Had a great experience at Shaker Quality. They ordered the parts immediately and my car was repaired in just one day after dropping it off. They even washed my car and the floor liners inside of it. Looks great as if the accident never happened.Everyone was extremely friendly, informative, and patient with myself and the other customer interactions I witnessed. Couldn t be happier with my experience here!Make sure to say hello to Chief, their CEO :)

Got my door hit and the persons insurance was State Farm. They worked flawlessly with the provider with zero work from me. Got it back with the door fixed, cleaned interior and what seemed like an extra spit and shine all around. Nice crew. Good work. Would return regardless of price.

Best people in the world to deal with! They are very friendly, extremely attentive to your needs, an extremely honest. They do excellent work. I had some bodywork done and the vehicle looks like brand new when they finished. I highly recommend the shop for all your needs. I will definitely be coming back!

I don't normally write reviews for anything, but my experiences at Shaker Quality have been so incredibly amazing, I am finding every website where they're listed to sing their praises.I mean it when I say ***you can trust these guys.*** Seriously. If you need multiple repairs, they'll tell you which ones are a priority/safety issue and which ones can wait. If they do a repair and the part ends up being defective or there's an installation issue, they'll make it right for free.They also get you in the shop fast AND get the work done quickly. They're responsive and communicative. They don't try to sneak things by you, convince you to get extra work done or do any work without your explicit permission.Bill gives it to me straight and it's like talking to my dad in the best possible way. He doesn't talk down to you and he's patient. He just lays it all out and is truly honest about what you do and don't need.It makes such a difference when you find a mechanic you can trust. I did not hire this company for any of their services, but I am giving them 5 stars because of a great conversation that I had with one of their employees - Matt.You see, I've been hunting for a used vehicle for a couple months now. Unfortunately, I am VERY picky and want something very specific, so it's been a difficult process. It has caused me to expand my search nationwide.I found a vehicle that just so happens to be near me, but it's not the color I want. I emailed Shaker Quality Auto Body to ask for a "rough" ballpark estimate of what it would cost to paint the vehicle the color I want.They not only told me an estimate - they also gave a bunch of unsolicited advice for my search! They told me to look out for people covering up rust, and even which states tend to have the highest quality used vehicles.I did not expect such useful and helpful information from a company that I didn't even hire. It's so refreshing to meet good, honest, and kind people at businesses like this.5 stars from me just for the excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you, Matt!

My car was broken into on a Wednesday morning and by Friday they had my window fixed and had my car good as new! Everyone was very friendly and kind. The hyundai dealership tried to charge me 150$ to put steering column cover on, they did in 10 minutes free of charge. Good people.

Excellent service! I just got my car back on Friday and I am super happy with the work they did! Everyone I spoke too was super friendly as well! Just picked my car up and immediately had to leave a review. This auto body shop was recommended to me based on my location through my insurance, and I m so glad they did!Every person I was in contact with was very professional and kind. They made the repair process easy and delivered on the timeline I was quoted for repair. They are even handling the return of my rental car for me.My car was given back to me clean inside and out! Best car service shop ever! I stopped by without appointment in a Friday morning after a road accident and Bill was very helpful and suggested I come by later 3pm as the shop is extremely busy (for good reason). Upon my return he appointed a mechanic to quickly solve my engine cover issue and I was off to go in 20 ! Can t thank them enough for the quick response at very reasonable service charge.

Had to have some body work done on a 2012 Ford Fusion that was hit in a No Fault State . Because of that I was going to pay out of pocket. I loved the quote. Little surprised I had to wait almost 2 months to get it in for the service but I guess people like the work. While in, it took an extra day because a dealer sent the wrong part. They apologized profusely, it happens. When I got the car, it looked GREAT, inside & out. Five Stars from me.

Matt with Shaker Quality Auto was fantastic! We are from West Palm Beach, Fl. and needed to find a great shop to take care of a client of ours in the Cleveland, Oh. area, and Shaker Quality Auto did a wonderful job ensuring the highest care was brought to our client, and to the repairs on their vehicle. Doing business with a company that you don't know can be a challenge, but Matt, and the team at Shaker made that part the easiest part of the process. My Hyundai was stolen this past fall, and I have been meaning to write this review for a while because Shaker Quality did an amazing job. They arranged for the tow truck and dealt with picking up the car so I didn't have to do a thing. They also gave me a quote immediately and had my car back to me in two weeks. I have had bad experiences with dealerships and repair shops in the past, so their professionalism and customer service are a breath of fresh air, especially as a woman. with limited car knowledge Thanks to how well they took care of my car during a stressful time, I go back for my small fixes and general maintenance. They were quick, friendly, knowledgeable and their prices were fair. I was told by a dealership that I had to replace an entire panel bc the clips were missing. Shaker Quality Auto Body, replaced the clips and saved me $400, the cost of the panel. Honesty is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Recently moved to the area and this shop was recommended to me, so glad I brought my car here. I was able to get in the day after I called and they figured out the issue (brakes) while I was still waiting for my ride to pick me up, then finished the work the same day. I feel the pricing was very fair. So glad I didn t have to be without my car for days and the man that helped me was very kind. Will definitely recommend!

Replaced to rear spring coils well within 2 hours of dropping of vehicle provided a loaner so I could finish my daily runs. Politely told me I could pick up my car anytime before 6:00. I have a feeling this is the norm for this establishment! Bravo! Shaker Quality Auto Body! We had an extremely good experience at Shaker Auto Body when our rearview mirror was destroyed in an accident. The staff, especially Matt Meister, were friendly and professional and made the repairs in record time at a much better price and time frame than our dealership offered. Driver's side mirror got damaged and needed to be replaced. Went in for an estimate and within 2 weeks they got the part and paint done. They were very accommodating with my schedule and even offered me a ride after I dropped my car off for the repair. The team here is always prompt and professional. We've taken both of our cars in for some fairly major repair work, and there's no hidden gotchas in the pricing. They tell you what you need and what you should think about, and you're in control of that process. The prices are fantastic compared to other places that we've gone, and the work is done right. Highly recommended!
