Sad this place is so low in ratings, I bought a car from here about 7 or 8 years ago and was going to go back. Maybe there is a new owner idk but the responses from them NOW is wild! I would have recommended them back when I bought my vehicle ...but now? Nope. At least acknowledge that maybe YA'LL might be the issue and not everyone else, Nobody just dishing low ratings for nothing , I pray our black owned businesses do better.

TLDR: If you can see everything on/in the car and verify it's condition, dont trust their word on it. Definitely cannot recommend buying anything from these guys. I've recently purchased a suv from them, and they said it only needed one part replacement and aside from that it's fine. Take it to a mechanic's shop and they put it on the lift to look it over and, well the whole frame is junk, beyond repairable (or at least it would cost far more than the car's price to fix). Called and asked about finding some compromise or way to get something else for it, but they claim that the vehicle was a personal sale and they cant do anything about despite it having a L&M plate and sticker on it and being located in the lot.

if you want a car that works for less then a month, this is the best place to go!! if you enjoy being ignored and getting numbers changed on you, i highly recommend!! he had me pull up to the lot to get a new car considering mine has temp tags still and doesn t run.. and he locked the gates and shut his phone off instead of being real. if you like getting the run around like you do from ya mans, this the place !!!

I am taking this company to court. The reviews alone should warrant people to be aware. I bought my grandson a car and I have put much money into this used car. Ray I am really disappointed in the service at this facility. My daughters car engine blew and his response was it is a used car. Yes Ray a used car, but within the 90 days her engine blew as I stated again.

Best place to get a car, I just bought a BMW from here about a month ago. They were very helpful, patient and worked with me on the down payment. Very friendly staff and the owner is a nice guy! This is the only place I will be getting my cars from, for now on!

This car lot is one of the worst if not the worst I've ever been to. I bought an 02 Chevy Monte Carlo from here. It ran good for about 30 days then it was in & out the shop. I had problems from blowing radiator to stocks being replace. If you think that's bad try the staff. Their a family own business that is unprofessional. They opening talk about they family issues in front of customers while you wait. Plus they known for bullshitting with your tittle. You have to call the police & threaten to report them to the BBB before they even give you your tittle. FYI they got a F in the BBB.

Tried calling the # it doesnt work. They let someone use my card for $670 worth of fraudulent charges. Stay away from here

I don't know about nobody else's experience but my wife and I appreciate the owner and his family they have been great and always ready to look out for you just pay ya bill on time or call ahead of time (IJS). We will be back to buy another vehicle for sure.

Worst place to ever go they didn t have to title til 3mos after I got the car my car needed a booster breaks went out with my kids in the car went up there he never called back my power steering keeps linking needed breaks and routers paid 6,500 for a 2007 Ford Edge and I m getting a lawyer kno yours rights cuz it s a lemon law people!

purchased 2012 gmc terrain in march 2021.....car broke downApril 2021......i had my mechanic come see what was wrong andhe diagnosed the vehicle. i sent the invoice of the diagnosis to L&M though Instagram and someone responded and said they don'tremember the vehicle. I called and spoke with Ray, who said theywill take care of this for me and to please not put a bad review ontheir business, Ray provided me two mechanics that they use andasked me to have it towed to their mechanic shop in which I haddone. May 21 I got a call from the mechanic saying the car wasdone and they will call LM to pay the bill so I can get the car. MAy24 i called mechanic to schedule pick up and she said LM refusesto pay the bill and its my responsibility so i agreed to pay. May 27i called mechanic to make payment and she said she thought iknew LM came and paid the bill and took the car b/c Ray told herI knew. (I knew nothing of this). Now LM is telling me to come getthe car and bring them money. why go get the car and pay for it if im responsible for it???? and i still paid my sales tax and car note while the car was in the shop. I have gotten other cars from here and never had a problem but the way they are doing me now is sad. I will never do business with them or refer people ever again.

The owner Larry helped me on a Sunday when he was to be closed. I had a flat tire and was 60+ miles from home. Larry delayed his evening plans and replaced my tire so I could get home. He went above and beyond to help me and I am really grateful! Thanks Larry!

I would not be returning. I arrived at 4:30p. After I selected the vehicle I want I'm getting ready to walk into the office and some young man comes out closing the door in my face saying where close (at 4:45p not 8p?) But I'll reopen for 6 racks. $6000. Well I fell short $4000 so I guess my money wasn't long enough to make a sale.

Terrible cars , their cars look nice and arnt to pricy , but once you have it for a week or so you get to see y it's not so pricy, everything in my car shut down , and they told me they don't cover nothing but the motor and transmission, how ironic, the only thing that didn't break down waa the motor and transmission. If u go their be a veteran at buying cars cause u will get got!!!

Don t ever get a car from here I had a car from them and my engine went out I only had the car for 8 months the sisters are very rude and unprofessional they always getting smart with people and they almost got beat up for being rude and unprofessional!!

Paid my car off and they stole my car 2 days after i paid it off and gave it to another customer luckily i ran into who they gave it to andvthey told me wat happened dont not buy anything from them

Very unprofessional! I was in process of purchasing car but had to stalk owner to get title. Never got it. Nasty attitudes and unorganized.
