Everyone was very professional. Drove up, no waiting time, immediately took pictures of the bumper torn off, trunk warped, right back light and right back side also warped) took no time at all to get parts. Took me right away to fix everything,, couple days later they called, it was all fixed. My car looks fantastic!! They also cleaned it inside and out. This is a 2005 Honda. I was in a parking lot at a store a few days later and a woman told me what a beautiful car I have . I told her about getting smashed and taking it to Kamms Corner Auto Body and how impressed I am and if she ever needs body work to go there,, they are the very best!! Great experience getting my car repaired here. Able to provide a quote immediately, quick turnaround time with the repair, and reasonably priced. They even vacuumed and wiped down my car!

I have read many of the 38 reviews and agreed with most of the sentiments expressed until last year when the doors used to replace my passenger side front and rear doors started rusting badly. The doors now 9 months later have rust holes through so that you can see the interior of the doors frames. In addition, the paint job done on the hood has been peeling for over 2 years?Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just dropped it off a week AGO, I will let you know when the car is fixed.they are two great guys. I would take any vehicle to them and.watch a brand-new car come rolling out..I am just baffled it took 3 yrs to get a response from the owner very glad he takes more interest in the repair of cars than customer relations and reviews also just noticed they only responded to the good reviews no apologies to the customers that complained,

These guys got me in as quick as they could and did an awesome job. Chris was honest, fair, and reliable. They returned my car looking so much better (and cleaner!) than when I brought it in. Thank you guys I would highly recommend

I have had to bring my wife's and my cars here multiple times for collision repair or body work. The guys were great and easy to deal with, made the insurance process easy. They had a long wait time to get on their schedule, but once I drop the car off it was turned around very quickly, and the car came back a lot cleaner than it went in!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

100% do not recommend if I could give them a zero star I would! when it comes to getting your car fixed! My husband went up to the shop to get a quote and instead of them calling us letting us know what went on they decided to order the parts without notifying us now that the parts are ordered they are trying to get us to pay restocking fees for them sense we don t want to get it done. It s 100% not our faults that they do not know how to follow the procedure. And on top of it they are very rude tossed the keys at him when picking up the car and nasty 100% will be contacting the BBB.

I was disappointed with the estimator for a few reasons.When it was my turn to get an estimate -(Btw, I could have just sent them pictures, the guy was out there for like 3 min and I took better pictures than he did), hurried inside , wrote the estimate in 5 min and handed it to me stating;" you have insurance you should just give it to them because there could be $2k-$3 k more in damager later on". I advised I appreciate that but if he thinks there is 2 or 3k more then what did he miss on the estimate and I will decide if I want to pay out of pocket or not after I review all estimates.Then I asked him to point out how they plan on repairing the hood- WOW , boy did the become short tempered .... He proceeded to state well Im not fixing the whole hood only this part because this is where the glass scratched are ( pointing to only a 1/4 of the hood) and I proceeded to ask well then what are you going to do with the rest? He said they will throw on clear coat but they wont quote on 2 dings on the hood. I asked why not? He said, I dont feel it was a part of the accident--- after hearing that, lol,,, I was thinking " What"?? lol How is it NOT? Items flew off the car and hit the hood?? Then I pointed out that there was glass on the WHOLE other half side of the hood , isn't that part of the accident?? " I feel to do this correctly, if you are going to do this job, I would like it done right which is the whole hood, can you please adjust your estimate"WOW,,, boy that sure pissed him off as he literarily said " I don't want this truck here" and stormed away as a CHILD would with a " tantrum " as if he was 3 yrs old because he didn't like that I might have wanted to pay for the damage out of pocket. SHEEZZZZZZZ...If anyone from this shop is reading this,,, Sorry you might have had a ONE OFF DAY , but this is NOT how you do business.... The Other REASON WAS:there was a older man asking about his front fender who was asking about what can be done with the white paint on his fender. I observed him advising that the whole thing would have to get painted and done... well FYI: a little brake dust fluid and elbow grease get the smudge off in 5 min. The bumper and fender didn't have any major damage, it was more cosmetic.Perhaps this employee works on commission? Either way, I would have whipped it off for the little old manAnd FINALY when I walked in the shop to see the craftsmanship and looking at what they just completed, I didn't feel the workmanship was 100% , the way the colors meshed with the original parts, you can see it was fix but hey that was only one car, right? Giving them the benefit of the doubt---I did not use their company for the above reasons

I could not be more impressed. This was my first experience with an insurance claim and they walked me through everything with the utmost professionalism and kindness. My car looks great. On top of that, they even washed & detailed my car, which was a really nice surprise! I shouldn t have to say this, but navigating auto issues as a woman isn t the easiest task to accomplish because generally, people treat you like garbage, but they did the complete opposite and worked with me from start to finish in the kindest manner possible. 100/5 stars! Great body shop. They fixed my car years ago. They got me in fast and fixed it quicker than I expected it to be done. I also believe they do all their work at a fair price.

I just called this shop was told they don t make appointments.They are not open on the weekends and the secretary,answering the phone was rude .Why would anyone allow there insurance company to pay thousands of dollars to this auto body shop with such poor customer service .I m a west sider and I hope all viewing my review think twice before they spend money here .

My 73 year old mother got in a car accident and our insurance recommended them because we are so close to the shop. The man who answered the phone was so rude! He said I could bring the car in but he can't get to it until February or something absurd. Then "click" hung up in my face!! I called back to make sure that state farm sent them the things they need. He said nope, "click" again! I couldn't believe the utter disrespect. Not professional at all. Needless to say, I did not have work done by these people. I went down the street to another shop and my car looks great! And was finished I'm about 3weeks. Not sure how their work is, as I didn't go with kamms but but they definitely need better customer service skills!!

Kamms Corner Auto bodyThey do a wonderful job,my car looked brand new. I only take my vehicles to them and I refer them to alot of my friends and relatives. And I was able to leave my rental and Enterprise picked it up.

Came in short notice after an accident. Was headed to another auto body and was told 2-3 weeks before they could work on. They wanted me to drive wrecked car if possible til can get repaired. Super clean shop. Manager stayed in contact and made sure I knew where project was. Work was done well and professionally. I left with a good feeling.

I had an insurance claim from being hit locally. I've dealt with Kamm's Corners Auto Body for years as an insurance agent, but this is the first time I have taken my vehicle in to be repaired. They were all very professional, finished the repairs ahead of schedule, and went above and beyond to clean the vehicle and make everything look fantastic.Thanks to everyone that fixed my car and made me a happy driver again!

the dynamic duo of Don and Sharon are wonderful. they both will go out of their way to give exception customer service. my car looks perfect and they made it very easy. i recommend this shop to everyone.

We recently had an auto accident and took our car to Kamm s Corners Auto Body for repairs. The service was outstanding. Chris and his staff completed the work as scheduled. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Kamm's removed scratches that were on the drivers side rear panel for me and did a great job. Dropped it off the night prior and it was completed the next day as promised. I didn't have a ride to pick up the vehicle so they offered to drop it off to me later that afternoon. Excellent service.

Kamm's Corner Auto Body is an outstanding shop! Their work is excellent, their customer service is fantastic and their expertise in insurance claims made my experience hassle free. They will be my go-to shop anytime I need body work done!

I took my car here after being hit on my way home from work. Don was incredibly friendly, fast and efficient. My car was returned to me looking better than when I left it...inside and out. Would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Wouldn't give us a quote because we have qeico. The guy said that Geico doesn't accept quotes from his company. When my husband asked about how much it would be to just pay out of pocket, he just kept saying Geico won't accept his quotes...duh wouldn't even have walk his behind out to even look. Ran and sat down behind the computer. A little walking wouldn't hurt , may lose a few no pounds

Told me I needed to replace a portion of my vehicle even though every other body shop said it wasn't necessary... quote was over 4 thousand dollars. Their competitors quoted a quarter of that with out replacing anything.

they are unprofessional and they are not friendly people. I had very, very bad experience I don't recommend anybody going there.
