I need my car looked at and was told to come to Metro by the Toyota dealer. I am a woman that knows nothing about cars. They were so kind and helped me so quickly. Tracy was amazing and on the ball. I was in and out and so happy with the outcome.I know my husband has been to them quite a bite over the years and he only has great things to say as well. Thank you!

This team is impeccable and their customer service is brilliant! Derek was a HUGE help and he was very friendly when he called me. He constantly kept me in the loop at every turn, very professional. Tracey and Robert were both very friendly and supportive any time I called in with a question. Thank you so much Metro team! I am very happy that I brought my car to you all again, another amazing experience.

I took my car here after someone s bumper flew off and ramped my brand new car at 70mph, it cracked my entire front bumper and scratched all down the rocker rail, doors and rims. Metro not only did an incredible job on my car!! But they really went above and beyond the call of business in not only dealing with me and my anxiety while they had my car, but in helping me deal with the rental car company AFTER picking up my car. Melissa is now someone i would consider a friend for life! She s incredible at her job to say the least! If this was my company, she s absolutely without a doubt who I d want to have running it! Robert was also awesome and honestly the whole staff collectively were just amazing to do business with! I hope I never need a collision center again!! But if I do, I won t go anywhere but here! I will refer everyone I know to this place! It might be a bit of a wait on your car, but it s because they re great at what they do and they stay busy!! It s WELL worth the wait! They don t use after market parts and they will fight to be sure your car is getting what it needs through insurance. Not to mention they guarantee their work! 10/10 highly recommend this place!!Services: Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Make sure you call and force them to give you an update. Don't rely on their text messages system. Make sure they have your paperwork listed under your last name. They told me there was 2 inspections done to my car and forced me to have it dropped off at my house. Then they had to come to my job and get me a rental. They couldn't even have the rental dropped off. The car sat on their lot for 3 weeks because they had to fight with the insurance to get their money. The doors still do not line up correctly. Going to have to take it back to them again!

An amazing caring team at Metro Accident Repair Center! So glad that I checked this option. The staff is kind, and dedicated and tries to help you as much as possible. Staff was very friendly and kept me informed via text messaged on what they were doing. They also provide a portal so you can see your car in proccess. Its pretty detailed. I had one small issue I wanted them to fix and they offered me to come in at anytime I'm available and they'll fix my issue on the spot.

Place was great, didn't take long at all. Went in for a dent pictured below and the car came out great. They even cleaned my engine cover which was all dusty and had oil on it, was not expecting that!! Ladies up front kept me updated on what was happening. Only problem I had was one of the worker doesn't wait for the car to come to a complete stop before putting the gear in park and that they halfway gassed it when the engine was cold (I know this because my dash cam recorded everything). All in all it was great working with them.

Our Lexus suffered a rear end collision and our NJ insurance company had little experience in handling OH claims. Metro worked with all appraisal and approval personnel and returned our vehicle in near showroom condition using OEM parts and no additional cost to us beyond or policy deductible.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I would give 10 stars if i could! Everyone is so nice at the front desk. They repaired my Rav4 in a very timely manner, dealt with the insurance company and helped me navigate a rental through enterprise. I am just so happy with the service! Will return again!! It was a long 2 months that my Tacoma was in the body shop. This shop was helpful and had great communication. At the end of the day, the insurance company felt the estimate was padded and inflated with a lot of not needed extras like scans and such. So they didn't pay and I was told I needed to pay over $300 out of pocket. I felt like I got punished for being rear ended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have a Toyota 4 runner limited and apparently have this infamous front bumper edges unclip issue. No signs of any physical damage yet my bumper is out of place. The dealer gave me the reach and said something like "oh a shopping cart could do that". Then Referred me to these guys.Red carpet treatment start to finish. Looked at it and said its a tricky situation. They pulled it into the garage for deeper inspection and asked me to wait 45min. Let me use there conference room to take a call, and offered coffee.Fixed it for me on the spot and were beyond fair with me.So disappointed to find out my 4 runner has known body issues but these guys took care of me and I felt much better about the situation.Thank you. A few months ago Metro did an outstanding job replacing the hood and bumper cover on my 2015 Lexus. The customer service portion of my experience was as positively professional as the repairs. Since then I had an issue that I thought would be too small for them to bother with, but once again they treated me like their best customer and I was soon on my way good as new.Service: Body & Trim

Metro Accident Repair Center helped me through my first 2 car collision. The staff were welcoming and resourceful. I explained to them the situation involving my damaged vehicle, and they took care of the finding me a rental and dealing with the insurance company. I left my car at the repair center and one of the mechanics called me to inform me that there might be complications with repairing the vehicle due to a prior repair, which i appreciated greatly because I did not notice that the former repair caused the back panel to become asymmetric. Throughout the process, they updated me on the status on my car repair. When I received the car back, I was pretty satisfied with the results. They had replaced the right rear car door and the right rear wheel. Both parts of the vehicle looked like they were brand new, and they even repaired one of the side mirror covers that I had damaged prior to the accident. My overall customer experience was excellent! The team was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Extremely satisfied with the service!

I took my Rav in for repairs after a fender bender last week. Cindy and the front staff were great! She called every couple of days to keep me updated on the progress. Staff was very accommodating to my dropping off and picking up the car and picking up the rental was just as easy! I believe his name was Josh from Enterprise, took the time to walk me through the process regarding the rental car. The repair work was finished quickly and professionally. I want to especially give a "Shout Out" to the guys in the detailing department. They cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car before sending it back to me. That was a HUGE job thanks to having a sweet pup who sheds a lot!! Thank you so much! That was a very nice surprise & I appreciated it very much! Thank you to the entire staff for making it so easy! I appreciate your hard work! :)

Car dropped off after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. upon dropping of I got an estimate of about 3 weeks to complete repairs. I contacted them after 3 weeks they haven't even touched it. That evening I get an estimate at over double what my insurance estimate was. They said they submitted that to insurance 3 days later I spoke with insurance and they still haven't been contacted by metro. Horrible service and communication more excuses than anything being done

Metro has an excellent staff, knowledgeable, courteous and empathetic to your situation. Jeff and Lenny are top notch! I had a complicated situation, where I was rear ended and had to deal with insurance, a rental and Metro was beyond informative and professional! Metro sends daily updates, a diagnostic report with step by step pictures that pairs up the picture with the line of explanation in your diagnostic report. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience from the minute i pulled in until i picked my car back up when the work was completed. The team at the repair shop kept me informed of the progress and the minute i saw my car i forgot about the accident. Excellent body work and the paint was perfectly matched. It is worth the effort to trust Metro Accident Repair

Took car in for an estimate, because my car got vandalized and had some scratches on the driver side door. They gave me options, and were honest about prices. I went for the courtesy option, and they buffed the door. When I went to pick up my car, I hardly noticed the scratches. A small dent, but like I said, I had the option to get it fixed for a price. Not only did they cover those scratches for free, they washed my car, cleaned the rims, vacuumed the inside. Car looks brand new! Definitely a place I would take my car back to if needed. They are a Toyota certified center, by the way. Very professional people!Services: Painting, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

This place is amazing. The staff are so transparent and helpful! Their experience working with difficult insurance companies was a plus for me. Even though my car was totaled, Melissa, Jeff, and Lenny treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. An accident is never fun, but they made it so much more pleasant by easing my worries and concerns. I felt they provided me with accurate and up to date information throughout the process. Also, I could trust that they weren t trying to give me the run around. I hope that I don t need to use their services again, but if I were in another accident, I would head here first! I highly recommend Metro Accident Repair.

I was so impressed with Metro. Melissa took my extremely horrible day and turned it around. She handled Enterprise, for me when they were difficult as well as Liberty Mutual which was another nightmare. My car looks amazing! They even cleaned the inside. Would absolutely recommend them if you re in need of body work.

They did such a great job fixing my car! Quick service. Did a very poor job detailing my car, left a lot smears and swirl marks. They did try to corrected it but my shine is not like it was! Took my car to another shop to correct the marks. The shop told me they absolutely buffed my car incorrectly. This is going to cost me 250.00 to correct it! Not cool!

I would like to thank Metro Accident Repair Center employee for the excellent customer service and making my car repair a positive outcome. They worked closely with another's insurance company who I found to be difficult. They only use Lexus manufacture parts that is required to ensure safety, other collision centers use after market parts. The outcome of the repair looks as though never damaged. They informed me daily on the status of repair, plus communicated with my Lexus dealership. Thanks Melissa, Lenny, Dave, Jeremy . I highly recommend Metro Accident Repair Center.

DON T bring your car here!! I had the worst experience with them not only is the front desk rude but the repair was bad too! Melissa the manager was rude and dismissive. I wasn t receiving text updates and when I called they made up excuses apparently they re too busy and have other change to do . Once I received my car after 2 months, the front driver side door was not placed correctly so I had to take it back!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance
