Bravo! I got a warning light that the brake fluid on my car was low, shortly after I predicted it had a leak. I took my car early one morning, got the diagnosis quickly and he started fixing my car right away. They even gave me a ride back home so I wouldn t have to walk in the rain. I barely got half way through my nap and the car was ready. They even came back to get me so I could get back to my car. I was so appreciative& I ll surely be referring them to others looking to get work done on their cars. In & out was exactly my experience. THANK YOU

Tom greeted me professionally in a timely manner. Ave the gentleman who installed my rotor and brake was amazing. I was in and out in less then an hour and the price was affordable. I will be returning soon for a tune up. Thanks guys!

This is a great family business. I had to flat tires and called in around 5:30 letting them know that my tow truck was arriving these guys stayed till I arrived at about 6:20 and still did the work for me they are truly the definition of a business they go above and beyond for their customers ..

Went here to get my brakes done and was flat out disrespected: I stopped by to ask for a quote, the gentleman gave me the price for the labor and told me I could bring my own parts if I wanted or they could order parts. I told him I d like for them to order them as I didn t want to spend time running around for them. He made a call, gave me a quote and I asked if I could schedule a time to get them done. He told me he was just about done with the vehicle he was working on, their parts usually arrive in about 30 minutes and that he could get it done today. That was fine with me, I let him know I would run home first and I d be back by then.I returned at 4:30p and he told me the parts should arrive in about 10 minutes. No problem, I parked my vehicle where he directed me to and waited. After 30 minutes I asked another gentleman where the other mechanic was as he told me 10 minutes and it s been 30. I value my time as would rather schedule an appointment than wait around for an unknown amount of time.This new gentlemen went on to tell me that they don t own the parts store and they don t control how long it takes for the parts to get there and on and on. I told him I understood all those things, but if you don t know, don t give me a random amount of time, just let me schedule a time instead. Once again he carried on about me fussing about how long something took and I could go somewhere else and he walked off.Now stood before me is the original gentlemen and an older gentleman who picked right up where he left off. The older gentleman also went on about how they don t stock parts because they re not a dealer and even the dealer has to order parts sometimes and I could have came with my own parts.Once again, I expressed that I understood that, I didn t bring my own parts because I didn t want to waste time running around finding them, and if you don t know when it s coming in, just let me schedule instead of wasting my time. He too (the older gentleman) got defensive about what I was saying talking to me as if I was a bother and not a respectful, paying customer.Since the hostility was clear, I decided it was best that I depart before things escalated further. I thanked the original gentleman for his time and left.

As a total stranger in from out of town, I stopped in last minute and got outstanding service from these gentlemen. They really went above and beyond, and there were a couple of very polite young men who were being trained as well, and they were also very helpful. Just a very positive experience!

On a day where everything thing was going wrong , They were the only ones right! What stands out most is the integrity of the young man getting rid of my tires, He told me 15 for all 4! He was was wrong, it 30 for all 4... But the fact he was willing to stand on his word means a lot,it was never a problem to pay for the tire removal but the fact the young man was willing to stand on his mistake means a lot, you employ people with integrity and for that you will continue to have my business and after I found out its family run means even more

Got a new truck tire for $54.00 and I paid by card. They had me IN &OUT literally. It was extremely cold and slightly snowing guys still worked with a smile on their faces worked together so it made everything and were pleasant!!! Will definitely recommend!!!

Worst tire shop in Cleveland came to the shop poor service was there for a whole hour barely had tires charge me $80 for one used tire and then tried to charge me to speed balance the tire the guy with the one eye drop my car on the jack and broke my hub bearing when I called to speak to the owner and told them what happen he laughed at me told me that it was impossible to break a hub bearing from just dropping the Jack straight down the one eye man did not let it down easy the owners words was you acting like your car fell off of a mountain never coming back worse tire shop in Cleveland don't go there y'all find somewhere else to go they going to rip you off so now I have to pay extra money to get my car fixed which was not broken when I brought it to these guys these guys are joke it was five people putting air in one tire SMH if you have to go up there because you about to die. Stay away from the one eye man

They have new owners & they prices for a tire is very expensive. More then anyone in city. The owner has a smart mouth very unprofessional & if u can go somewhere else. I suggest you do

I go only to them for my tire service. They have good tires and can t beat the price. I ve never had to go back for them to fix something that they didn t do right. When they work on your car it s done right the first time. This is the only place for me. Loyal forever.
