I went there to go get a diagnostic on my car. The father told me he do all diagnostic. He fixed something that he was supposed to fix and told me it s fixed and the next day my car was falling apart. I will refer nobody there and this was like years ago and today I just went there and I recall my car getting a muffler system done and each time, you get your car fixed you gotta reset the code so code came on. I took my car to AutoZone and got it diagnostic And no they told me it was a cold. His son lied to me and told me my upper converter needed to be fixed for $699 and the lower converter need to be fixed for For 340 some dollars Sam told me to leave I went to a different shop they ve been doing car for 35 yesrs They erased the code on my car, and that was the only problem Mr. Cea his son is money hungry i ve been knowing them for 10 years

They always treat me well. The exhaust repair that I had done was $100.00 cheaper than another place that was closer to me. I drove forty miles to get a better deal and great service.

Been going here through a referral for a little over a year, and have been getting work done with a recent vehicle, they are reasonable in pricing and solid and diligent in there work. If there is a issue with the work I've seen them make proper adjustments if necessary. To me that makes you high value and essential to a service that is needed by pretty much everybody. This place is a blessing in disguise!!!

Great service!! While I went on a busy Friday afternoon, he was able to get me out within a couple of hours and for an incredible price!! I highly recommend for any exhaust or muffler issues especially because of their overall amazing service. They take your car back, examine, and then show you the issue and inform you of the price before they start working on it. Definitely will go back and recommend over and over again!

Hi Guys, I went here yesterday to have and oxygen sensor put on. The man that collected my money from me. Was very professional. Also he was honest. They did a great job. Thanks and God Bless . If I have any questions or problem's I will call them again. You have to make sure customer's are satisfied. Always be kind to everyone!!!!!

I took my Nissan juke into mr. I have been going to Charlie's shop for years! His father ran an honeat and fair shop and the tradition continues with Jr! I made the mistake of taking my car to another shop and getting 'soaked' for over $1000 and the problem still remained...dropped it off to Charlie and he got me up and fully repaired in a day for under $400! His staff is friendly and know their cars...whether new or vintage...and won't stop until they solve your issue! I would recommend this for all your auto repair needs!

If I could give them , I would!! Mr. C & Me is thee best in town hands down. ...no questions asked!! He is professional, thorough, and fast. He'll get you in & out & his prices are affordable ...not to mention his loving soul !! I'll NEVER go anywhere else. He has a customer in me for life. Been dealing with him for over a decade. Went in for a terrible noise under my car, as soon as I arrived it was put on the lift and they told me what was wrong. My converter was leaking and that's why my car sounded like an airplane. Converter was replaced and rewelded on. In and out, I can't complain, that horrid noise is gone.

At Mr. C's, they treat you like family. They make sure that you know your options and they are willing to walk you through the problems they with your vehicle. They also have fair prices. I will always choose their services before I go somewhere else. And they took my car at moments notice!

I have been going to Mr.C & Me for over 10 yrs. I believe that this is the best auto repair shop in Cleveland. They are extremely competent and knowledgeable. most of the repairs that I've ever had done there are done in a few hours and no less than a day. He is extremely honest and prices are very reasonable. Service is excellent and repairs are done right the first time. I could not give a better review to anyone else in this city. Excellent mechanic work. Had really long time wait for right bushing parts for 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. All other parts came quick & installed really good. Mr C is good place for repairs

This place is horrible after giving me a price once they did the installation dude comes up with work i didn't ask for did it without asking me said he was going to give me a better price than the previous place and ended up being more plus another $87 dollars for something i didn't ask almost $200 just for a 2ft pipe this guy just wants your money plus uses used parts on vehicles i know cuz an ex worker said it and say they are new he is a scam 100% dont go to this place i wish i can give him no Service: Exhaust

Very reasonable prices, willing to work with you and sensitive to your budget. I appreciated them showing me the underside of my car, what exactly was wrong, several options for what could be done about it and the prices, and then showing me the car after the work was done. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I'll be coming back.

I was very happy with the service but very upset with the switch price. Yes they will fix your car but make sure you go in there with cash and not a credit card or a Visa or debit card because they will switch the price on you due to what they say taxes.The price they give you the first time make sure you have the cash. Overall, Yes the employee Sean gave my car very good service thank Sean.
