Professional and courteous service when I purchased 4 tires and an oil-change (11-16-2023).I ONLY support small and family-run businesses, NEVER those corporate Goliath Tire Mart s whereas the service managers (typically know ZERO about automobiles) often try to sell you incremental services that your car really doesn t need.Z rates Smolic Tire (Two Thumbs Up)

Was there yesterday. Awesome service and the woman at the desk treated us like family. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone seeking professional auto service.

Walk in, asked for oil change and 2 brand new front tires on my vehicle with 4 people already ahead of me, got everything I requested done to my vehicle and was on my way 34 minute's later for a more than unbelievably great price, this will be might absolute "GO TO" mechanic/tire shop from now on!

We also used smolic for years -- I bought a new car and they put the wrong tires (they're supposed to be a "staggered" size). When my mechanic buddy caught it (bc I trusted the tire store to put the right tires on), I asked Mary at Smolic to make it right. She said "you should have known, they've been on for months. If it was my car I'd run them. They're fine". They didn't correct their mistake nor did they admit they made a mistake. Go elsewhere - they don't stand by their work and they don't do it correctly.

How you people don't do O2 sensors is amazing to me you are a auto repair shop that's like if I went to my job everyday and said sorry I'm just not doing it today. And you don't take parts...really trying to do a service to your community

This place is always busy for good reason. They take care of their customers, they don't jerk them around, and they have great prices. This will be the only place I take my cars from this point forward.

My husband had previously gone to Smolic Tires for years. My oldest son also. We've all referred friends until we started getting feedback from our referrals. Several different things but mainly the absolutely over the top rudeness and treatment that relayed the customer doesn't really matter. The quality of service on the cars was good, but then the prices rose dramatically. Today we were forced to go there with a sudden flat. The rudest woman around acted like we were the dumbest people ever born because we didn't know they were closed. Not one ounce of kindness and the rest of the staff sat staring at us. We went to Bro's Tires 3 minutes away after this awful woman told us she knew of no tire stores near. LolThe happy ending is everyone at Bro's on Lakeland in Euclid was very friendly. They did a really great job and the price was beyond fair. So, thank you Smolic- we've found our new tire store!!!

Bought 4 tires and they put them on, I drove out and 3 minutes later I felt my car stop and drop them I saw one of the tires rolled passed me into oncoming traffic. I was so frightened and glad I decided not to jump on the highway. But they came and towed the car, watched back the video of the tire installation and said they did nothing wrong as it was checked before I left so something must be wrong with my car. Smollic tire is the worse business place ever!!!!!!!!! I didn t pursue it just thanked God I didn t get hurt or hurt anyone!

I took my car to get brakes and rotors done they were the cheapest in town and did a quick job also. I love love love them this is my spot I will never take my car anywhere else ever again. The customer service experience was great and professional also no complaints there. I recommend them to everyone I know.

It's been awhile since I've been here Mary's very professional and got what I needed for my car setup for delivery for day of service. Smolic has a good reputation and good service. Note: There may be a wait but they'll get you road ready.

My car now has new brakes and rotors and I feel safer on the road. Excellent service, Cost of repairs were very reasonable. They also didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. A very pleasant experience.

They go out there way to help you..I am a senior.. People like this working in are city..When someone started working there, I had to take my business somewhere else.. I have a 5year stalking protection order against the person , she was charged ..The behavior and the public is a concern. The same people who I seen work there amy heilger and her teenage gang has threatened and humiliated my family with Heidi loving ..I also found out that amy heilger has issues with color when working with the public which can affect the business..They are using owners businesses for there personal gain.I have been stalked with the employees from this company they are using cars that leave at the business to stalk and harassing other people causing harm.I also found out that those person involved was given discounts doing favors.Some of the employee may have used the business as there own..

I've not known Zee very long, but he is a pillar in the community. I took my van there 4 service (control arm). My tire were leaning , very dangerous. 2 drive. His analysis were 5of no charge and he fixed it at no charge. Any other place would have charged me atleast $3505ygThank you / thank youyMary 4 all yo<r service.

Smolic Tire was a pleasant experience, considering I was on the thin line of not returning. I must say I m glad the owner of Smolic brought Mary back, she is a pleasure to deal with. Carrie along with the tall white lady were extremely rude and unprofessional. Carrie would run around and give the appearance of being busy , but all I saw and heard was yelling. Also saw the young blonde, who is also very pleasant to deal with. Definitely will be returning. Thank you Smolic Tire for a much better experience this time around.

Love this place. They take time to let you know what's going with your vehicle and are willing to work with you. I have no.problem referring anyone to this place of business. I wish they offered all care service. They would undoubtedly be my regular mechanics. The prices are excellent as well, they don't try to empty your pockets to fix your car

Went and got my rear tire done and the tech somehow messed up my abs sensor attached to the tire. Now my abs light & traction control light wont shut off and my brakes sputter if i stop from a super low speed. Never had any troubles until the tech touched it.

Honest prices and great work! Very helpful. There is usually someone to speak to right away when you pull in. Same day service. Great people and family biz. Thanks for getting me in and fixed up every time I have been there!

Love this place. Been coming here for years and always have great service. They don't take appointments so my advice is this:Never go on a Monday, its the busiest and Tuesday can be sketchy as well.Try to go in the morning, be prepared to wait or be able to leave your car.

Always fair in price and great people. Being coming here since Dad was here everyday. From the front counter to all the mechanics I always feel like they took great care of me and were more than fair with cost. I highly recommend this place !
