I went for an E-Check inspection St.Clair location this afternoon and the attitude of the man working there was HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! There were 2 men there at the inspection station.. the younger man that did my inspection, to identify this man he had teeth missing in the front! He needs to learn the proper adequacy in dealing with the public and not being rude and telling me to pull your car up w/nasty hand motions he had no patience!!Respectfully

The young man that serviced me on 10/14/23 was very friendly and professional. I was his 1st customer lol and everything went quick

Pulled up only waited 1 minute and was brought in to test, This time I stayed in my van ,and they had my vehicle in and out in less then 10min. Great service today and fast

Fast, friendly service. Everyone I interacted with was on their game. The manager even made me laugh, cracking jokes while doing his job well. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe.

The young man that took care of my vehicle was very kind and knowledgeable. When I got there it wasn't crowded and they took me in right then an there. It was very clean and neat inside the facility as well as outside. I experienced a very nice an smooth emissions test and will go there from now on.

I was in and out quickly. It was a bit cold and I feel for the employees working in the cold weather, but she was very professional.

Called in first to see what all I had to bring if anything. Phone representative was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. When I got to the E-check, the associate was quick fast and had no problems engaging is car conversation... I was in and out within 5 minutes max. Other than the fact that I think the whole E system is simply a waste of money, if you have to go to one this place was very professional quick and pleasant

The female worker spoke to us with a very unprofessional and aggressive tone. When we asked her to repeat direction she became disrespectful and replied snidely "I mean it's simple directions." We asked for another worker but she continued to make her remarks refusing to acknowledge her part in the negative interaction. The male worker took up for her so we left for another location. The entire interaction could have quickly been de-escalated however the complete lack of professionalism did the exact opposite. All we asked was that she not speak to us in such a disrespectful and condescending manner. We will be speaking with a person in management.

Very nice efficient staff! These people deserve a facility remodel. The driveway needs replacement and the building itself has modern equipment but the rest is rough.

I've only been to this one and one other but this one was way faster. In and out. The road leading up to the place is a bit rocky and pot holes. But good service, they did what I needed

Not busy, facility, especially the driveway and staging area is in horrible condition, leaving me to believe that they added a suspension test.

Quick service and nice staff. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The state makes you do this e-check, thankfully the staff here makes it a breeze.
