My first experience at Spitzer CDJR was fantastic! I took my Jeep Wrangler 4xe for a Jeep Wave oil change and tire rotation. It was easy to locate the Service Center, that had clear signage and arrow markings. I was greeted immediately by Deanna who was very kind and welcoming. She was attentive to my needs, which gave me assurance that my Jeep would be taken great care of. My oil change and tire rotation was completed in no time and they even washed it after service! Spitzer CDJR Service Center will be my go to for all of my service needs in the future, and I will also be bringing other family members. Thanks again Deanna for a great service visit!

First off I would like to say the customer service there is great. Crystal Barber is amazing. She made me feel great and her compassion and customer service was top notch! The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the quoted price to repair my vehicle. It was astronomical. But the things they did repair on my truck was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to people. We do have to remember it is a dealer so the prices are naturally a bit higher than a certified mechanic shop. Thanks Spitzer

Spitzer Chrysler in Brookpark is very lucky to have a service advisor, Deanna Redmond, working for them. She is delightful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and polite. Deanna is a credit to the Spitzer organization. She handled my service appointment with ease and professionalism. Deanna turned a sticky situation into a happy ending with assurances and humor. Spitzer CDJR Cleveland Service Center is fortunate to have an employee with such a high work ethic. I will continue to use Spitzer, they can be proud of their service department in Brookpark.

Went in for recall service. Logan South set me up with an appointment and explained what the service would entail and how long it would take. Showed up for appointment and was promptly waited on. Service went exactly as explained and was quick and easy. Didn't have to wait any longer than I expected. Dealership is very nice and clean including the service area. Enjoyed my visit.

Logan South was knowledgeable and informative about my prepaid maintenance plan, i.e. what is covered and what is not covered. He went beyond the call of duty in helping me locate a setting on my dashboard. Additionally, he made every effort to locate me to resolve an issue with my vehicle. Logan South was very professional and courteous at all times. I enjoyed being served by him. I am sure you will, too.

I visited Spitzer Motor City to troubleshoot issues with my 2017 Jeep Compass. I was greeted by Logan South, who was quickly able to diagnose the reason that my Service Stop/Start System Warning Light was illuminated. Logan was friendly, answered all my questions, and worked quickly to have me in and out of there in a short amount of time. I am scheduled to return for service and installation of the parts he ordered, and will add to this review following my service appointment.

Richard Carver was amazing in communication as well as helping me get my car fixed with my warranty. He made it such seamless transaction and I didn't feel like I was just a number like it used to be up there. The remodel they have done was way overdue and things seem to run much smoother now that they have things more organized, more room and more workers. Well done Spitzer!

This was my first experience with the Spitzer CDJR Cleveland Service Center and I was very impressed! I got an oil change and tire rotation for my dodge charger. Deanna Redmond worked on my vehicle today and I was quite pleased with the service! I wasn't expecting this but I was sent a video from Deanna detailing my tread and brakepad depths, as well as given comments relating to an overall inspection. This felt above and beyond compared to what I am used to from other service centers. I'd recommend the Spitzer CDJR Cleveland Service Center and Deanna Redmond to anyone!

I brought my Jeep in for a service engine light issue and I was helped by Service Advisor Logan South. He was fantastic. Super friendly. He answered every question I had and he made sure I knew everything that was going on with the diagnosis of my vehicle. I look forward to dealing with him in the future and anyone else taking their vehicle there will know they're in good hands.

Logan South went above and beyond his duties to ensure that Iwas informed about the issue with my car (service engine lightbegan to show when I started the car). He was so helpful andexplained to me thoroughly the problem with my car when I went to pick it up. I was grateful that the SERvice dept. was able to take care of the problem the same day that I brought the car in for service. I live on the East Side of Cleveland, and it would be a lot easier for me to take me car to a mechanic here, but I swear by the service department at Spitzer Dodge, Jeep.

I have been going to Spitzer for years now and have always received excellent service. My last visit was an emergency (needed air in tire) and found out there was a nail in my tire. Deanna Redmond walked me thru the whole process and made sure I was aware of everything up to and including when I was checking out. Great asset you have with her working for you.

On January 11th I was having a little bit of car trouble. I called In to spitzer and spoke with Tony Black who was amazing. He connected me with Ed Biro who was so eager to help me. He went above an beyond to make sure my Jeep was taken care of. Ed was very professional an made sure he kept in contact with me.I have been a Spitzer customer for a few years now an will continue to be as they are always so professional and helpful. They make you feel so welcomed everytime you walk through those doors. If you need your car serviced please go see Ed! Gabbie and service team were amazing to work with. We had our car towed and they text me the minute it arrived and kept us in the loop the entire time our Jeep was there. Deanna Redmond was a wonderful help to me! I asked her when I went there to get an oil change and a tire rotation on Tues Feb 27th if she could help me to get CarPlay in my car. She right away had someone come over and put it in. She was very polite and attentive to all my questions. On the other hand, I had gotten a call at home to see how my service was on Tuesday and I told this person who called what had happened. Nothing against Deanna at all. It was whoever did my tire rotation. I m not going into this because I already told who called me everything and she said she was going to see what happened and someone will get back to me. This same thing happened to me last year and nothing was done about it. Im just so upset I m paying for something that isn t being done.Very upset!Linda LaBanc

I brought my 2018 jeep renagade to Spitzers for service. Logan South greeted me as I entered shop area. Very nice and professional. We went over what was to done this visit which was to replace backup camera and check a message light that comes on.he set this appointment for me and I was in and out within an hour. Also the technician Brandon did a great job fixing things. Logan has been my contact for service on my car. He is knowledgeable and always makes sure everything is to my satisfaction. A recent oil change at Conrad's on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 138K miles revealed a broken motor mount that needed replacing. I discussed with Service Advisor Gabby Roberts at Spitzer and decided to have both motor mounts replaced at the dealership: it was a major repair and I wanted it done by the people who know the car best. Gabby was very helpful/knowledgeable and provided good customer service. I know the job was done right because I'm no longer feeling engine vibrations through the steering wheel and vehicle. I've been dealing with Spitzer Jeep for 7-8 years and appreciate the value of the longer-term relationship.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an appointment to resolve a water leak near the back window of my truck. Richard Carver helped but was not able to complete service on that day due to a shortage of parts. Had a horrible experience with the service side of this place they called me a liar and had me wait for a 3 hr oil change and said they used there most expensive guy to do it and I new him so beware attitude city up there and talk to you like your a little kid but I wasn t having that at all I will not be back and going to another dealer to get better service and buying diffrent trucks for the company
