Today I came to get four new tires. And Moe and Billy got me right in .They customer service was great they really take care of you ..Billy is a piece of work in a good way.. They really care about the customers . I can't wait till get my breaks done next...

Yes I went moes on Euclid first, and they was so rude and unprofessional. I came to the real Moe s and they always take care of me. I just needed front pads and rotors and one caliper for the front and they told me I needed a transmission. Thank you again for the real moes !

Excellent Customer Service and friendly people!On Friday April 5th I was heading into work early. As I was coming down Hayden Ave, I hit a pothole and blew a tire. I was referred by a co-worker to go to Moe s Tire Service in East Cleveland. I wasn t able to go due to my schedule for that day. So I had a friend take my car up there to get a replacement tire. They did replace my blown tire. However, I discovered the tire they replaced was a smaller size than my original tires. Since they were closed I had to come back the next day. I came back on April 6th and explained to the mechanic what happened. He looked at my tire and was completely confused as to why someone put the wrong tire on my car. I showed him the receipt and told him I wanted a new tire. He apologized for the mistake and told me to just pay the difference for the brand new tire. I was extremely happy with this! Thank you for the excellent service. I will be back soon!

I came to get a used tire, they were able to do it while I was still in my car, I didnt even get out to pay. Service took less than 10 minutes and the price is very affordable!! Very convenient and reliable. Would definitely be back

Awesome team! Especially been a lady coming in to get work! Didn t feel like I was getting taken advantage of! I like tha! The whole staff is family orientated!!! And the fast and the work is good! And last cost efficient!!!!! Great job

Nothing bad to say about the fast, friendly service at Moe s Hayden avenue! Super efficient visit for four tires and an oil change. I was there in the middle of a busy Saturday afternoon and they still had everything done in no time did a great price. Thank you, gentlemen!

It was a great place I was in and out real quick. Staff member were very friendly and funny. I think most tire center should get a mobile unit going, so he can come out to your house. Prices are very affordable.

I needed 4 tires and Dave showed me the best tires and the best customer service I a customer could ask for. Next time you go to Moe s tire shop ask for Dave he will definitely to great care of you.. Polite respectful and professional service

Took my car there Saturday, for a simple flex pipe repair. Was originally quoted $150 and they tried to gouge me for an additional $130 on top of that. And now that it s been a few days since the visit, I randomly noticed that my coolant tank has been bled dry. Do not take your cars there. They will try to sabotage your vehicle to get you to come back.

Janky mechanics! They did breaks on my car I had to go back twice about it took my car to another place and had to spend more money because they never bled my breaks... Wouldn't recommend!! Ladies stay safe do not go here...

Friday night I discovered I had a nail in my tire. I was talking to a friend later that night, he said go to Moe's. Saturday morning I told 2 other people about the nail in my tire , they both said "go to Moe's". So guess what I did? I went to Moe's!!!! the service I received was off the chain! I was in and out within 20 minutes. So what you should do for any tire service, "go to Moe's!"

NEVER RESOLVED! RIPPED OFF OF $885. Won't document cost of each repair. 3rd tune-up in 3 years. Car NOT SHAKING BEFORE last repair costing $885. NOW--- VIOLENTLY SHAKING AND NEEDING ANOTHER REPAIR. GOING ELSEWHERE !

They seem honest. I wish they would have had my tire size. My sister swears by them, $50 used tires with lots of wear left.
