I took my vehicle to this man (Jaymes Wakefield) on July 19th around 12pm he looked saw the damage( broken passenger mirror and dents to the passenger door) he gave me a quote of 500 and 250 was due upfront...he gave me a pick day as July 21(following Tuesday) on Tuesday I gave himA call in which he said the vehicle wouldn t be ready until the following day July 22(Wednesday) the next day came I called and he said the next day which was Thursday. Thursday came he said Friday. Friday came he said Saturday and to also take off 100 dollars because it was pushed back so many days! So Saturday I go to the shop at 4622 superior and no one is there I sit in the parking lot for a hour calling and texting to only receive a message that s says this subscriber is no longer taking messages from this(my) number...at this point I am now panicking about my vehicle so I call the police to report my car stolen! And this is now July 26 ( no car a whole week) I then have to call my insurance in order to get a rental car...I then heArd nothing back from this man until August 10th a Monday and he says to come get my car the next day August 11 a Tuesday well I get there and guess what there is absolutely no work done to my car at all! He was so unprofessional didn t apologize or anything and had the nerve to think I was still going to pay him he is rude he does not know how to communicate he does not know how to run a business and this shop should be closed down even surrounding shops had nothing good to say about him or his workService: Body & Trim

Had to go pick up a Un finish truck and get my cash back he have never started on he had my truck for 8monts and told me it will be done by March 14 2020 bad Communication skills

Took my BMW in for a fender bender on the driver side from being hit mechanic did something to my car the windows, turn signals and other stuff no longer worked after he did my paint job he refused to fix it and actually told me I did it everything was working fine even after the small fender incident he declined to fix it got all smart never would even refer someone to him very unsatisfied paint job is nice but he didnt even put my car back together
