I was leery of visiting Firestone because of negative reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The customer interaction was professional and friendly, and the diagnostic and repairs were timely and reasonably priced. Communication was also prompt and accurate as was the estimate. I will return.

Last week I came here for tires. Brandon was extremely helpful. I was only going to get 2 tires, but I ended up with 4. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My car was done on time. I highly recommend this store.Today Sam is taking care of my car. She was very accommodating. She took my car back right away. Sam was very friendly. It was a pleasure doing business.

Went in today for a $9.99 AC inspection special, & then follow-up with the repair. Right away, I didn't like the vibes, as I was left standing awkwardly waiting on counter person /service advisor who was sitting in an office. She did acknowledge me, but it took several minutes for her to come out.The inspection took 1 1/2 hours to do while I waited. I also received a thorough visual courtesy inspection with a long list of recommended repairs. Even tho some items were already done at another repair shop. I declined all of the repairs as the quote seemed a little high, & my car still may have required additional repairs if the AC fuse & recharge didn't work. After paying for the AC inspection and waiting for paperwork, the young lady stated, "Here is a copy of the work you DIDN'T have done," rather snidely. No warm customer service, I won't be back.

Not a good place to go poor service just not up-to-date enough on Richmond Road very disappointment I had to leave and I didn t let them service. My car had me just waiting.

Sam, the service advisor is very nice and knowledgeable. Courteous and willing to help the client with their questions. She also has a very good sense of humor. I Recommend this Firestone auto repair for your car.

If I could leave zero I would. I put alot of wear & tear on my car. I got the Firestone card to help keep cost down. I had been bringing my car to this location for awhile. The General Manager Zach was Awesome. Helped with rentals and all. As a single mother this allowed me to build trust in the company. I'm assuming Zach was called away cause a new person was taking over. I don't know his name Jason maybe his title was something like customer service managerany ways told me I needed a turbo charger. $2700 later it didn't need a turbo it needed a catalytic converter. So I'm out 2700$ my car is not fix and came to find out my car was never being looked at or fixed when I would drop it off. RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS STORE. THEY LIE.

Bought a used car (Carvana). Had them check it out. They were quick and efficient. Told me it needs brakes in a Month or so... Kinda expected something. But overall I had a good experience there. Thought the cost would be high ( a Ford dealer said it would cost $80 to $100 bucks! Firestone only charged 21 bucks!

I don t recall who the guy was (light skinned gentleman with black hair & black facial hair), but he was extremely helpful and definitely needs a raise! I took my vehicle to a different location and they were horrible. He also had my car got to me the next day, which I honestly was not expecting! I will definitely be coming back to this location. They were fair, honest, and did not overcharge me.

I ordered tires from tire rack and shipped them to the Firestone in Richmond Heights setting an installation appointment a day after the shipment was received . I stopped in the day of the shipment to assure the tires had arrived and further confirm my appointment . I stopped again the following day because I drive by coming from work hoping maybe I could have them installed that day and was told they were busy . So the following day I returned for my appointment and was told they couldn t get the tire off of the rim and their machine couldn t accommodate the newer large size tires . I told them the size when I made the appointment and the manager checked the shipment two days before . Ruined my day cuz now my car is sitting in the parking lot with 4 new tires in it . WOW &!!!!!!

Scheduled appointment for 4 warranty replacement tires. Vehicle was taken at scheduled time. Work was completed in a expeditious manner. The shop was very helpful in getting the warranty paperwork to corporate and getting the new tires pro-rated at a fair rate.The last set of tires was 60 thousand mile rated and they only lasted 24 thousand miles.

My 2016 Buick Encore AWD I purchased from Carvana and had limited warranty from Silver rock/Carvana. Car has 62k miles and the heat went out 1st and then started over heating, so I took it to 700 Richmond Road where Firestone accepts Silver Rock Warranty work. They claimed vehicle was in bad need of replacing or rebuilding engine due to Head gasket being blown, they further said the oil and coolent fluid had mixed based on test they performed, and the soonest they could get replacement rebuilt engine was April 3rd 2023. At this point they had already held my car for over 30days I was out of my vehicle and they only work they actually did to vehicle is replace or repair flex pipe during the 30+ day stay of vehicle. They lacked communications with me and seldom returned my calls. Also everytime I called they mentioned manager was gone for the day so I left messages and 9 out of 10 of them went not returned call. After 30+ days wasted I demanded my car get moved to another facility that accepts silver rock warranty and the next closest shop was Cleveland Auto Repair on Cedar road downtown CLE. Within a few short days they also performed testing on engine and tested fluids and wasted no time at new facilty. They determined no fluids had mixed and engine held good compression, however they said water pump and thermostat were bad which may of lead to overheating problem I mentioned. The new repair facilty just called me and said engine is running good with no more engine codes and I can pick up vehicle tomorrow Tuesday anytime. They also said they did 30 minute road test and car is perfectly running no overheat no engine codes and no mixed fluids. I would recommend not taking your car to firestone at 700 Richmond road bc they genuinley do not care how long you are out your vehicle and could lie to you about the actual repairs car needs. Firestone said it needed an engine and wanted me to wait almost 100+ days until april 3rd 2023, the soonest they could locate an engine. Futhermore their lack of communication and returning car owners calls are absurd and goes ignored. I wouldn't take my car back to Firestone under any circumstances, not even for oil change or tire rotation. CLE Auto rapiar had my car less than 1 week and allegedly fixed any and all remaining problems car had. If I left car at Firestone it would still be sitting their with no work being down to it keeping me out of my car.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

I don t know much about cars. I know when something needs to be fixed and that s about it. I brought my car in on a Sunday afternoon, the day before departing on a massive road trip. Alvin was working the front. He was so great, multi-tasking with ease, had a great attitude, was very knowledgable and helpful. He put my mind at ease and made my experience great. The service was fast, efficient and effective. Kudos guys. Thanks for the great experience. Keep up the good work!

I want to start off this review by saying I m in the service industry. I would never question the value of an electrician, plumber, mechanic Etc.With that said, I have had two very horrible experience with this particular shop. January, 2021, I priced tires and an alignment with these guys. They gave me a quote for almost $900. After calling Costco and was able to get the same tires for $550, I called the shop and told them not to do the job, I ll come pickup the car. The person I spoke to call asked me why, and if this is a budget issue we could work something out . I told him I m going to get the same tires from Costco for $550, which he then said, oh we can match that, and with the alignment we can do everything for $700 out the door . I thought that was odd. But I told him to go ahead and do it seeing that Costco don't do alignments.Spring of 2021, I made an appointment to get the tires that I bought rotated, an oil change and air condition check. They called me back and told me that my air conditioning condenser was leaking and with that it s going to be almost $900 to replace because of the labor. All the things they have to takeoff to get to the condenser. I thought about it and told them to go ahead and do it. A little over two hours later they called me back to tell me the car was ready for pick up. Remember I am getting a tire rotation which should be free from the tire purchase I had a few months back, an oil change, and air condition condenser replacement. A little over two hours and that was $900.I did a very unsatisfied survey and the manager call me back that very same day after survey. His explanation was my very best technician worked on your car that s why it was done so quickly. This guy I ve been working on cars for over 20 years so he knew what he was doing . It s one of the worst excuses I ve ever heard, telling me a good guy work on my car.I will never ever take my car back to this place! I don t even care about the tire warranty, I won t do it! And for the record I do not recommend them.

I used to find these guys reliable. This is the second time I've taken my Subaru to them to have them diagnose something and they haven't been able to. Both times, they've told me to take it to the dealership. I'm probably just going to have to start at the dealership first from now on. I loved their care credit that allowed me to break up payment in 6 months same as cash but I'm finding they are more expensive than it's worth.

My tire was leaking . They insisted they could not sell one tire - had to be all 4.Apparently, it would damage my transmission to put 2 tires on because the car would be a different height - they said ? ? ?Costco sells 2 at a time .The sales person explained they always find other repairs others say do not need to be done .They are all about up selling .I just don t trust them ! Bottom line .

I got repaired ther and upon receiving the car it didn't start. I was upset,but they did make it right by replacing my battery with a new one with a warranty at no cost to me. So shout-out to them for making things right

here is an update as of January 26th 2022. The corporate management did get involved and settled this issue to my satisfaction. The following is the original complaint from a couple weeks ago or so...... .. ....Larry the service advisor told me my front brake pads were 4 mm and needed replaced soon. I went to a reputable brake repair center who showed me I have lots of front brake pads left. Larry at Firestone was not honest with me, and it almost cost me several hundred dollars in unneeded repairs

5 stars, all the way around. The gentlemen were kind, knowledgeable, and FAST! Work was done in less than 24 hours of contacting them. The best part was the customer service. I had a minor issue that I brought to their attention. The company went FAR above what I expected to rectify the situation. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Firestone! :)

Great Service ! I thought i needed brakes. They took a look and asked me why did i want brakes, because my brakes were Fine. They could have charged me just to check them or replaced them without me needing them replaced.They are truly a Honest Business !

Please please PLEASE do not go to any Firestone location. Went in for one tire but I knew my car had some other issues. But they charged me $119 to check out what was wrong with it even though I just asked for one tired ended up paying $1.2k for front brakes and he one tire. And then they gave me a list of things wrong with my car but the list was so vague and half of it was wrong. It s cheaper to buy your own parts and take it to a reliable mechanic elsewhere who you trust. Don t let them overcharge you for parts at Firestone and definitely don t let them diagnose your car. They ll be vague on purpose so you bring it back to them and they give you 10 more problems and you basically end up paying for a new car. I got pretty much everything on my 2004 pt cruiser fixed for a fraction of what Firestone charged me for one tire and front brake pads. Please don t bother with them.

Go literally anywhere else for your car service. Worst service I've ever had. Stay away!Went in for an oil change because I had a coupon. I had scheduled an appointment but when I went in tgey said that there were people in front of me and said they would be done in 2 hours (an extremely long time for an oil change). What's the point in making an appointment if they aren't going to be ready to take the car at that time. An hour and a half later they called and said they weren't going to perform the oil change because "there is an 'aftermarket' plug" and they "didn't feel comfortable" unscrewing it. The plug isn't aftermarket and there was no reason that they couldn't unscrew it. When I got there my car was in the same spot I had parked it as if they hadn't moved it at all. when I confronted them about the issue the guy cursed at me and argued with me. The mechanics here are horrible... again go literally anywhere else for your car service.

Doesn't offer every service listed on the board behind them. They offer services online and at the call center, but when you get to the store, they say they don't do that kind of stuff. I'm having to go to a different store even though I set stuff up in advance.

I had a great experience. The salesperson suggested things that I needed, and listened to all of my requests and met them as best he could. He was courteous even though I called back several times requesting information or changes to my order.

Poor customer service. Car set on work bench for 2 hrs than only took 30 min to install tires seemed like a rushed job will take care some where else to make sure tires and hub caps place correct on the vehicle 1st and last time to this business Tires should have been free after sitting for 2.5 hrs also short staffed!

Avoid this location by any means necessary. They will not honor any quote given from another firestone. Last I checked all Firestone s are chained together but apparently not. I paid $60 for a diagnostic test at firestone located in Northfield. I only went to that location because I knew I was going to be in the area at that time. That location is a hour away and is no where near me. So I called this Richimond Hts location because it s 5 minutes from my home.I called and explained to the manager that I had already paid for the diagnostic test at another location, all I wanted to do was set an appointment to have it fixed at this Richmond location because it s close to home and I know it s going to taken hours to fix. However the manager was no help at all, in fact he recommended me taking it back to the location and which I had paid for the diagnostic test.I politely informed him that I live no where near that location. He stated that if I get my car fixed at this location then I will be required to pay $60 for another diagnostic test because the test wasn t performed at his location. What sense does that make at all? So you all want me to pay you an extra $60 only to tell me the same thing the other location in northfield told me? That is total nonsense. It s aleatory bad enough that they are overcharging me to fix the issue. I already have to come out of pocket $700 and now they are trying to RECHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE I ALREADY PAID FOR AT THE FIRSTONE IN NORTHFIELD.Again the manager was no help at all. He insisted that I pay money to have my car towed to the Northfield location which is pure stupidity. How in the world do they expect me to get back to my vehicle? Are they going to send me an Uber or give me a loaner? I d have a better chance at finding a ride to the firstone that located 5 minutes from house versus trying to find a ride to the one that located an hour away.Moral of the story is. Avoid firstone. If you decide to go to one, then be sure your getting it fixed at the location you ve chose because they obvisily don t honor their other locations like the rest of the chained stores do.

Purchased new snow tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered here. Tire rack provides an quote for how much it will cost to install those specific tires on your vehicle. I told the Service advisor the tires were delivered to the shop from Tire Rack, he printed out a work order with the total cost adding up to double the quote from Tire Rack. I pointed this out and he immediately apologized, knew he has caught in a lie and revised the quote to the exact amount quote from Tire Rack. Criminal behavior!!!!
