A really great establishment. The customer service was excellent, they helped me so much and were incredibly kind and understanding. The quality of the service along with the quality of the tires is top tier. My tires look amazing!! They are also very efficient and the prices are extremely reasonable. I will definitely continue coming here for all my tire needs and will 100% recommend Jays Tires to everyone.

Jays tires has to be the best shop I ve been to. They are very accommodating and are reasonable with their prices. The quality of all their products are amazing. The staff there was very sweet and professional. I highly recommend everybody coming to jay tires and getting amazing service with amazing quality tires.

At Jay s tire shop, I have had one of the best experiences here than I ve ever had at any other tire shop. They have really good customer service, best quality, and prices you can t beat.. what more could you ask for? If I were to recommend any tire place, it would have to be this one!

The service was absolutely phenomenal as they installed my tires in a very timely matter. The staff was very kind and professional as they catered to all my needs and concerns. Prices are fairly reasonable and most importantly they do an excellent job. Highly recommend. 10/10!

This shop was one of the best I ever been to. The workers there are also very nice. My tires look great too. Definitely recommend for the next time too.

I went here yesterday for two tires... After looking at my tires I was told I needed all four. Staff was cool and got me in some Goodyear all season tires for the low, practically new!!!! I was in and out in like 15 mins. And yes they do balance your tires I appreciate the service and will spread the word... Thank you

The price of a good Deal is long forgotten while the taste of poor workmanship lingers on! Broke one of my TPMS sensors. Yes he send me a replacement that I had to have installed but couldn't find anyone to program it yet. The warning light remains lit, every day I get reminded of careless workmanship! Couldn't balance my wheels as they do not have a complete set of adapter cones for their old equipment. If you still have my old tires look inside one of them you'll find the sensor because all I had left was the valve!

Amazing!!!!! my experience here at Jays has been the best! will not go anywhere else! i ve been coming here for years now and i ve never been disappointed! if i could rate more than 5 i so would! 10/10 in and out! Thank you Jays!

Good deal, great staff. On my second complete set. Soon to be a 3rd.Now on my 3rd complete set. I will definitely be back to see Jay and Moussa (sorry for the spelling). Great guys. Fast and professional.

They reuse bad tires. The tires you see at the entrance. I bought a tire from here and once I hit the freeway it started wobbling, they told me I hit a pothole, so I bought another tire... It did the same exact thing!!!! Never going back! They are exploiting the low income community... I already got new tires and better service somewhere else, don't respond asking me to come in, you know why you picked that neighborhood to sell tires schemers

These guys are amazing! Super fast. Very, very friendly. Twice now they ve gone way out of their way for me while refusing to let me pay them extra for their a few hard work.I wish there were more businesses out here like this.

Normally this is a very nice little tire shop l frequent often and recommend often so I decided to buy brand new tires doing installation I noticed installer was having trouble getting the rear tires off they're drum he finally get them off I get my new tires I pull off I don't get around the corner before my rear tire locks up I immediately turn around head back to the shop tell one of the installers what the problem is he take off the tire off the drum also was hard to get off we finally get it and discovered the brake shoe pins were broken I tell them it definitely was due to the hammering of the installer trying to get the tire off they do unstick the tire but I felt like they should replace the broken pins to put me in the same condition I was in when I pulled up to buy these brand new tires I feel like after the sale there's nothing left but the service I feel they fell short of that they should have installed some new pens putting me back exactly the way I was when I pulled up to do business with and since I and thought I knew the guys I felt very disappointed and and they didn't reinstall my air stem caps well it's a little disappointing your facts are not true you stated if my vehicle was maintenance better that wouldn't happened for your information my vehicle is very well maintenance very low mileage less than 100,000 it was time to change brakes shoes but the pins were not broke prior to having tires installed the kids who was installing the tires was very aggressive with the hammer he was using to take off stuck tire though you did call a mechanic when he arrived I had the drum almost off anyway I was going to do what he did myself before he even showed up and I did ask for the pins your crew just looked at me and never offer to install the pins so your statement Jay is not true I would suggest training for your staff in proper tire removal how about that not blame your loyal customer !

The guys here are incredible! I was having an excruciatingly stressful day, my tire popped nearby and had to stop at the gas station to fill my spare with air and a polite gentleman approached me at the air pump (While I was ugly crying) to let me know that I can get free air in the back! They fixed my problem in less than 10 min with a new tire! I was so relieved and grateful that these amazing souls literally saved me! They were all very very kind. Thank you so much again, from the bottom of my heart. Will be returning

Very good prices, the people that work there are very polite and treat you like family, they set me up with a fresh set of tires (all four) had me in and out within 20 minutes, very quick fast and efficient, will definitely return for any of my tire needs

Excellent, fair prices quick reliable pleasant staff, had a valve stem put in and they even checked the other tires for me, and going back to get new tires soon, bout two new tires last year for my other car, had no problems.

Got a blown tire from one of Cleveland s famous potholes, luckily it happened near Jays tire shop and they were able to fix it quick and professionally. Would for sure recommend these guys to anyone who wants a good deal on tires! They have New tires too!

I, too thought that this neighborhood tire shop was professional and customer friendly but was proven wrong. I got brand new tires from them on a Friday. Went the whole weekend with having to put air in the tire. Come Monday.. I call and address the tire... They said no problem.. Come on in. I went in after I got off work.. They took my tire off.. Replaced it and sent me on my way. I pull off... Made it through the light.. And felt my car wobble.. I turn to the left.. To head back to the shop and my WHOLE tire flew off. Literally. I immediately call them. They answer but act dumbfounded. I literally just left. So now they speak no English. Giving me the run around... The owner is out of town... He sleeps in.. And they refuse to the work. Saying they did their jobs... Horrible experience. I really trusted and spent money with the wrong "business".
