This location left me very impressed and satisfied! I took my vehicle to another location where they insisted I needed things fixed that were A, already replaced or B in perfect condition. This location was honest and recommended the things my vehicle actually needed. They went the extra mile to show me and explain to me how what was needed would affect my car in the long run. As a women we are often taken advantage of Chris and the other gentlemen s I unfortunately forgot his name we re very knowledgeable and helpful and I will 100% be going to the for my services now on!

I felt like Isaac and Josh the Service Writers treated me with respect, explaining everything in detail and offering their insights. They quoted me for additional service the inspection identified but didn't press me at all to have it completed. They the work I was having done was completed in a timely fashion.

The manager was helpful, the alignment technician was knowledgeable, and the entire process was efficient and professional. My truck drives great after the wheel alignment they performed, and the lifetime alignment plan is a great value.

These guys know what they're doing! The customer service was fantastic. They updated me on where they were ok the vehicle and I pulled away super happy with the fix for my vehicle! I'm bad with names but the gentleman that opens this store at 7am needs a raise!

Josh and the technician who fixed my tire are life savers. I cannot thank them enough. I was visiting from out of town and they accepted me as a walk-in customer on a Saturday evening. They repaired my tire so I could get home, they turned my terrible day in to a great one in under 20 minutes!Service: TiresService: Tires

I arrived with no appointment and was in desperate need to get some tires after I made an appointment with a competitor who wasn t very honest with their appointment times!! This caused me the biggest inconvenience but Dave and Anthony were very helpful with assisting me and making sure that I got the best deal for my budget!! I was in and out in about an hour and I was extremely pleased with their customer service!! Thank you Firestone, you truly saved my day!!!!

I had a tire that needed filled every few weeks. After filling it 3 times I stopped in to have it checked. My service advisor was amazing! He showed me the tire, the metal that was in the tire and explained why it couldn't be patched. He found a tire for me but after going in back realized they didn't have it after all. No worries. He was able to upgrade me to an even better tire for the same pricing. The service work was also done sooner than I anticipated. Thank you!Service: Tires

Had an alignment scheduled for 5pm. Walk in, and they go I don t have a tech to do the alignment; they went home . They had no reason to go home (I would understand sick kid, family emergency) besides they do this often.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Always a reason I can't get my lifetime alignment done. They want to replace things that are not bad to offset the cost of the alignment. I have verified this twice now with 2nd opinions at another service station.

Had a horrible experience my last time there. The tech Jon was extremely rude. He was passive aggressive and I was stereotyped. Instead of him saying he did not know what he was doing; he blamed me for his short-comings. He has no problem disrespecting people who do not look like him. I reached out to file a complaint, the store manager never contacted me. Will not return!

Firestone is the absolute best! Josh took the time to actually listen to what I had going on with my 2019 Jeep Compass and assured me that they would take care of the problem. I had nothing but issues with the service department over at Spitzer on W130th not servicing my Jeep correctly. Josh and his team did a total inspection and gave me a report on everything just for 10 bucks. They tested both my batteries and that also came with a report and I needed to replace them both. Josh took the time to explain the Jeeps start/stop system to me so I could understand how it works and that fixed all the issues I was having since I purchased the car a year ago. This was something that Spitzer on W130th couldn't handle I took it back to them several times and they were charging double for one battery and never checked the system out. Thanks Josh for your knowledge and understanding personality. Mr. Michigan fan .

I went in with a screw head in my tire close to the edge thinking I was going to need a new tire and luckily it was a very short screw that didnt puncture the tire. John was honest about it and sent me on my way.

I purchased tires somewhere else they had no issues installing them for me. They had the cheapest price to install, Pretty fast service. And didn't try And push you to buy their tires from them like most places.

This was one of the worst experiences in my life. I took my car to the shop yesterday and I was never told by the shop that my car warranty would pay for the parts and send the parts to the shop. So now I'm stuck paying back $1500 on there credit card.

Have been using this Firestone dealership for years. Has had some changes in management. Had a good tire deal starting today 11/11 and ending on 11/14 (I believe). Like Firestone tires and service was good. Tires, balancing and a few other things. They suggested a couple of other minor things, but I generally have those done at the dealership.

these guys are great! I have been going there for years. Pricing is fair, and they care about their customers. They are always happy to help. If you call a day or so in advance, you can set your time expectations with them. If you show up and say, "hey I want work done", just know that they are busy. They are busy, because they are good. If you want something rushed in ten minutes, go to a lube stop.

Scheduled a Monday 7am appointment online over the weekend to get 4 new tires. Arrived 10 minutes early, they took the car in right away and was finished in 1 hour 10 minutes - perfect! This time includes walking me into the bay to show some issues with my car the tech noticed with the car up on the lift - the guys working here are intelligent and professional. Will be returning here instead of going to the dealer!
