Do not go to this location Larry is unprofessional. I inquired about some work that I previously had done on my car at Firestone. I needed to check into the warranty because the same thing needed fixing. He was so rude and nasty to me. Then he told me to call corporate so they can help me but refused to give me a phone number. I informed him I was blind then he proceeded to give me the number to a tire warranty. This was supposed to be the corporate number that he told me to call. I paid over $1500.00 for this work that should not need to be fixed again this soon.DO NOT GO here.

They were able to schedule me quickly and performed services as expected. The service I came in for was to patch a tire that had a nail in it. They made sure all my tires were properly inflated (something a different service provider did not bother to do). Staff is extremely courteous and respectful.

I had never been to this Firestone store before, my son who takes his vehicles there recommended them.I did the appointment online, super convenient!I was greeted right away, checked in and they took my car back right away. It was a great experience, the problem was explained and shown to me, they checked with me to see what I wanted to fix, what could wait.These are the reasons for my high scores! Excellent staff and service!

Do not go to this location unless you want to pay for a bunch of $ for work you do not need. I know these places normally have the tendency of taking advantage of women and those who aren t too knowledgeable about their cars but this place gave me $2,000 worth of requirements that were not needed!I went to a personal mechanic and another Firestone for secondary opinions both told me they absolutely have no idea what this location was talking about and I didn t need half of the work they said I did.Go to the location in Middleburg the gentleman here will not take advantage of you they are respectful, and patient and will educate you on what you need and not waste your time and money unlike the Parma location!!So thankful I got other opinions before getting scammed by the guys on Ames road

Released my car to me without checking out the problems I reported to the mechanic at Parma Location. Didn't discount my invoice to all the work I had done during the epic sales event Firestone was promoting. Had to contact corporate at Firestone to get a file number generated for my complaint issues.

Service is always outstanding. The people are kind, respectful and professional. Car repairs are stressful and expensive. The staff helps to reduce those fears for me with their positive attitude

I m having a bad day #Firestone Complete Auto Care Store #014907 Parma Ohio damaged my car with the lift and I don t know what to do! they also used Hose clamps to repair my car!!

An oil change should not take two hours. It takes half an hour with jacks and stands in a driveway, a lift should make it much easier and faster. And on top of that they try to perform work and install parts without permission.

I had replaced myself CV axle on my 2017 jeep patriot. Some how I got the wrong part from autozone. It was kind a hard to install but I got in it was couple centimeters longer and making noise after. so I brought it here. I agreed to pay $109 plus taxes for diagnosis they actually changed the axle and asking me to pay 700 plus change which I had never approved to do so.It's a common sense when I know how to install the parts and it only cost me $89.99 from autozone why would I pay 700? That's crazy.I was a loyal customer and you will miss one more customer.

Drop my car off for an oil change for some reason they tested my battery without my permission and shorted the electrical out

Got an oil change and was told my struts were leaking hydraulic fluid, all 4 wheels and it was urgent. They offered to put the $2100 charge on my firestone card. Took it to two more mechanics and guess what? No fluid leaking and everything looks fine! Both my husband and I came here for all our oil changes and tires, you just lost a loyal customer.Service: Oil change

Natalya took great care of my car when I needed new rotors and brakes finally. The employees cared about my issues and I felt confident in the services being done. Brian was kind and very helpful. I also got to see my record grooved rotors which was pretty cool. Natalya was a great technician and was able to save my calipers!We have had great experiences at this location and will return for our next service needs. Probably sparkplugs and engine tune up.

This use to be a good place. Got all the tires done on my husband car. Needed two front tires, one had a leak. I was trying to hold off until taxes (of course). I was willing to get pricing for the two anyway because I know I need them. The guy told me no I have to do all 4 or he would not do it. And keep pushing the credit card after I told him no more then once. Guess I will be looking for a new tire place . Kind feels like he was like that because I'm a woman..(sad)

I get my car maintenance done at this location all the time. These guys are knowledgeable and do a great job every time! Lucas checked the PSI on my tires today and he went above and beyond to check other things relating to my tires. Thanks Lucas!Service: TiresService: Tires

Rotated tires but didn t reset tpms and I have low tire lights on now, changed my oil and wasn t told to do so as it was recently done and shorted me 2 quarts on top of changing it when they were not asked to, told me oil change was on them which is great if you put the proper amount of oil in, drove for a month and a half before checking oil and adjusting air pressure only to find that they didn t reset/retrain tpms and that it was 2 quarts low!Services: Tires, Oil change

Brain and Sara helped me out alot when the dealer was a month out and they were even able to utilize my service plan which saved me some money, it's nice to have a place I can trust. I will certainly be back for tires and alignment.

Called and spoke to the service manager, got an appointment set for when I got the car towed in. PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, and prompt. 10/2023 I am moving, tire is flat, pulled into Firestone and BAM, my car is being serviced. Deserves 10 stars.

Scummy company that doesn t honor their warranties. My girlfriend bought tires from here with their 65,000 mile warranty, which is the only reason she bought them from here. She has gotten them checked and rotated multiple times, per their warranty fine print (which shouldn t even be on a warranty since it s a contract) and they declined to honor it because she didn t have proof of her getting her rotations and checks.I have multiple friends that work for news organizations and I m sure they ll love to hear a major company isn t honoring their contracts during a recession. shane was so kind & willing to let us come in for a flat tire, when i called 45 min before they closed. we arrived 15 min later, they immediately pulled out car in, lifted it up & when reviewing, showed us the rest of them were all splitting & let us know they could replace them all, as they had enough & what it would cost. he wasn't pushy & we appreciated his honesty. thank you for keeping my family safe with all new tires.

Firestone Autocare in Parma off Ames road rotated my tires and the next day my tires blew off and I almost got into a huge major accident. They didn t put the tires on correctly and didn t notify me.

Would give zero stars if I could. I'm so livid right now because I was almost deceived by the people here. It's sad that we put our safety in the hands of mechanics and to have them just disregard that responsibility for money. I will explain, I took my mothers car in for a brake check because the pedal was going too far in when pressed. When I took it into this location, I was told that the brakes were fine but that the ABS Pump needed to be replaced. They explained that there was a leak and that's why the reservoir was empty also. They quoted me almost $1700 for the repair and I knew that my mom wouldn't be able to afford such a repair. They charged me about $21 for the inspection of the car and filled the reservoir with brake fluid. When I went home to see if my fiance could look at the car and use a device to check if there were any error codes for the ABS he said nothing was popping up and that he also found a glove and cloth inside the hood of the car. Obviously that could've been dangerous in my opinion so I opted to get a second opinion from Toyota themselves. They told me the car had oil and fluid all over the inside of the car and that they had to clean it so that they could do the inspection to see if there were any leaks. Turned out to just be brakes and rotors like I originally thought it would be. I am upset and angry that they would try to fraudulently try to charge me such a high amount for a part that didn't even need to be replaced in the first place. I have filed my complaint through corporate and called the shop to let them know how deceived I felt and so many others as well. Do yourself a favor and make sure to always get a second opinion if your gut is telling you something isn't right.

Brought in my 2010 ford fusion for inspection and they did a horrible job. Estimated almost 2000 in repairs. 1/2of which was not needed and there prices. Are outrageous. Do not go there. And they missed. A repair that was needed.
