Have a 1970 Riviera needed some repairs. And a dual exhaust installed. JASON and his team handled it with a great price. And on time. Took it back for more work. And a few safety checks. Jason thanks for all your trust . And getting me back on the road. AND THE CAR SHOWS.

Had car towed in there on a Thursday.....brake issue.Was told needed new front to back brake lines.Did that.The following Saturday, had to be towed home......brake issue.Before having it towed back to Jason's that Monday, tow driver noticed left rear had the caliper HANGING OFF.I have a photo.They called and said the "caliper popped a seal."and that it would be a $180 repair on the left rear caliper.That would cause it to leak fluid, not to hang off.From what I could find, the mechanic messed up when it came to the caliper bolts.Cost me $180 to fix what they messed up.

Jason is the best mechanic I know, I say this as a shop owner myself, in fact I find myself consulting with him on more complex repairs and getting better information than I can through high end programs and multi thousand dollar scan tools. I'm firmly convinced there isn't a job he couldn't do and despite being one of the best he still keeps repairs affordable for his customers! 10/10 I'd recommend Jason's 8 days a week if I could!

Jason and his crew always do a great job without charging and arm and leg. A shop in Medina was charging me $50 to screw in a single bolt, when he brought me out to go over what he did he told me your ABC.. was hanging so I threw on a bolt for you. I drive 45 minutes to get here because they really are the best around.

Took my car in for a check engine light- turns out a sensor was unplugged. they plugged it in & didn't charge me, most mechanics probably would have. Good to see there are still honest mechanics out there- highly recommend!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They did way more and way beyond an outstanding job. My family and I travel a lot and spend much time in our minivan. All of a sudden the van started making strange jangling noises and we took it to about 7 different mechanics and spent over $1000 to get it fix but no one could fix it. We took it to Jason Automotive and Jason was the only one who could correctly diagnose the problem. He was completely booked for about two weeks but out of a sincere and compassionate heart and realizing the severity of our problem he and his team worked overtime staying after hours and overnight to work on our van. This place is highly recommended he and his team take extra measure to ensure the satisfaction of the customers. We greatly appreciate it and needed it.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Great service & prices. Staff is also very friendly to deal with. And they don't try to sell you a long shopping list of repairs for your vehicle. I would definitely recommend them! Jason: congrats on being able to expand this year also!

This is not a place to take your car to if you need any engine work done at all. Our car sat in this shop from November of 2020 until February 23,2021 and had absolutely no work done to our car. On top of that, we were told multiple times our car was getting worked on. If they didn't know how to do engine work, all they had to do was say so. We would've took our car some place more knowledgeable. WE WERE LIED TO FOR 3 MONTHS!!! I would not recommend this shop for anything done to a car.

Poor work. They didn t properly grease the brake pad hardware on my dads car and now it squeaks all the time. Every time my dad brings his car in to have them address that, they ignore it and try to find something else to fix and charge him for it, and the at the end mention that his brakes may need attention. The brake pads and rotors they installed are less than a year old and it only the hardware needs to be greased. Now we have to take it to another mechanic because they can t do a simple brake job.They installed struts on my car and the front end creaks all the time. It didn t do that before the struts were installed. I would avoid them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Love this place it was recommended by another establishment and so far my husband took our both jeep since the dealership wanted to charge us so freaking much. we bought the parts for both vehicles that it was need it and they make it so easy for us very nice place to do business with if you need repairs for any vehicle so far so greatly appreciated..thaks guys...

I have used a lot of mechanic's over the years. These guys always take really good care of my truck's and the price is always right. They take care of me like I am an old friend. I am always really happy I chose them.

I had brought my car to Jason's after getting a referral from an auto parts store that this shop was reliable and reasonable in price. After returning several times because of faulty parts and strange grinding sounds and excessive leaking , we decided to take our car to another shop. The mechanic at that shop told us that the part was incorrectly installed and had missing O-rings, which caused the fluid to leak. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. We returned to Jason's 4 times and ended up paying twice as much, due to the fact we had to take our car somewhere else. It seems that this shop has many young inexperience mechanics.

Excellent!! Best auto repair shop in cleveland. You only have to get things fixed once and it's done quickly and at a fair price. I love Jason, Jack and all the boys!

This place will help you keep a high mileage car longer. They treat you professionally and I have never found better prices. As soon as your not covered by a dealership for a repair, I'd use these guys.

They did good work on my car ,but the last time I took it there, he said he looked over everything and nothing wrong, well there was something wrong! Guess they didn't want my money , anymore..he even had it running for me outside because they knew something was wrong,as soon as I left, I had trouble with it had to get another tow,and found a mechanic who cared.

Recommended to them by my neighbor. Got brakes work done on all 4 wheels including new rotors/pads for a very reasonble price! Will definitely be back.

Amazing people, you'll leave feeling like family and knowing you aren't being ripped off!! They're very fair and honest which is hard to come by now-adays!! Never would I go somewhere else!!
