I have been going here for years. Mike and his team are excellent and are determined to get almost any car issues resolved. One of the best benefits of living in Old Brooklyn is this shop. If you arrive early, they try their hardest to get you in early. You are in the best care here!

I went here several years ago (6-7) for an oil change because they were in the neighborhood, had a fine and pleasant experience. I would have thought everything was fine until I was two hours into my drive to PA when I pulled over to discover they never put back on my oil cap so I literally had oil all over the place.Fast forward to this year when I m finally giving them another chance because they happen to be within walking distance of my house which makes it really convenient to go there.I took my car there for a check engine light & smoke coming out of the hood of my car. I paid just shy of $1100 for the oil leak in my car to get repaired. Was it repaired? No.I took it back less than a month later when my low oil light came on & they had to put two quarts of oil in my car because it s was still leaking & it still wasn t fixed. They dismissed me & told me to just take it to the Chevy dealership because it must be burning too much oil . Come to find out I have 3 separate leaks that weren t addressed when I paid for service to get my car repaired at this location. I now have to spend around $2000 to not only get a leak repair, but fix what should have already been repaired to begin with. I will never spend another dollar at this place & will let everyone I know to not take their car here. There is no reason for the negligence I ve experienced.Two stars only because the center manager is extremely nice.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This place is really close to where I live and they are professional. With that said they are way overpriced. They wanted to charge me over $400 just to get my 2 back rotors and brake pads done. They also added something about lubricating the anchors and clips. Which I think is just something to add only to make it seem like a deal. I also made the foolish decision to get my wheel alignment ($100) here with an oil change. They also did a rotation of my tires which I did not ask for..all together $185 l'll also add I did give him a coupon and thinking about it after the fact I don't think he even put the code in for the discount. And if you think you can buy parts then have them Install it don't try, it's against their policy. After talking to my older brother. There's places that aren't far from here that will do stuff for a lot cheaper. I think I'll still come here but only for a oil change.

This place is a scammer! So my daughter took her vehicle in there, she used my information to get it fixed. Put it on my credit and they allowed her to do this without me even being there. She got all my information they gave her my contract and everything now I m in the process of taking ppl to court because this should have never happened! No way someone can use someone else s information to get what they want and these ppl allowed it! $3000.00 later!!!!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, Auto maintenance

I had a 2:00 appointment for a windshield wiper issue. I knew it wasn't something I could do on my own, as I had tried different things minus tearing it apart. Within about 10 minutes the mechanic called me in to explain what was exactly wrong with it. I was thinking, well, that's not as bad as I thought..let's get it on. Here, he had already completed it!!! I would have jumped for joy right there if I wasn't so shell shocked that it was finished already. Completely made my day. I'll definitely go back!!!!

I normally go to the dealership for service on my vehicle but I just learned that they can check vehicles' maintenance records no differently than the dealerships. This location provided excellent service but the staff on-site were polite yet professional. I will definitely start having my vehicle serviced here going forward.

These guys were great, honest shop. Told me what was wrong, gave me a price, I told them I could get the part for about 20% of their cost, so I ordered it and they put it in. They were really great about everything. If ANYTHING goes wrong with my car that I can't fix, I'm heading back here.

I took my car to be serviced spark plugs are supposed to be new and they were not and I was charged $249 for new spark plugs and they were never replaced.

I had work at another Midas and was not satisfied. Took it to Memphis Ave location and a had different experience. Fixed my problem, very efficient and friendly! Going to continue there for all car services.Service: TiresService: Tires

They were Booked SOLID&I need An All Wheel Alignment Their Time was The Same as I am working Two far away to Make during Rush hour...So I never Received maintenance so It's Really Unfair to Rate Them When I Saw Good Review's on them...

Staff are always awesome. Mike and Dave have been there since I was a kid, at least 25 yrs now. Your car will be in good hands. Check them out. They are highly recommend.

I only went for an oil change, but they were very nice and got me in the same day. A few days later I had tried to put air in my tires but the machine at get go wasn't working and I ended up putting way too much air in I swung by and asked if they could fix it and they got me in right away

The memphis ave location rocks. First our appt time was at 200, well at 200 we were def going to be extremely late so we called and they had a 330 available. So we changed our appt time, even with doing so we were still 20 minutes late. So I called on the way explained situation told them I understand if we have to reschedule, they said no come on in we'll fit you in. That's exactly what they did wasn't there 5 minutes and our car was up in the air getting her oil changed. When it was time to pay I realized my coupon was not only for another Midas location but was expired. They were very accommodating and understanding and still honored the coupon. Great group of people, did a great job on our oil change as well as the tire rotation and we'll def be back!!!

Horrible..big guy drove my vehicle roughly into bay..while doing oil change.knocked into pipe by manifold cracking it..Came out sounding like loud airplane.. Immediately called owner. He didn't care and show no intative..to help !!! Go to Lakewood kinder much better service..This owner is a crook..Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys have worked on most of our cars over the years. You can trust these guys to do a good job, charge a reasonable price, give you options, and be honest. They have a good turn around, too.

Went here for oil change on my Volkswagen.. ever since oil has been dripping pretty bad (which was not happening before) I called and they said they don t have the tools to look at it? Now since my oil light is on and had to take somewhere else to fix now, because of them. I highly recommend not doing business here

Came in early this morning when they first opened to see if they could check out my tire because the light was on. I didn't know i had to make an appointment to have tire pressure checked. The guy that greeted me at the door was very standoffish and rude as if he was frustrated that i came in. I asked if there were any other local tire shops around that i could just walk into and he just brushed me off then said go to tireman up the street on biddulph. The vibe was just nasty. I also see they're charging $4 for air.
