Purchased a 2020 4Runner from Dmitry, flew in and was greeted at airport with everything I needed. Drove 950 miles back home with no issues, Very smooth no-pressure deal. Plan to buy more vehicles from them. AAA+++

I bought 2019 Chrysler Pacifica this week. Had to drive 2 hours from Pittsburgh but it was totally worth it. Demitrich prepared everything before I went there and gave me the chance to do a test drive enough. Paperwork was so easy and gave me a good instruction. Highly recommend this place.

From the moment I arrived at Rusak Motors, I was greeted with the most cordial and kind attention and Dmitry explained to me very clearly the process of fixing my car. I was amazed at how fast and what a great job they did. It rides beautifully and it looks even better. I could not believe they did that in two days. I was asked at work about my car today and my coworkers agreed with me that the job was amazing... and in such a short period of time. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The staff was great to work with before, during and after the sell. Bought a BMW from them, owner even kept in contact with me to make sure everything was fine with the car and there were no issues with performance! Definitely would recommend and do business with them again!

DO NOT BUY from them! Bought 2020 Armada from them, was TOTALLED before but comes somehow with a clean title. Was not finished properly, has wiring problems (security light turned on 2 hours after I left their lot and Remote Start stopped working), headlight fogs up, AC failed. It's a 2020!! I did not pay 10 or 20K! I paid full asking price of 33k! Contacted them to get it fixed, they took it in for 2.5 weeks, got it back and turns out they didn't do anything, except refilling the AC. When I pay that much money, I expect things to work as they should. Needless to say it was a birthday gift for my wife, which turned out to be a nightmare. Trying to call them, text them- they keep ignoring. Do not buy anything from Dmitriy! I have contacted my attorney as well...

STAY AWAY from Rusak Motors. Will never buy from again. Was sold a salvage vehicle after being told the title was clean. Upon registering the vehicle with the DMV in my state, I was advised the vehicle is a salvage, which was confirmed with the Ohio DMV. Ohio DMV advised me to also file a case with the Ohio Attorney General s office as the vehicle is 100% salvage and should have been advertised as such. My salesperson was Dmitry Abramov and upon contacting him he would not take any responsibility and told me he has lawyers if I were to take legal action. Poor business practices and cannot be trusted.

I brought my truck in for repair after an Accident to Rusak Motors. I wasn't familiar with the process of repairing a vehicle with the Insurance company and Dimitri made the whole process simple and my vehicle looks like it did before the Accident. Dimitri went the extra mile for me in dropping off the vehicle to me after. Dimitri thank you very much for the excellent service and repair!!

Sold my family a salvaged vehicle and was told the title was clean. Now I am left not knowing If my family and young children are safe in this misadvertised vehicle. DMV investigators told me the vehicle sustained too much damage in a previous accident and cannot be issued a clean title. Rusak motors told my family they will not do anything for us and to take it up with the DMV. Will never do business with again.

Wouldn't buy from again if he was paying ME to buy a car. Might as well have built a car from parts in the time it took to force a response so I could get the title. He had been paid for months. Was to the point we contacted the Ohio Attorney General about deceptive practices.
