I took my car to have scratches and a small dent to the front door fixed. I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, most notably Charlie as well as the amazing job done on my car. I have taken old cars to other places before finding these guys, and nothing can compare to the outstanding job (and price). I definitely recommend and will only be coming here moving forward

Incredibly satisfied. I went to 4 different shops before I chose R & R. At the other places the operation often appeared frazzled, unorganized, or predatory. After making an estimate appointment and walking in to R & R I could tell rather quickly these folks were serious about doing a good job.They were 100% on point the entire time. I was scheduled for work a few weeks out, but when it was my turn they had all the parts in hand and got the job done in 5 days, as quoted.Pricing was fair, and they know how to work with insurance.You may have to wait in line for your appointment / work start date but trust me, it is worth it.

I can t say enough nice things about R and R. They are truly top notch. They installed a new grille onto my Audi A4. They contacted me to let me know there was a silver bumper bar behind the black mesh grille that just didn t look good. Charlie sent me photos and communicated everything. They sanded and painted the bar black for me. The point is, there are places that would have taken the easy route and not told me, or wouldn t have taken the time to correct this. They do the work properly the first time. They have also done amazing work on my friend s Classic cars. The devil s in the details!!

I'm blessed to have accidentally ended up at this body shop. I'll spare you those details but I can truly say that I trust them to be honest, knowledgeable and do quality work. I'll never go anywhere else for body work again.Thank you, Joe.

Hit a deer last month did some pretty decent damage. Luckily found a great place through my insurance to do the work R&R body in Brookpark. Highly recommend!

I was referred to R & R by my Kia dealership and they were wonderful! It was very easy to get a quote before service and they explained everything they were going to do. While the card was getting repaired, I loved the text updates! It was so helpful throughout the process so I never wondered how things were going. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work!Service: Body & Trim

I used them for a claim service after a piece of steel on the highway went through my bumper and pierced my radiator. They did an excellent job repairing the bumper damage as well as replacing the condenser and radiator. Looks perfect. They were very efficient, friendly, and professional. I hit a fox on I90 1 day after picking up my brand new 2022 Kia EV6. Needless to say, I was very upset. The owner, Joe, promised he'd repair the vehicle and make it like new again. Not only did he deliver on his promise, but the work was completed in only 2 weeks. Quite the accomplishment during these supply chain challenging times. It was a pleasure working with R and R Auto Body! I would highly recommend them. Especially if you own an EV.

Had the pleasure of working with Bob Keller at R&R. He answered all of my questions, and took his time to talk to me about the process of getting my vehicle fixed. I was kind of going back-and-forth about using my insurance to pay for the damages out of fear of having my insurance going up. He didn't see a opportunity to make a lot of money off of my insurance. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He actually went out of his way and tried to give me the lowest price possible to have my vehicle fixed. Something I think most of us who really don't know much about cars can really appreciate. Very knowledgeable about his profession! It was like dealing with a good friend who's a mechanic. Big thanks to the other guys who had a hand in fixing my vehicle, and thanks to the front desk lady who has been on top of all the transactions I made and wanted to make. With covid-19 still around, if you guys are looking for a place that takes pride in their work and has affordable pricing go here. Very satisfied!Service: Body & Trim

This is the only place I have even considered for my vehicle repairs.The staff is incredible. Simply knowledgeable and polite. You never get that you are being given the run around or bring taken advantage of.The prices have been very reasonable to even surprisingly good.I have been there 3 times with my car since 2015 with various incidents and each time my car came out looking like nothing ever happened to it.They do have deals with a couple Mazda and Kia local dealerships so they do a lot of repairs for those vehicles. If you have one of those it's a no-brainer to go there.

The worst workshop I've ever been to. It takes a long time to repair. They deceive that it will be done soon, and again postpone the time of taking the car. When I had to pick it up, it was poorly done, and they say that's how it should be. It takes a very long time to process again. Incompetent craftsmen. I do not recommend this workshop, find another one and save your time and nerves.Service: Body & Trim

This shop is fantastic! I was in an accident about a month ago and my insurance company sent me to them. The reviews on here are spot on. Charlie kept me up to date on repairs and let me know that a part was going to take a while to get into the shop and he would just call me and let me know when it was in. I have never experienced this type of professionalism at an auto shop before. NEVER. A few days after I picked up my car, there was an issue with my car door and I took it back and they fixed it with no issue during my lunch hour. Come to find out, this was not an issue caused by them, but from a previous (expensive) repair made by a car dealership. I can't see myself going to a dealership for repairs every again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Fast and quality work! I was impressed! My car got into an accident on black ice and had a lot of cosmetic damages! My car looks brand new! Joe has been very professional and helpful. He has kept me updated on everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great body shop.

There great painted my Lincoln & my benz a while back, Joe gets the job done. Fixed a Taurus after accident looked awesome never would have guess a few days prior it was wrecked. I'm going to get my dually painted next. I recommend R & R 100%

The business and service that R&R provides is excellent. I have taken three different vehicles there and you will not find anyone better. This last time they not only fix the body work they detailed the inside and washed the salt off. Excellent customer service from the owner to the front desk and every thing in between.Just excellent work and service. My Nissan Sentra looks brand new!Thank you

Excellent customer service, Clean, & comfortable establishment. Frank is very good at what he does.had me in & out. I took my car in for some front end damage was out the shop 4 days later. anywhere else would have been a week before they could even take my car in.

All my years dealing with body shops these guys are the best. They do excellent work and stand by there warranty. Been dealing with Charlie and he makes sure I'm a happy customer. Keep up the good work!!!!
