how amazing they are! I recommend State Automotive to anyone and everyone who asks about a mechanic. They are THE BEST!

If I could give this place ten starts I would. Ray is amazing. My car has been hit three times in the past and he has done the body work for each accident with precision and at a fair price. His hours are consistent and he took my car in to repair it in less than a week. I wouldn t go anywhere else and I would HIGHLY recommend this honest mans body work to anyone.

I always bring our family vehicles here knowing that the repairs are going to be done right the first time.Car repairs nowadays are astronomical,these guys try to keep it within a fair price and I appreciate that. Any vehicle I have ever brought here has been repaired to A-1 specs. Good feeling when you can drive away assured.

I am 70 and a Vietnam Veteran. I was taking my cars to the same mechanic for thirty years. Then that mechanic retired. I trusted that mechanic. So, I thought I would give State Road Auto Body a try. We have two cars and State Road Auto Body has performed radiator work, windshield wipers,, engine work and an oil change. Ray Duke the owner of State Road Auto Body worked on our cars. Ray is an excellent mechanic.

What can I say, Ray runs an old school business. He cares about his customers. Fixed my car had a simple clamp problem on the radiator after they put a new one in the day before. Informed me to bring it over at 6 pm at night, even though they are closed at 6pm. What other shop would do That? Anyone else drop it off the next day. Thank you again Ray. His wife made my appointment, and got me in the next day. Thank you as well..

Best Mechanic in town! Quick and friendly service. I had my tie rod break a few months back and the got it fixed next day and they informed me the other one needed done. Today I took my car to get the other side done and have a serpentine belt replaced and it was done same day! He even took apart the removed part to show me how bad it was.

The staff here are very pleasant and are a great to work with. They are in the business of repairing your car, the right way, without charging you high fees. They do just as much work as you want them to, and respect your wishes. This is a great place to go if paying cash for a self pay because you don't want to go through insurance.

I recently had my hood release cable replaced here. I couldn't open my hood because the cable was broken entirely. They got my hood open and replaced the cable, for a price that was less than i had expected. Very pleasant experience--friendly service!

My audi was backed into had to have a new finder light and bumper put on they did an outstanding job couldn't tell work was done on it..very pleasant and nice helpful people would definitely go back and recommend them to family and friends

This is the third place that I found for working on my car specifically for emissions not to give names but the other two places I was ripped off at okay Parma tire and shim skis but this place here owned and operated by a gentleman and named Ray not only worked on my car but was able to for a very reasonable price get my vehicle to be able to pass emissions this place I would say if you're not comfortable with the mechanic that you have go down here and ask for a man named Ray
