I'VE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE MOST PT THE GUYS THAT ANSWERS THE PHONES ARE OK. IT'S THE GUY THAT CHECKS YOU OUT DURING MY LAST VISIT THE PRINTER WAS MESSING UP I WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO'S MERCHANDISE WAS ON THE COUNTER FOR CK OUT BUT ONCE IT WAS BK UP & RUNNING HE SKIPPED PAST ME TOOK CARE OF THE OTHER {2} SEPARATE GUYS BEFORE ME. NOW THERE WAS A YOUNG LADY AHEAD OF ME SHE WAS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OFF SHE LEFT BUT I NOTICED THEY TOOK HER MERCHANDISE TO HER VEHICLE, BUT NOBODY ASSISTED ME THEY LET ME STRUGGLE SMDH I GUESS YOU HAVE TO BE 1/2 DRESSED SHOWING OFF BODY PTS TO GET ASSISTANCE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Counter person inattentive. Had to repeat myself several times. Didn't acknowledge me or listen when I added to the order. All while listening to foul language exchanges coming from behind the counter. Not all employees I observed were being unprofessional. Managed to fill order with correct parts.

This is a huge auto part store with good parts, the only thing is it takes forever to get them! I waited over 15 min for my parts to be bought up to the front. I know it's a process because some call in for parts so they are working on their orders but, there has to be a better way for walk-in customers. The guys were friendly and helpful. A little static between coworkers but overall good for parts not if you're in a hurry.

They do have a lot of parts, but most sales guy have no idea about the parts they sell. They need educated people to help people when the customer does not know the name of something that they should be able to tell U name of the part just by yr description and/or should come outside on look at the part in question to try and figure it out. My suggestion is AutoZone.

Always had the lowest prices. Rotors for my infinity 98 dollars each almost everywhere .. only 18 dollars at world auto ... They definitely beat the competitors

Okay when I first re-entered World also I was confused because I'm used to just walking up saying what I want one time I was just standing around no one told me that place a order means buying something so when they kept yelling this out I thought it meant that the order was already placed and they will call your name I found pit hard way standing around 20.mins this means to walk up and say what you want and wait for order to be filled this time they have 3 or 4 reps but only one will take your order I do love their prices and their friendliness

This place seems to be the best place to buy, auto parts as far as getting the best price. It's the place that the auto shops use and it's the place that I suggest patrons doing work on their own cars should use. The staff doesn't have the best attitude at times, but if you're going to pay for parts you might, as well get the best price.

I wish I could give 5 negative stars. The guy on the phone who claimed to be the manager "Dave" was rude, arrogant and extremely ignorant. I asked a simple question about looking up a past purchase. Instead of helping me, his only concern was do I have my receipt. Obviously I dont, but my purchase could be verified by looking it up. Not this guy, he has no customer service skill or class. I will never make a purchase there again. I suggest everyone avoid this place

Company fired me for no reason at all. I was working through a temp agency the temp agency the guy who hired me called me the following morning an hour before going in and told me that they was discontinuing used with their temp agency which I found out was a lie they just fired me just to fire me without any reason this company is full of it don't work there. and it's weird because they had to ask me twice if I want to get hired in and I'm thinking that's a reason that they fired me because I didn't want to be hired in and they only wanted to pay me $11 so I wasn't willing to drive more than 8 hours a day for $11 an hour

Got what u need reasonably priced but every worker at the counter talks entirely to much amongst each other across the counter which is ok i get it but they stop working when they start talking! Idc to hear what your telling your coworker what you did lastnite! Multitask or shut up and finish ringing me out! I just want my part and be on my way!

Rudest parts people in the city. Asked parts guy to see pads to make sure they match and he said not until I pay for them. Point to see them was to make sure they were correct before purchase. Told counter person I would never buy parts there again he said no problem.

Sent an email saying they don t want to hold up my order and to respond, or they d release in 48hrs. 4 days later the order status hasn t changed, no response after 4 days confirming it s available to ship or a way to cancel rhe order. Might be the cheapest, but saving a few bucks isn t worth being the slowest.

very rude and unprofessional i had a simple question of transmission pricing i assumed they had used they guy said they do not i was still talking to get pricing the rebuilt ones they have he rudely hung up on me then u think i want to spend my $3,500 with this company No!!!! I WILL GO ELSE WHERE

Ask the cashier a question he was very naste an once i put my ordet in .it took 10 minutes before the cashier called my part up to be paid for. the exttra money you save isnt worth it. Plus they only honor receipts everywhere esle they honor your phone number for the part they replaceing.its your receipt so dont buy from here. Parts sustanderd.bad quality parts
