The tow truck driver took extra time making sure it was done perfectly, very polite. This place is a class act very reasonable price will definitely use them again in the future

Very unprofessional & rude. I placed a service call with AAA for a tow. I was supposed to receive a call TEN minutes BEFORE arrival. They never called, just showed up. Waited a few minutes, not even giving me a chance to get there and wasted my tow. Walter, the operator with St.Clair towing was very inconsiderate & nonchalant about the situation, closing my call with AAA then calling me to say I had only 5 minutes to get there but had already given the driver permission to leave. I made sure they took St.Clair towing off the list of options for my future tows.

I don't understand why a business wouldn't take credit as a form of payment, especially because it's so easy to access. It was such an inconvenience to have to leave and drive miles to find a bank branch to withdraw money.

DONT call them for a tow!!!!!!!! Been waiting since 11 this morning for a tow called 3 times and was told 1st shift didn t relay message to 2nd shift is the excuse they still haven t came, I could have been called someone else!! Very unprofessional and they keep saying in bout an hour and it s 7 o clock already and the shop my car was going to is closed!!! zero stars

This place is fixed my car is on multiple occasions and always does a great job. The body mechanic struck me as kind of Dopey but he did a good job. Two thumbs up

Staff is cool they have a sense of humor. I only have a 4 star because I was there to get a car that had been impounded. Woomp woomp!

Called and asked for a tow. Gave me a a price and told me 30-45 mins. Only to never hear back from them at all. Poor service

I wasn't happy with the girl that was driving my car. And got it impounded! But I was very happy with the service there great people
