I have been through the ringer with RV services and I am so happy I found these guys. They are top notch. Took care of all my problems and some. Fast and efficient. Great communication and customer focused. They are the only shop that will touch my RV from here on.

Highly recommend this place. We brought our Outdoors RV travel trailer to them to have bearings repacked. The first time, repacked. Second time, talked to us about the bushings in the suspension - they noticed serious tire wear. Those got replaced, along with the tire. We also had them look at a weird issue with lights. After the lights being quite dim, we lost them entirely. They found and fixed a poorly crimped connection that had messed up the entire line of lights (they are connected sequentially).These guys are great!!

Had a hub failure on my fifth wheel travel trailer on I-480 just a few miles away. I called and was able to make it there they could take a look just before closing. The owner Nick, my service advisor Mike, and service tech Preston were very knowledgeable about RVs and travel trailers as well as semis. And gave me a fair estimate for both just repairs and also some suspension improvements to help prevent future problems. I decided to make some upgrades, and they were so helpful with letting me camp on site while parts arrived and the work was done. Including electricity to help with the heat wave. If you run into RV troubles around Cleveland give this shop a call! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I back on the road better than before I had any problems.

They work on our company's vans. They seem to communicate well and let us know when they find issues. They also pick up the vehicles for us when they need serviced, so that's extremely helpful.

Nobody is more particular about their vehicle than I am and Mainline is the only one who will ever touch it. Nick is the absolute best at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable and very particular about his work......THANK YOU MAINLINE

Had our International 4300 with the dreadful Maxforce towed into Mainline for being stuck in limp mode with no check engine light on. They diagnosed the truck with a blown motor. Though they were not able to identify how or what procedures they used to diagnose and after multiple attempts to make contact and wait for their tech to contact me I decided to pull the truck out of their shop and take it to the dealer. When I paid for the diagnostic the two guys behind the counter were not the best when it came to customer service and seemed insulted that I was questioning their technician procedure that being the service writer they should have an idea of what goes on in their shop. Their reply you will have to talk to the tech and our tech use to be a certified tech at the International dealer. I laughed when they stated this bit my lip paid the diagnostic bill. Well jump to present day and the diagnostic was completely different at the dealer. A faulty TCM and #8 injector compression washer was the problem with our truck not a blown motor. Best of luck if you use this shop.

Call them at 4:34 actually 4:29 PM is 434 now p.m. they actually could not help me with my heavy duty truck tire and they refuse to even help me put air in it never be able to figure people out sometimes said they couldn't pull anybody off of a job, but yet there's two people possibly that work at a tire place not doing jobs, answering the phone and being a manager. I would say as a manager you should put their help or show me where the air is. Really quite frankly. Unbelievable, but you're right near Cleveland.I tell my good friends that are from here. Some people have an attitude here. I don't understand this attitude of service in the industry especially with the name you have on your business. Surprise me if I call you the next time maybe I'll add some stars. Good luck to .I guess I heard those stories about Clint Eastwood and Johnny Carson, who needed a hand on the side of the road and the people whose head stopped to help them. Obviously they didn't know who they were. You don't really know who I am, but I am a person that could've been a possible customer . I guess I'll look elsewhere along the way for air. We have a 42 Tiffin Phaeton that desperately needed repaired and the guys at this place are simply amazing! We were really were in a jamb and hoping to find someone to help us get on the road for vacation in less than a week. These guys Mike Serv manager, Nick the awesome mechanic, and Curt the patient guy answering my multiple calls, we re all awesome. They all went above and beyond in my opinion to make our vacation possible. When I say less than a week I specifically mean took it there Tue at close for them, and picked up Fri at close!! Not easy repair or easy to get parts!!! Can t thank them enough!! Would recommend them to anyone!!

Amazing service!!!! Our RV sprung an air leak on the pressure tank. We called andtalked with Mike, the service advisor. He got us right in and was excellent customer service!!!! Great experience, again. I used Mainline in 2021 to replace tires, inspect slack adjusters and lube the chassis on my RV. This visit I needed them to inspect a tire that was showing as low by my TPMS sensor. They inspected and confirmed no issues and topped off all 6 tires. Fast, professional and courteous people. There is literally no place other than Mainline we would take our motorcoach to be serviced/repaired. Mike C and others up front are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented and so very friendly. And we re willing to bet that there s no better technician than Nick in the entire state. Nick not only cares about the mechanics of the vehicle, but he also cares about the people who drive it, and is always willing to answer questions and share advice. We live on the southwest side of Cleveland but choose to travel the 50 minutes to Mainline because of the people who work there, and the exceptional service they give us! 40 foot class A Fleetwood Motor Home. Oi change, serviced generator.Mike took good care of us. . After I paid, Mike pulled our unit out front for us. I thought great service and care was a thing of the past.While traveling across the country with my two adult sons and my 16 year old grandson in my motorhome visiting major league baseball parks and the Hall of Fame, we encountered a cooling problem and had to seek help.Fortunately, I called Mainline Truck and Trailer Service. I explained my situation and also expressed concern that our long planned trip would be ruined by this unfortunate event.To my incredible surprise I was treated like a king and was assured that we would be back on the road as soon as possible.The head mechanic, Nick Goldney, was too good to be true.He not only calmed the anxiety of the situation but also proposed great options. He assessed the problem and was on top of ordering parts within a very short time.He had the parts delivered the next morning and had us on the road within hours.I was totally blown away by the care and service that the entire staff provided.I may never be in the Cleveland area with a similar problem to this, but for anyone needing a great mechanic or service you will truly be blessed by the professionals at Mainline Truck and Trailer Service!!

Brought my 2017 Entegra Cornerstone in for a yearly Service. Nick ( Technician ) performed the service, I couldn't have found a better place to have it completed. Nick was personable, patient and knowledgeable, we reviewed all my concerns and he went above and beyond along with a reasonable price. All the Employees I came into contact with while waiting were also happy to answer questions, and generally pleasant and personable. If you own a Motorhome, you know that finding an honest, reputable Service facility can sometimes be challenging, well.... We were heading through town with our Corporate class A motor home. We were having issues with oil and batteries and Nick was awesome to look and it they were super fast and the dude knows his stuff. It s rare to find a shop that works on Freightliner Chassis/engines, RV bodies, and diesel generators all in the same shop. He was awesome to answer questions with this older RV and give us recommendations on the best way to keep it running. They will restore your faith in humanity! The entire team at Mainline Truck has always been absolutely fantastic. Nick is a genius and one of the most professional and knowledgeable people we have ever worked with. On a number of occasions over the years he has helped us resolve issues with our Tiffin coach that others were unable to even diagnose. As soon as Dale answered the phone I knew these guys were gonna be good. Took the time to discuss my situation and got me in for service very quickly. Mike and Nick reassured me, our new coach was in good shape, along with the genny. Did what they said, on time and called when it was done! They also took the time to quote suspension upgrades, based on MY complaints about handling. I'll be back in a month or so to do the service. Nice job guys. Thanks again.

Super friendly staff! They were able to squeeze us in for an oil change for our RV while we were driving through Cleveland. Other shops we called were booking out months in advance. We are grateful they could get us in when we needed. Very FAST we ve had to sit for hours at other shops while we waited. This was 45 min total! Living full time in our RV can make things like this tricky, but they were so helpful! Thank you Mainline!

We arrived to our RV park and discovered we had a serious DEF check engine error code. I called Mainline first thing in the morning and Mike answered and said he could squeeze us in if we could get our 45 RV to the shop. We arrived at noon and Mike greeted us, and made us feel very welcomed. He even volunteered to let us spend the night in our RV in their lot if parts were needed!Nick was our technician. He is amazing! Easily one of the most knowledgeable service techs I have ever met! With 2 hours he was able to diagnose our issue (ended up being out of date ECM software) and even fixed a small leak in our rear tag axel.I can t say enough good things about Mainline. You just don t see this level of service in the industry anymore. I 1,000% recommend Mainline.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Friendly, helpful , a pleasure to work with. Great knowledge of the mechanical aspect of our Coach. Keep us up to date on the progress of the work being done. Nick our mechanic was outstanding. Very pleasant, explained everything very clearly. Was always available to call, or to talk to. Always called back if not available at the time. Was a pleasure to deal with ,very knowledgeable. Great experience!

I brought my 2006 Class C to see them because the brakes were squishy and would shudder when going down an incline.They had it diagnosed in a flash and got my rig repaired properly.Mainline is expensive, but the work is first class.I ll definitely be coming back.Service: Brakes

As a truck driver you expect the unexpected. So when I broke the box where the electric plug from the tractor hooks into the trailer I was stuck 2 hours from my home terminal. I googled a semi truck repair shop close by and these guys came up. I called them they said they would check and see if they had the product and he said to come right over. They were about a mile from where I was. Unfortunately they did not have the product that I needed but they directed me to a trailer repair place a half-mile away and I got to fixed straight away. These guys were honest and got the information to me quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Recommend.

I took my 40' diesel pusher here for a check up and some maintenance/repairs. These guys really know their stuff! They were thorough, knowledgeable and fair.... friendly too. They walked me through everything, showed me the problems they found and were extremely accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars!!! My 2013 Winnebago Sightseer was towed to Mainline near Cleveland after breaking down while traveling from New York to Iowa in January 2021. It ended up needing a new Ford V10 motor, which Mainline installed. Every aspect of my experience with Mainline was excellent and extremely professional. From keeping me regularly informed through installation, I was very impressed and highly recommend them. Thank you!

Found Mainline when I checked the list of approved Tiffin service locations in my area. I then met two of their guys Mike and Nick at the Cleveland RV Show in January. Very informative conversation with Mike, then Nick at the show, so we decided to have them do our steering and suspension enhancements. Mike handled the business side of our transaction and was great on updating estimates and finalizing cost with our RV Show discounts, etc. Nick is an excellent technician and did not try to "sell" us on any product. Took us for a test ride and let us decide how to proceed. After work was completed, we were taken into the "pit" beneath the coach and shown all of the parts installed, and how they function. Two weeks after completion we took our first trip of the season, about 1100 miles. My wife and I are thrilled at the way our Class A handles now, it's a very relaxing and responsive ride, with minimal effect from winds or 18-wheeler buffeting. With the professional experience we had at Mainline, they are now our go-to source for any maintenance or repairs I can't (or don't want to) do myself.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Oil change

I needed a quick programming option set on the engine control module of my Foretravel coach and every shop I called was booked. In spite of their backlog, Mainline jumped on the task and had me back on the road in less than an hour. We're rarely in the area, but if I ever an and need work on my coach that's in their wheelhouse, I'll definitely be calling them. Thanks, Nick.

This was a totally awesome experience for us. We were very pleased with all the work Nick did. He even painted some bare battery terminals for us, to protect from road grim AND he custom made some modifications so we could mount the sumo springs correctly. He also pointed out some improvement that we could make ourselves to protect the gray and black water tanks on our RV. Nick was such a pleasure to work with and he is so personable. We really enjoyed working and talking with Nick and we will pass the word onto other Roadtrek owners.
