The employees here are fantastic. This store is about an hour away from my house but luckily I work nearby so I'll always bring my vehicles back here. Never pushy, always patient and helpful. When they called to explain why they couldn't rotate my tires, they gave me an actual explanation of what was wrong, not just a generic statement like "they're bald you need to replace them". And it didn't feel like a sales call pushing me to buy new tires, I asked if they could be replaced same day and they said they could, even drove to another location to get the tires I needed. I have 2 Firestone stores much closer to home and just trying to get an appointment is like pulling teeth. And the store is always clean and well kept too. I'm a loyal Lee Rd customer!

Store Manager - Gino! He is a top-notch professional. Expert, patient, and truly a pleasure to work with. I would follow that guy ANYWHERE for car care service. Also - really appreciated Shana - who was friendly, caring, and so knowledgable. I knew I was in the right place when they mopped the waiting room floor 2 x per day to get the salty mess off the floor!

Customer Service person was extremely disrespectful and rude! On December 21st, 2023 I needed air in my tires that were purchased from this Shaker Hts, Firestone on Lee Road only one person working! The guy working refused me service and stated that all the air pumps were not working! I truly did not believe that and tire service pumps were not working but of course things do happen! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

Please check behind or up on the mechanics and your vehicle before leaving the bay area. Shop tried to slick me out of a repair and now I question the parts. Customer service lied and was caught in it as well. Very disappointed.

If you value your life, don t take your car here. A couple months ago I took my car in because the brakes were really squeaky and it was driving me crazy. They said they didn t see anything wrong with the brakes and that they were in good condition, and that it would likely just go away with time. I accepted it and moved on.Fast forward to about two months later.. my brakes never stopped squeaking but I tried ignoring it because they said that the brakes were in fine shape so I thought I had nothing to worry about. Well I had noticed that there was now oil leaking from the bottom of my car so it needed to go back in. Since I was already taking it in for the oil leak, I told them about the brakes again. I just wanted them to double check and make sure there wasn t a simple fix to make the noise go away that I was missing.They call back a couple hours later and tell me I need about $2,000 dollars done of work. Part of this work included brake replacement because suddenly my brakes were in terrible condition (????) This was extremely frustrating to me but I told them to just go ahead and do the work.Two days after I get my car back I m driving on the highway and come to a stop- my car just completely goes silent. Everything stopped working. I couldn t move at all, my engine began smoking, and there was now liquid pouring from under me. I was stranded all by myself and ended up needing to get towed to a dealership nearby. After the dealership examined my car they asked me if I recently had work done. Keep in mind, I never even mentioned the work just done prior to them looking at it. I said yes and they promptly told me that there was very clearly a faulty part that had been used on my vehicle which had caused my car to just stop working. I was lucky that I wasn t in motion when the wiring came undone or else my life could have seriously been in jeopardy. I was absolutely terrified!My husband went up to Firestone today and explained the situation and demanded we be compensated back for their poor service. The man on duty claimed he wasn t able to assist us and that my husband would need to come back on Monday to speak with someone else. We ve already called corporate and were told again that we would have to wait to talk to someone else.I am not a person to leave reviews like this. I ve worked customer service my whole life so I get it completely but, this was downright unacceptable. You don t get to put my life in danger and then shove me off like that. Needless to say, we will never be returning to a Firestone after this experience and I highly recommend you consider doing the same.Service: Brakes

Completely blew my motor on my 2010 Infiniti. I ve never had to get any major work done since I got it in 2019 only brakes, rotors etc. fast forward to pass year I needed a water pump according to them, I was charged $1200 immediately after I picked my car up oil was leaking everywhere!! And I mean completely draining I only live 3 mins from them and by the time I got home my entire driveway was filled with oil. So I call them they ask me to bring it back so again I m without a car for a few days. i take it back now all of a sudden my oil pan was broke. Never had an issue with oil prior to them working on my water pump. Another 475 for the oil pan. Shortly after my entire motor blew never had an engine problem prior to them working on my car! And of course after complaining to corporate I received no feedback, keep in mind there were no warning signs or anything leading up to this and I took very good car of my car

Gino is the main reason I kept coming back to this location, even though it is a bit of a drive for me. Never gave me wrong advice and always made sure I left feeling confident that check engine light stays off.

None of the firestone's closer to myself or my job site, were able to help me because they were all booked solid. These guys somehow found the capacity to say "yes" and squeezed me in. I'm not mad at the other Firestone locations, but it wasn't my car, and I would rather drive around on a damaged tire then leave that for a family member to do. So I traded out cars, ended up waiting 3 hours for them to work that car in, again, without an appointment, and they repaired the tire at no charge because, of course, I have insurance. Given that these guys were booked solid, I am very, very happy with them and their efforts on my behalf.

Made an online appointment to have my car looked at it because it suffered water damage and won't start but they denied my appointment because of the check engine light. Out of everything I wrote in detail telling them what was wrong...he denied my service because of the check engine light. PLACES WHERE PEOPLE PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO WITH YOUR CAR SHOULD NOT BE OPEN. They didn't even offer to do a vehicle inspection. I have 3 vehicles and recently moved to Cleveland and this Firestone is the closet shop to me and I will never go to this place and I will urge any and everyone I talk to that this place is horrible. My neighbor warned me about this location just last week but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I thought they were a good shop because the parking lot has few cars whenever I pass by but now I know it's a lack of proper customer service that keeps them available for the next car.

Arrived around 12 or 12:15 for a oil change, even tho my appointment was at 2. Asked if I could get it done early or come back at 2pm. They took my keys so I presumed they would do it then. It's 2pm and I'm still waiting. They basically took my car hostage! They just told me my oil filter came! Horrible customer service! I'm on meds and have to eat. Went across the street to get a snack, so I can take my meds!!! Never will I come here again EVER!!!! Bad business!

Been taking my old Buick here since I moved to town about 5 years ago. I usually schedule my requests and have always been happy with the good communication from the team for pick up times and service costs, etc. Recently, I had what might have been an emergency situation with a low brake fluid light while commuting home. I dropped it off on my way home, before close on a Saturday just to be safe. I expected some delay in work, understandably, given the last minute service request. I was prepared to rent a car or something for work Mon/Tue depending on when they could look at it. By Sunday at close the team had managed to make the time to check my car, top off the fluid, and let me know all was all good, no leaks, just regular wear. They certainly exceeded my expectations and were kind and good humored about what was an otherwise stressful situation. I was already a happy customer; this made me a life long one (as long as I live in the area at least!).

I got new front brakes from here. Shortly after my tire started shaking while braking. I made several attempts to get an appointment before my warranty expired. I explained that I use my car to work so I couldn't leave it. When I finally did get an appointment, I was told that I could get it back that same day. When I arrived I was told oh you have to leave it. I said that wasn't what the person I spoke with said. The guy I met there deflected and said something about " well weren't you supposed to get your back brakes fixed. Which had NOTHING to do with why the new front brakes were doing what they were. He kept trying to say it was anything else but the faulty front brakes they just put on. Needless to say they kept pushing it back until my warranty expired. I Do Not recommend this store. It isn't the first time I've had issues with them. I wish I could remember the dudes name so I can put it here. I am writing a reddit review as well.Service: Brakes

We experienced a tire problem on our visit to Cleveland OH and they were the only facility in the area that had our particular tire in stock. After they realized we were from another state and needed the tire replaced asap in order to get home, they prioritized us and had us fixed within an hour or so. I made an appointment on Friday for a complete suspension check to be done on Tuesday. Take my car in at 2pm and didn t get my car back until 6pm. Even tho I made an appointment. Then when I called at 5 to check on it they didn t care. Told me to come get it if I can t wait.

Geno really works hard to service customers cars fairly, honestly, and with their best interests in mind. They are always busy, so if you can be patient, your experience will be good. Like all businesses, pandemic has put a strain on labor, and this place is no different. Chill out, let Geno and his staff do their thing, and be satisfied.

This place is a scam . Every other week I m taking my car here because after they say they fix one problem they mess up another . I came in for an oil change and a wheel alignment and my car is driving very dangerous. They say they dont see issue with my brakes but when I stop I can barely . They are liars and don t care about your life . A safe vehicle is my number one priority as I have small children and I travel out of town often. I have been recording them and keeping documents and this is my last time taking my car to these scammers beciase if they don t get it right I will sue them .Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

The staff at Shaker branch are by far the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with across all Firestone locations I've brought my car to so far. They're efficient, transparent, and do not try to oversell their services, unlike quite a few other locations. I get the standard promise of great care at all locations, but at Shaker I get exceptional service, which for me I dont mind driving a few extra miles for.

I called this branch as an out-of-towner who was worried that I might have accidentally put diesel fuel in my tank. Gino was so kind and helpful. It turned out I had not but I was very worried until I could be sure. His calm professionalism really helped

HORRIBLE! They charged my insurance company for a full synthetic oil change I DID NOT AUTHORIZE or recieve! They CAN NOT be trusted! Working with Gino and the other associate was the most unpleasant customer service experience Ive ever received and they are desperate for money at this location! I can not believe they would get money from my insurance company without my consent! Assurant will be notified first thing in the morning!

Brought my car in yesterday, no appointment, to have my front stone guard repaired from hitting a snowbank. It was dragging the ground. Not only did they get me in within an hour despite all the bays being full but one of the mechanics gave me a much needed tutorial on winter safety tips and other safe driving lessons when I told him this was my first winter. I have used Firestone many years in other states and one other in town, This location was tops!!! I trust them.
