Converter was repaired after that they purposely destroy my oxygen sensor it was hanging under the car and I told them to buy me another one and I m not paying for no service fee. They refuse to buy another oxygen sensor which caused me $168. then, after that my brake light start jumping on it, they messed up the brake switch the fuse and bulb was good so when i stop, the light couldn t on I went to a different mechanic and he charged me to fix the brake switch light. I was wondering why people kept honking at me when I when I was getting ready to stop because there wasn t no light they are foul

Went in for ONLY an oil change and they destroyed my coolant system. I had no issues with my coolant system before I went here. Suddenly I'm on the highway and my car nearly caught fire! Apparently a coolant pin that was no where near where they should've been working was yanked out. Your mechanics costed me so much money and unnecessary stress. You have lost all our business. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Hope it was worth it! Do not take your car there for any reason, you have been warned.Service: Oil change

I ve brought my 2012 Taurus and my sisters 2011 Cruze to the shop and I have no complaints. Straight forward guys that will tell it to you how it is. I appreciate their work and I ll be returning again soon to get some HIDs installed

I been coming here for years. The young black gentleman was amazing. Well now a days they are not so great. So I bought a tire two days ago and there is a bubble in it. So i figured since it's under the 72 hour warranty itll be fine. Get there and he refuse to fix the tire or replace the tire he offered another tire for 25. I just spent 35 and be damn if I spend another 25. Mine as well go get a new tire from Conrad's. Never have I been treated like this and basically called a liar. Will never return here and would never recommend anyone to go there unless you like getting ripped off. Good luck

For oil change they are ok. For car repair they are the worst in Cleveland. They do not even know what they are doing, couldn't even figure out what the problem was, but just guessed. So I paid an arm and a leg to get it repaired but turns out they just wanted my money. The problem was not fixed, so i go back to them they take a look again and tell me something else is wrong and they don't work on this part. Never going there again.

I had a good experience here got a great deal on a car they let me haggle a little. Basically I drove the car a year and a half before it got totalled and I ended up getting $1,500 more from the insurance than I paid for the car. Being a cash buyer has benefits.

They are fast, but their prices are too high for used tires. Tried to sell me tires with very low tread. I picked my own tire and had to convince him that it was the one I wanted so it more closely matched the ones I have that are still good.I was happy to be in and out in 20 minutes.Also, after looking, they left tar all over my tire and rim.

He always swiftly answered my annoying questions with outstanding eagerness and patience.Because I had no experience buying cars, I had no idea what I was doing at all. Claude walked me through the whole process and I was out of the dealership within thirty minutes as an extremely happy customer with a fantastic deal, according to the Kelley Blue Book.If it were just for that, I wouldn't be writing this review. Even hours after completing the sale, Claude was extremely helpful with everything ranging from car advice to a complimentary oil change to helping me replicate the key fob, always just a phone call away. I legitimately could not be happier with my choice. Riad Auto Sales is a trustworthy family-run business with paramount integrity, honesty, friendliness, and a work-hard business model. I had a great experience at Riad Auto . I found a cool Honda Civic Hybrid for a reasonable price . I made sure to check out that the car was in running condition before making an offer and found the car only needed minor adjustments like low breaks . The service for car maintenance was fast and trustworthy work was performed . Seeing the mechanic perform I felt comfortable and for the tires the place is a lifesaver for tires that need emergency repair. The work is good and the jobs get done fast. Stop in and see .

UPDATE (in response to the owner):Hi, thank you for your response. Yes, I got the car in mid-2015, so it has been a little over 3 years. The mileage was about 86.5k then. But let us agree to disagree about the fairness of the price.I agree with you that this review has been overdue. I apologize for the delay in reviewing your business. I kept wanting to let this go, however, I have recently decided to donate the car to charity and I decided to review your business to close out my experience with the car.However, I did notify you about the issues I was having with the car. The day I bought the car, one of your mechanics (a tall, thin gentleman) mentioned that the power windows had been having issues, but he had fixed them. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The power windows still get stuck occasionally til this day :(.The more pressing issue though, was that the day I bought the car, it was a Friday afternoon, as I was nearing home, the ABS sensor light lit up every time I was making a certain turn; I forget if it was left or right turns. I was pretty terrified and bummed out. But the store would have been closed around that time.So I made a phone call and left a voicemail over the weekend. I also raised the issue in person, the next week, when I came to store (probably to pick up my permanent plates). This response I got was pretty disheartening. One of the mechanics looked at it and said that it must be a loose ABS sensor of some sort and that I should get it fixed. You never offered to fix it, nor did you follow up.I took it to another place where it was fixed. Shortly after I learnt that the brake lines and muffler were rusted, among other unpleasant discoveries. I have repair records to confirm all of this.Overall, this has been an unfortunate experience. I blame my naivety and I have learned from it. My review is a completely honest and accurate recount of my experience both buying and using the car. That was a very regrettable decision and I had many issues since. Bottom line, I would not recommend them, especially if you're a young woman buying alone.

Great people, inexpensive, and quick auto service. Rob is a great guy and experienced mechanic, Marshall's a great guy to talk to and good with tires. Highly recommended for any auto repair. They'll do it quick and right the first time!

Riad had the make & model car I was looking for at a great price and I gave them a call. I spoke with Claud and he was willing to take a deposit on the car and hold it for me for a few days as I live in Colorado. I had reservations about buying a car without seeing it in person as pictures can only tell so much. However, Claud was very patient with all of my questions and even provided additional pictures to back them up. I bought a one-way ticket and Claud even picked me up at the airport. On the way to their store, he informed me he had a new battery and rear brakes installed as he was concerned about the long drive I had to make. I was a bit floored as I've never dealt with a dealership that went that extra mile to ease my mind. In fact, I don't even like dealing with dealerships and would rather deal with a private owner. But the car was awesome in person and I made the 1250 mile trip with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

They were super helpful when I made an out-of-state purchase for their car. Great little car, amazing price, and they weren t pushy like some car salesmen. They patiently answered all of my questions, and are a Christian family business. I d go back to them in a heartbeat for another car!

I purchased a tire and within 12 hours it was flat. I had to have my vehicle towed back to the shop. They inspected the tire that went flat and it was easy to see the stress cracks that caused the tire to go flat. The owner tired telling me someone slashed the tire. LolHe gave me another tire that had to be plugged on the spot!!! I asked for another tire but they said no. They didn t offer to pay for my towing bill since it was their fault. When I was leaving the owner did apologize and said selling me the first tire was an accident I had been happy with this place in the past that s why I was a return customer. This last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never come here again.

The best customer service! The young gentle man Claude was helping me understand why the car was valued at the price he was selling it to me for. Thank you for giving me the valuable information! One of the best used car dealerships I have been to! I highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately wouldn t recommend this shop to work on your vehicle. Went in for a simple brake job when I got my car back I noticed a really bad noise coming from the rear they inspected and found out one of the wheel wasn t tighten at all (I had my son in the car at the time). A couple days goes by & I start having problems braking and once again really bad noises coming from the rear. I lifted the vehicle to inspect found out my brake caliper was loose bolts weren t tighten to spec. Took it back to them where they found out they either forgot a bolt or it flew off. They fixed the problem by installing a new bolt. 2 days goes by and once again problems on the same side they fixed . Went ahead and took it to another shop where they inspected it and found out 2 of 4 bolts were loose and the bolt that flew off was replaced by a bolt 2x larger than the original one. Went ahead and had shop fix the problem and inspect the rest of the calipers where they found my driver side caliper loose as well ...Service: Brakes

Wow! Where can I begin? The owners son really went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I ve been going here for years for small issues so I decided to give them a try for breaks and rotors and let me tell you, not only did I save a ton of money but they did a great job. Very professional, inexpensive and quality service.Then, a few months ago, I bought a car to resell so I took it to Riad s to have it checked over. It needed a new muffler, theremostat and basics like oil change. They did it all for very cheap and believe me, I called around. Riad (the owner) was so very kind.I will defenitely be doing business with them in the future.

If you change tires in this place they keep it unbalanced and tell you we did the balance and if you come the next day they charge another 15$ to balance each tire, total scam and bad service for me
