Ray is the best and most honest mechanic I have gone to. He has been fixing my SUV's for many years now and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am an older single woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars. I'm certain that I have over paid for all of my previous auto repairs so I thank god I found Ray when I did. He'll never try and sell you on work that doesn't need done, (like most other auto repair shops. You'll be very satisfied with his work and more than reasonable pricing.

Ray is very good at his job and charges very reasonable price. He can save you 40 to 50% from your dealer price and best thing is he knows his job. I will always consult him first for all my 3 cars. Not easy to come across honest guys like Ray in auto repair these days. Thanks Santa Fe for your service.

My brother is an ASE certified mechanic. But Cleveland winters are a little bitter for working on cars outside. This is where he goes when he doesn't want to do the work so this is where he recommended I go. I love Ray he's always good to me. His prices are reasonable and he gets it done in a timely manner.

Sadly, mechanics like Ray are a dying breed. Not only is he great at diagnosing complicated issues, he is also exceedingly honest and quick. I had an emergency that left me stranded on a highway due to overheating. Ray helped me take care of towing and had my car back on the road the same day. I would recommend Santa Fe automotive to anyone

I ve taken my car there twice and both times had an issue. The first time I got my car back with 1 of my brand new winter tires flat and a hole to big in it to fix. The second time I took it to get brakes and my radiator fixed and the brakes felt/sounded the same which are very loud and worn. I called back and he told me it s not anything on his end that I probably need brake fluid when that wasn t the case. I ve had kids at polaris work on my cars and do a better job

My son's car had an electrical issue and was broke down in Columbus. A garage there replaced the starter for $350. He continued to have electrical problems and got a service quote of $800 from a garage in Brunswick for a new computer, which they said might be more. A friend refered us to see Ray at Santa Fe and he quickly found the source of his electrical problem which was a module with water in it. The car was fixed right away for a very reasonable price. The car never needed a starter or a new computer - who knows what it would have cost had we not found Ray at Santa Fe. I highly recommend this business! RobinService: Electrical

Ray can "lay hands upon" cars and they are healed!I've never been cheated, overcharged, sold a service I didn't need nor had an appointment cancelled, and my car has always been ready when it was promised, if not before!Santa Fe Automotive is worth the trip, even if it's out of your way.I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Great mechanic! Reasonable prices. He is very honest and will tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear! Been going here for at least 20 years now and don't plan on taking my cars anywhere else!

i always take my vehicles here, Ray, #57 is everything they all are saying, Honest and very fair., and does the job right the FIRST TIME!!!i have been leasing lately and havent had the need but i just recommended his auto repair to a good friend/coworker who needs some work done on her suv.. sandy.....:)

Ray was great....no bs.....the work is done and it's done right. But don't tell anyone...I need my shocks done and I don't want him getting to busy......

they say their open til 5 but really they close at 4:30 ish and if u try to call they have the phone off the hook it's really frustrating because if ur place says 5 at least answer the phone for real? I got here to pick up a car JUST TALKED TO THE GUY 10 MIN AGO its 4:45 and no one will answer the phone now and I probably wont be able to get my car VERY ANNOYING
