I recently took my car in for it's 5K service. I was greeted by Jeffrey Miller and told him of my concerns. My service was performed and Jeff called me a few hours later and told me the the one concern I was handled easily and the other was being considered and that he would call me back with the results. He called me an hour later and said my problem was being taken care of with No out of pocket cost to me. Jeff is excellent at his Position. I highly recommend him. As far as the Staff at Metro Lexus . I can't say enough about them. They are Truly a Wonderful Team and make sure they treat all their Guests like Family .... Great Job Jeffrey Miller & the Metro Lexus Team 100%

Took over an hour for a simple oil change. Then they tried to get me to purchase additional services such as replacement of an in cabin air filter for over $100! It cost me $20 and 30 seconds to do it myself

The service and customer service were great. The new Update Promise updates were nice. It kept me apprised of all services going on with my car. Especially when I was sent a video of the inspection and what was found. The only problem was that an air hose in the background was interfering with the mechanic talking, so hard to hear. Also, liked that I was texted the problems found, fixes and price & that I was able to approve the repairs.

Went to Metro Lexus for a brake job on my NX300. They were also running a tire sale and got a good price for Michelin tires. Work was completed on time and I m enjoying the smooth ride and improved safety. The Metro service crew is friendly and very professional. Always a good experience!

Simply the best car dealership organization.,. I have ever dealt with it's just simply makes sense why they're number one from the moment I walk into the parking lot. . to the moment I talked to the salesman Abed Darwish who is just awesome right away....and bought the car... to the moment I left with a service done to my car.... very professional very friendly.... Service is great, employees very kind and courteous and considerate, however I dropped my RX350 off on a Tuesday afternoon for the 35,000 mile service and a vibration in the brakes when stopping. I had a free loaner which is always nice but I didn t get my car back until Friday, three days later.Today, Wednesday 11/15 7:00 am appointment I brought my RX350 back to replace a tire I had a flat on because of a road hazard take the spare off and put the new tire on. I ve been here now 2 and 15 minutes and it s finally done. Again great job but why did I it take so long?

This was my first time in for service for my car. I just needed by tires rotated for my 6 months service call. I was very well taken care of. The whole team and I mean everyone at Metro Lexus was very pleasant. Everyone walks around with a smile. It's very refreshing. I have recommended Metro to several friends looking for a car. I had the best experience in purchasing mine. Christian Miller was very patient in helping me pick out the package I wanted in my Lexus NX350. I can't believe it took me this long to purchase a Lexus. I really LOVE my NX350.

i was scheduled for a quick oil change but advised i should do alignment too. the whole thing should've taken about an hour. well, it took a lot longer, no one communicated to how much longer i finally texted it was only then someone came and talked to me. bad experience!

Requested an estimate/booked appointment/ loaner was fueled and washed/ tech sent me a pre work video of my car/ vehicle was completed on time/ final price was same as estimate except for seven year old battery/ five star rating from first phone call to picking up my car/ serviced and washed

Excellent service and nice showroom to wait for service to be completed. Only complaint is each service trip results in them asking to replace my cabin filter for $80. It's a $20 part from AMZN which can be replaced at home very easily

Thou I am happy overall, I had to ask Service advisor to check the tire pressure and he has to take my vehicle back again inside to check and up the tire pressure. Appreciate little more attention to the customer needs! Thanks.

I took my ES350 in for TPS monitoring system issues. The Tech found that it was a bad stem. When he took the tire off to replace the stem, the tire was shredded down to the belts on the inside of the tire. I was shocked that the place I had the tires put on would not know they were mounting a defective tire. Thankfully, Lexus did as the tire was not safe at all to drive on. I had Lexus replace the tire, recalibrate the TPS system and everything is working great! There was a slight issue upon my way home from picking up my car where my passenger wiper would not work. Called Service back to let them know what happened on my way home and that it was working properly when I arrived to drop the car off, in the rain. They said it could be a loose nut and to bring the car back in to have them look at it and fix the issue. My husband was able to adjust the wiper arm and tighten the nut. Works like new!I had a BMW prior to my Lexus and the service was no where near the service you get at Lexus, plus Lexus vehicles are definitely a higher quality than BMW. Lexus service is always 5-star, bar none! Thank you to Ian and my Service Tech! My vehicle is now safe and road-worthy again! #LOVEMYLEXUS

Very accommodating of my schedule and preferences. Got my car back quickly. I love my car. The loaner was very convenient but not something I would ever choose to buy.
