Service was fast and excellent. I needed a bulb put in for my headlight. One of the associates came out and put it right in. The manager there was also nice and very helpful.

Very friendly and courteous employees. I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle and was offered to wait in the store for over a hour and a half waiting for a locksmith. The gentleman was very patient and helpful. Customer Service was really shown. I offered the gentleman lunch for allowing me to wait in the store instead of outside where the temperature was 28 degrees. He informed me that he was just doing his job. This was Customer Service at its best.

They were closed ; 30 minutes. , before time ??? I called other locations to make sure there was nothing wrong there ? ( all lines were on ) Doors were locked ? Thought they may be in the back or rest room ??? It was at least 3 other cars waiting to see if there wasn't a problem. ( Don't want cost no one their job , but it is Dangerous out here at nite , when we make the trip for nothing. ( Hope all is well ) ......

dear owner, your staff was very rude to me and lied to me about engine diagnosing !!!! I don't appreciate being told one thing and finding out they lied . please talk to the guy who opened the store on sun may 24th . first he tells me they dont diagnose because of covid.and when i pressed him about the fulton rd store doing it, then he changed his story to "come back at 11am,when some one else is here. first lie! then when i called at 11;30 the guy who answered the phone AGAIN SAID WE DONT DUE THAT' WHAT IS GOING ON AT YOUR STORE.

Looking for a license plate screw, I just lost my 30 day tag and got my plates. But my car didn't come with any screws, so I was driving around with no plates. Literally the only store around the area that had the set I needed. And had a employee look at my car and see what I needed. Thanks guys!!

Great place. Fantastic employees.. parts are good and employees really do care and help the best they can. Especially the young guy with pony tail. Highly recommend !

People there once they have a job there they are ok but after a short while they have real bad attitudes and are just wanting you to spend your hard earned money, they're with bad people skills and their not at all helpful and not really experienced, they only learn on the job with you if your not too experienced with automotives

Had the correct tool i needed for removing an inner tie rod end. Was givin the wrong tool at autzone and advance. They have better knowledge of cars then the others

This place is a joke, put you on hold transfer to another person. To be put on hold to be transferred to another person. I just asked for a oil filter wrench for a bmw x5 the sales rep asked me what was the part number for the oil filter wrench (I thought you was the customer service rep).
