Earlier this week, we took our Explorer to George for the first time. George got us in quickly, diagnosed the issue within an hour, and explained the (very fair) price breakdown clearly. When we picked it up, the car sounded and ran as good as new, which is exceptional as the car is older and sounded like a plane taking off. George even checked in with us the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the work.We would definitely recommend George's, as he is honest, prompt, and fair.Additionally, my mom, has been taking her car to George for 10 years- George, you are so patient and kind to her. My Dad would be grateful for all of your work and kindness to her-as are we!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting George s Auto Center to address an overheating issue with my vehicle, and I must say, I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who listened attentively to my concerns. The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy for me to understand. Not only was the work done efficiently, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was running smoothly before I left the shop. Thanks to their expertise and professionalism, my car is now running like new again. I highly recommend George s Auto Center to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service.

Highly recommended George s! My husband s truck needed front and rear brakes. Took it to the shop and George explained that the front brakes didn t need replacing yet. He recommended just the rear brakes for now. George has always been fair and honest.

George is a great and honest guy. As an older widowed woman, It can be very hard to find a service professional that you can trust to do the right thing for your car and not try to gouge. George has serviced my car multiple times and I trust what he s doing versus going to the auto dealership plus he s right in the Kamm s neighborhood.

George is a great guy. No-nonsense, straight to the point, does what NEEDS done. He told me what pricing options I had and then advised me that he d probably do the cheaper option because it has the same warranty. Then, when it actually came down to it, it ended up just being bad wiring. So he fixed the wiring and charged me for that instead. This is what you what from a mechanic. Someone knowledgeable who isn t out to get you. That s George. My cars will come back to George for everything now n

Do not recommend coming here. Left my car in worse shape then when I dropped it off. Forced me to pay almost 500 for a part I didn t need. Also left pieces and parts in my car that I had to put back or throw away. Just don t come here. I recommend Plain Brothers on Triskett

Honest, trustworthy, and does great work for a very fair price. I trust George with all of my vehicle maintenance. He has also helped several of my family members. Highly recommend.

George is awesome! Very honest and direct, explains things thoroughly, affordable, always willing to go the extra mile. He s keeping my old 2012 Ford Escape going for now which I wasn t sure was possible. I d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Brought my 2000 Chevy s10 in to have the fuel pump replaced. Service was awesome. Prices are very fair. This was the first time having service done. Will definitely be back with the Chevy and my Fusion. Highly recommend.

I can t recommend this place enough! Needed emergency repairs on my catalytic converter and they took care of the issue. Friendly staff and fair on prices. It s great to know hard working and honest mechanics still exist.

These people are fantastic! No nonsense. No overselling for unneeded work. I thought my front wheel bearing was shot - turns out to be only rusty rotors (from sitting a month). Saved $600 and maybe more!! ~Rick

I just wanted to share with everyone that I drove from Tennessee to Ohio to have my oil changed at George's Auto Center. Yes Tennessee has many places that I could of had my oil changed at but I was coming up to Ohio anyway and decided that I can wait to have it changed until I arrived in Cleveland. When I lived in Cleveland I would not go to any other auto center and missed them when I moved away. Thankfully I visit a couple times a year and can still have all of my regular car maintenance completed at George's Auto Center. George and Mark are truly honest and will not try to sell you a service that is not needed. Thank you George and Mark for being you!Service: Oil change

George's is the only place I will take my cars to. He is incredibly honest, fair, and a good guy. There's been several times I have taken my car in to get something checked out or for a minor repair and he does it with no charge. He's just a very honest individual, and I highly recommend him.

George is an honest and very professional guy to do business with. His right hand man Mark is also extremely honest and I wouldn't take my rig anywhere else! These guys know their stuff. They don't find problems that don't exist. They find what's wrong. Fix it. And charge a fair price. Absolutely recommend these guys. I send my mom there! This Place I recommend to Everyone. George the owner is the most Honest,Hard Working Auto Mechanic I Know. I Thought My Car Needed Motor Mounts. It Would Of Cost Alot Of Money. He Called And Told Me It Wasn't The Issue And He Saved Me All The Money. Now If Thats What I Call A Very Honest Owner/Mechanic. I Am Now A Forever Customer Of George's Automotive. As a person with no knowledge of a trustworthy garage to use prior, I would recommend George s Auto to anyone. Mark and George did everything they could to get me the best deal and best work possible on my Subaru Outback. Mark had to deal with a warranty company on top of that and was able to get the parts needed covered. I m grateful for everything this garage did and definitely will be back and whenever I need something again.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Brakes, Battery

George is an auto mechanic extraordinar! One time my truck was smoking and I drove it to George's instantly, once I got there he opened my hood and said my truck was on fire. I was shocked! But he put the fire out and fixed the problem right away. Although some wires caught on fire he had me in and out of there within 30 minutes. He is trustworthy and master mechanic

Direct. Right to the point. Trustworthy. My experiences with George have been incredible every time. He is definitely our family Mechanic. He is always very busy, because he does such a great job, but he still makes time to communicate details clearly.

George is AWESOME!! I will never take my car somewhere else in the Cleveland area. He is extremely professional, knowledgable & honest about what is going on with your car. He's a genuinely good person who cares about his customers and that comes through with his service. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it's important to find a person and business you can trust. George's Auto Center is the place to go!!

Control arm broke while I was driving. Took it right in to George who looked it over and said it would have been about $500 but that our warranty will cover this at the dealership. He could have easily not said anything and got money from us but he didn't. That shows a lot of how he does business and values his customers. We will definitely be back for our car needs. I was in a serious pickle and these guys at George's Auto Center were so dedicated to helping me out. I'm a young girl who knows nothing about cars, and they made sure to be honest with me. I'm so thankful for the work they've done for me, I definitely recommend this place!

George is the best dam Mechanic in all a THE LAND! The guy is fast, efficient and a true professional at his craft. I went to mr. tire about what I believed could be an easy patch fix from a hole in my tire, sat two hours there for them to tell me it s irreparable and you need a new tire, 104.99 plus tax. Went to George by recommendation and was the best decision I ever made, was there for no more than 20 mins and watched as he patched my tire up in no time. Truly the best!!!

Awesome service, friendly owner, very informative. Cost is beyond reasonable. Met a woman who doesn't take her car anywhere but to George. I am sold on the service, very quick turn around. Sweet sweet owner.
