I've taken my car here several times now for various repairs, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. They always call and let you know exactly what the problem is and what the price will be. They help to educate you so you can make an informed decision, and the prices are fair. No extra nickle and dime stuff going on, no taking advantage of your lack of expertise, if you're like me and know little about cars. They also guarantee their work and make sure you're aware of that before you take your car home. Excellent service, honest and trustworthy.

After being disappointed by purchasing a used car from a very dishonest private seller, I went to Platinum Auto for the needed repairs.Matt took care of all of the problems, while going above and beyond to try and keep the price affordable. His clear explanations and kind, reassuring attitude helped turn a bad situation into a satisfying experience, leaving my car in awesome shape. Thumbs up!

Very high prices, but they completed the service fast and I feel like they were also honest about the issues my car had. I would highly recommend others to go their.

This is one reliable auto shop I can count on, their honest and fair won't cheat u out of unnecessary money. .. I've used them on several occasions and it's well worth the service..I'd gladly recommend their services!!!

Dennis the owner and his technicians are very friendly, honest & helpful guys. I needed a battery, they had it in stock & were able to install it fast. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know that needs automotive repairs. It s hard to find HONEST hard working auto repair shops these days and Platinum is one of the rare ones. What a beautiful staff Matt made me feel so secure and reassured me everything will be fine. I was pleasantly surprised at the price he asked all my questions. I asked about a tune up he let me know when it's time for it and the price I can't tell you how happy I'm about knowing there's a reliable car repair I have. Please take your car here you won't regret it 10 STARS

Untruthful about work they do, took my truck to dealership ran same test with completely different results. Don't let them rob you like they robbed me and my son yesterday

Complete scam this place is took my vechile in to get new tires they broke something in the wheel well n refuse accountability. Went back another time same thing happend. They fixed my front rotors n switched a good one one my back. Got new brakes and rotors two weeks later they grinding and squealing. Go here to get robbed . update:this is the platinum on east200th and its a company vechile so yes my name is not in your data base,but my vechile is embarrassing to drive with jacked noisy brand new brakes. You lost our buisness with this one

So far I have been to Platinum once and the staff is very professional and great mechanical experience. I intend to return for other repairs needed that was quoted by Platinium. Thank you, well guy's I returned to Platinum on Thursday 1/10/19 the Lexi had to be towed there because she needed a time changing belt and a water pump. Dennis got her together I picked her up Friday and she is running excellent and looking good. I thank Dennis and everyone at Platinum for doing their best work and very reasonable prices, courteous and professional.

Had to wait for an appt. I just wanted him to take a look at a noise I've been hearing under my vehicle but he told me I would have to schedule an appointment for him to do.I won't be going back there, nor will I refer.

The maple location is horrible the manger has no people skills and I return to get my breaks and pads fixed three times then I was getting new tires and the mechanic had to charge me to replace pads he said never been changed and I couldn t post it it look ridiculous when I call platinum auto the guy is rude and act like he don t remember me coming back multiple time the first time was because I slid through an intersection like my breaks were not changed but it s sad I trusted them calling the owner only make them treat you worst not better smh I won t sent my worst enemy to you guys
