Dustin is awesome! Very professional, punctual and honest. I have recommended him to friends and family who all have the same opinion after getting work done on their vehicles. You will never have to come back with the same issue because he gets it done right the first time. Dustin thank you for making myself, friends and family a top priority.

Dustin is just as much of a problem solver as he is a mechanic. I bounced between several shops until working with him on the radiator of my Jeep several years ago. Since then he's solved countless problems across my personal vehicles and now my work fleet. He thinks of the issues holistically, tells me all of the options, communicates ahead of time, and his pricing has always been reasonable. A few weeks ago I was in his office and met another customer who lives 45+ minutes away but has continued coming to him over the past decade. I've sent my friends and family members here and would send my grandma too if the situation comes up! If you're looking for somebody you can trust who stands behind their work, give Dustin a call.

Dustin use to be mechanic for two and a half years. So when I was buying a used car for my teenager I was having him check out the vehicles before purchasing. He suggested buying from him and as I thought it was too good to be true. Dustin told me problems that the car had, that it wasn t holding oil and blew the engine, claiming he had fixed that and rebuilt the engine however after only driving the car for 3 months the car wouldn t hold oil even though it was checked biweekly and now needs a new engine put in. He lied saying he never claimed to rebuild the engine but I only know enough about cars to parrot back what I m told so how would I make that up. I asked him to fix it bc that wasn t supposed to be an issue and he told me to pound salt . I also own a small business which is why I came to Dustin in the first place to support other small business in the community however my business is built with my clients on trust and I found out the hard way Dustin isn t trust worth. I tried filling a small claim under the lemon laws and bc he never put his name on the title saying I purchased it from him I m outta luck. Even though I handed him cash and never met the lady listed as the seller. Save yourself and learn from my mistake. Don t work with Dustin.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Dustin is an awesome person, very nice, professional and every time I took my car here, I have been shocked buy the very reasonable price. I'm never taking any of my cars anywhere else!

From Dan Exton aka Danny Kewl online. Went to see Dustin on recommendation of a friend, glad I went there. I had a brake line leak. I first had it towed to Rainbow on W 130th, they quoted me $825, after sitting there for 4 days. They wanted to replace both back brakes, which I knew wasn't right, after I just had my back brakes cleaned and adjusted a month earlier elsewhere and they said I should be good for a while, and I only drive maybe 50 miles a week. So I had my minivan towed to Harrison's, and it got there at closing time, so Harrison's worked on it the next day and it was done just after noon. $250. Saved $575. Dustin and the mechanics, one who is Dwayne did great, and I will be getting my vehicle serviced there from now on.Service: Brakes

Harrison s Automotive Repair was such a lucky find for me. I stumbled across a small facility with no signage out front and soon found it to be the best kept secret in Parma. Harrisons reputation and skill is all the advertisement they need, without a sign they always have a steady flow of happy customers. For years Dustin and Duane have been helping out most anyone thats been quoted higher prices for simple repairs. They do their best to work with everyones budget and go far beyond anyones expectations. This should always be your first call for service.
