I couldn't be happier. I was recommended by a few people so I took the chance when someone hit my truck. Not only were they able to complete the work in a week, they were able to provide a loner car to use. The cherry on top was that they were so generous, they covered my deductible. I don't know if they do this often, but I will always recommend this shop to anyone needing autobody work.

Took my pickup truck to get work done they did an excellent job. I will definitely be bring my other vehicles up there when I need other work done. They are very friendly and very reasonably priced!! Overall great experience

Honestly so thrilled with this place. I took my Corolla in for some rear and front damage repair and it came back literally looking off-the-lot brand new! John was awesome; he kept me up to date with the repair schedule and any issues with insurance. He set me up right away with a loaner vehicle too which was EXTREMELY appreciated! I was also quoted a fraction of the price another shop had given me for out of pocket repairs on my bumper. AND they washed and detailed my car on top of the normal repairs; amazing customer service! I would definitely come back to them and recommend anyone and everyone I know for their auto body work! I really love my car. It's a red Prius. Over the last few years it had suffered a few dings. But then I cracked my bumper when I got stuck in a snow drift last month.I took the car into PCS auto body shop. I asked John to please make it look brand new. That's exactly what he did. My car looks wonderful. PCS did an excellent job.Even better was the good price on the work they did. I'm sure they found extra dings but they did not charge me more than the quote.I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and had it back the next Monday. There was no hassle. It was a pleasure actually.I recommend PCS auto body for excellent work, great value, and friendly professional service. Thanks, John!

I purchased a used car with some existing body damage and PCS did a phenomenal job with the repairs and paint on it! Paint match was spot on and there is no evidence of the previous damage. They even detailed my car up a bit! Will definitely use these guys in the future if I need further body work done on a vehicle!

John, Carol, and the crew at PCS are not only fair and honest, but also extremely nice and detail oriented. They gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired. When I got it back, I noticed they did a great job �they even took the time to wash it and clean the interior! I'd definitely recommend them for any body work.

This place did an amazing job.. I went in for an estimate and they got me in fast,the very next week which I was extremely happy about because other places said they wouldn t be able to fit me in until March. Everyone was nice and friendly, they fixed the problem and made my car look new.. they even detailed my car inside and out. The loaner car they gave me ran well.. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this place

Someone clipped my passenger side mirror off in a parking lot.This place did an amazing job replacing the mirror (they were able to save the color cap from my old mirror) I went in for an estimate and they got me in fast, the very next week (the new mirror arrived when they said it would) Everyone was nice and friendly, they fixed the problem and made my car look new..I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this place

I got into a small fender bender and needed the paint fixed on my bumper. John at PCS was so kind and made sure my car was done in a timely manner. Every time I called up to the shop he answered right away and had my car s updates. My car was even washed upon completion. I am very satisfied and would recommend anyone to have their car fixed at this shop. Thank you PCS!

Was side-swiped back in November on a Saturday night, right before Thanksgiving. Insurance took a while to complete the investigation and accept liability.Just looked the car over and it looks excellent. I simply let them do their thing, and didn't want to rush the process. There's not even a hint that I was in an accident now. PCS also provides free loaner cars, which is great. I also got the Roku 50" TV from them. An awesome compliment.They've been easy to work with. I chose them based on location and reputation. If you need auto body work done, PCS is worthy of your time!

John was amazingly helpful and got my bumper and tail light installed on my Mini Van within an hour..He also bailed me out after surgery and got a battery swapped out in my car for me last month !Highly recommend !

I love this place. They did an amazing job on my truck and handled all this insurance details. Every was nice and professional! I didn t have to pay my deductible which was a huge help. Not to mention I won a 50 roku tv in their weekly raffle. I would suggest this shop to anyone

This man went ABOVE and beyond helping me out thru a process where my car ended up being totaled AFTER we were given an estimate for repairs by my insurance. Let me tell you, you don t find great customer service often anymore, and it meant the world to me!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THEY CARE!!

I am beyond thrilled at the work done on my car by PCS. I had some front end bumper work done and there were some minor scratches, which John said he would buff out at no charge. When I went to pick up my car not only did he do to repair work but they washed and detailed my car also!!! I felt like I had a new a car again. Also I had a loaner which started acting up, I called John and he had another loaner brought over and had the other one towed within the hour. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Wind blew my door open and wouldn't properly shut ,hitting the fender. John at PCS auto body completely went above and beyond and repaired in minutes and just overall nice people and staff. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience with PCS. They got my car in and out in a timely manner and the actual work looks amazing. I can t thank John enough for taking care of me, he even gave me a car to use while mine got fixed. I ll never take my car anywhere else!

I drive for a ride share company so I frequently get into fender benders. This last time I was hit very hard causing nearly $10 k in damage to my baby. PCS made her like new again. A great automobile shop.I 100% recommend them.

Took my suv here to have some work done after a accident and I'm so glad I did the people there was very pleasant and very helpful they made sure that they kept me in the loop about the work they were doing and when it came down to the insurance company they handled all of that for me as well I was also given a loaner car to get around this was a no hassle place and while I was there to pick up my car a client of theirs caught a flat while in the loaner car she was given and the owner immediately sent someone to her location to fix the tire you can not find a place like this anywhere in Cleveland

I stopped in to have my back license plate unit looked at because it was hanging. John and his guys fixed it, which took at least 15 -20 minutes. John offered me free service, but I refused and paid him fifty dollars for his time.I'm giving a five-star review because we're living in times when the cost of living has increased on all levels, and it's rare companies want to do anything free of charge.This was my first experience with John and this company, and they made a first great impression!

Have been taking my last two cars to PCS for minor body work. They have always been friendly, professional and very good at their work. Had a big insurance job that didn t work out thanks to Progressive. I will continue taking my Rabbit there for all body work and recommend anyone else to.

I took my car to PCS for body work and some brake work. The car came back to me looking brand new. My car is 18 years old and had significant rust and the bumper needed repair. The body work was flawless. I also had work done on my brakes and they did a great job. Working with staff was also very easy. PCS is the only place to take your car for repairs or body work hands down!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Brakes

Nice local guy! They will do what they can to cut costs and make it more affordable. Seems like they have some contacts in the business that they are able to negotiate for parts. I ve been there 3 times for stupid incidents done on my car by careless drivers.
