I would not recommend coming here for services. I had my SUV towed here to be checked to see why it wouldn t turn over. Brandon told me that my engine was locked, so he contacted my Warranty to start a claim. Warranty told him they ll cover up to $5,000. He calls me back to tell me that it would be a more than $5,000 job, telling me I would have to add an additional $2,000-$3,000 to go along with the warranty coverage. Ain t no way in the world it will cost $7K-$8K to replace a darn engine. Then told me that he needed my consent to take my engine apart, which would be a 5-6 hour job according to him and would cost me $600.00 + tax. He was really trying to get over on me and I wasn t having it. I had my truck towed up out of there this morning and he still charged me $60 just for looking at my truck. Do not come to this place!!!

Hayek deserves it's reputation as Cleveland 's best auto repair company. Fair, honest, skilled and helpful. The best.

They re honest, do great work, and are a lot cheaper than the car dealerships. Some mechanics will try to lie and say you need this and that in order to charge you more money. Hasek Automotive doesn t do that. They re honest about what you actually need repaired and do not try to up charge you. And they do a good job of repairing your car.

This place is so honest and everyone there is so kind. Shout out to Brandon for helping me get my car inspected today. I know it took forever and that it was more work than it was worth but I sincerely appreciated your level of care. Thank you.

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and time frame. Brandon started off as kind professional but ended up showing his true talent and colors once he was paid.Hasek replace a motor for me and kept changing the prices we agreed to. Over charged me added on things that was not done gave me back my truck not running. Battery was dead and needed to be replaced. My transmission was 3.5 quarters low my exhaust was not tighten correctly. I paid $ 3200.00 dollars once I paid they could care less about quality work done to completion. I wouldn't and will not recommen this Automotive Service or experience to know one you don't treat people or customers in this matter. Bad Business . Mr.Hall

Brandon is the best as they come. Fixed my car after not being able to get it past the emission test. I couldn t wish for no better person to service my vehicle. They for sure have my business. Wow, jack and his team were awesome!!! I'm a first time classic car owner and they took great care of me and my car. Answered all my questions and explained everything in great detail!! I shopped the cleveland market for a repair shop that deals with classics. After several visits to local shops I choose Hasek and am very happy that I did. I am very particular and they took care of me. I would 1000% recommend them and will return!!

I broke down on the highway by myself for the first time, and I called a local auto repair shop. I am so glad I called Hasek Automotive. They recommended a tow company which was great, and they provided me with quick service at an affordable price. I was an hour and a half away from home when I broke down, and they were able to repair my car within hours so that I could drive it home that same day. I would definitely recommended there services to local customers.

Working for a eastside tow company I have done a lot pickups and dropoffs. Customer service is great and pricing is reasonable. Thank you for the oil! Brandon is the man to see!

If you take pride in keeping your car nice, don't take it here. Got my car back filthy, tech didn't use a floor mat or wash his hands and I received my car back with a filthy interior. They also didn't find the leak in my AC but I'm more upset about the filthy interior.

Not even 1 star . It s not about the services that go on there but the cars they sale outside of there . Everything is rigged . The shop rigged all of the issues the car had . Lied about everything. So if they rigging sales on cars don t question if they rigging fixing cars in the shop. Don t recommend even going there for your services.
