Cleveland Hts location is very convenient location. If you choose to wait for your car there are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance to kill your wait time. I have not had any complaints with the workmanship from the services that I have received over the years. My only complaint is they could do a lot better in keeping the restroom cleaner.

My worst experience I have had since I been repairing car is from Firestone. They are very very corrupt, indiscipline and unprofessional. Can you imagine I was smelling gas in my car and I took it to Firestone on cedar road for service they charged me 500 for the service. unfortunately for me the only thing they changed was the gas cap but they lied on every other thing they told me it was wrong with the car. I got the car nothing changed the gas was still smelling when I called, they told me to take the car back, guess what happened, they changed me 300 dollars over the 500 dollars for the same work they lied that they did. I am urging anyone to be there to see what they are charging you for please don t do it on phone or else you will cry like me. I will never forget this corrupt and undisciplined behavior of Firestone, most especially the one on cedar Road and Richmond Road.

I called for tire repair and received a same day service being honest stating 90 min wait. The customer service was very friendly throughout the original call until repair was done. I read poor reviews but it was the opposite. They informed me after the tire repair that I needed an oil change which I was aware of. I had them change the oil and will cancel next weeks appt at the dealership because it took a week to get in, and they were willing to change it now. The pricing was very fair, neither below or above average. The service sales slip was itemized with all fees showing services. There were ample seats in the waiting room but conveniently located near coffee and book shops. A shout out to those working behind the desk that were friendly and pleasant goes to Ms SHANA and Mr AKEEM. Based on my experience I would recommend this shop to everyone regardless of the poor ratings I read. The friendly patron sitting in the waiting room told me she brings her cars for care many times and they ve always been good to her when I questioned her because of the ratings.

Very bad service. I booked an appointment to get all 4 tires replaced on December 19 at 10 am they changed my appointment to December 20 at 10am once I arrived the garage was already filled up. I go check in he tells me they have to get my specific tires later on that day. I call that night and ask about my car some lady tells me her manger got them and my car will be ready the next morning. The next morning comes and a man tells he his manger just brought my tires in lol and it would be ready in 2 hours. But my car still wasn t ready. It should never take 3 plus days to change tires that s crazy and I was lied to multiple times about my tires being there and when my car would be ready. Don t go to this location they are very slow and lie.

First time and last time going to a professional car shop . They do not tell you how much you are going to be charged for the diagnostic which was almost double the amount I've ever paid for one . Was told they couldn t help with my car, didn't even get a recommendation for someone who could probably need to take the complete auto care out of the name. and on top of that they broke an important piece off my car never said a word about it had to find out on my own after i paid them and got my car back. Waste of time and money

Poor customer service. Non follow up. Had to wait 6 days for them to get a replacement tire. We had to call them they never called us to update the process even when they got the tire. When we were there they made us feel like it was an inconvenience for them. I will not use there service again non would I be comfortable referring a friend.

Be careful of the bate and switch. For the $29.99 oil change deal. This is for conventional oil which they do not carry. Many locations do not have that type of oil. They will sell another oil package which can be up to 3x the amount. Ask or look up discounts or coupons.

Staff was lovely and accommodating, they got my tire patched before end of day. The same problem happened to my partner a week ago and two hours before close they were able to go in and patch his tire.

Horrible service waited 4 hours to be told they forgot to right a ticket as walk in after walk in was taken I needed an emergency brake job no pedal and a flat tire is a priority! I ll never go to Firestone again you lost a life long customer and ex employee

If I could give zero stars, I would.Scheduled an appt at 11a. Didn t have another ride so I was planning to hang out until my brakes were done. Left around 12:30p to grab lunch and saw my car was in the same spot I parked it in when I got there, which irked me because no one had mentioned they hadn t even started yet. After I came back, I let them know I was going to walk back to my place and asked that they call once it s done. The guy working the front desk proceeded to ask me what was in my bag, (referring to my lunch) and I told him I overheard them talking about breakfast and I went to grab a bagel around the corner. He said so you heard me talking about just didn t grab me one? Normally I d think this was funny, but the dude was totally serious. I don t mind lighthearted banter but it s kinda weird that he genuinely expected me as a stranger and a customer to offer to grab him food. Didn t sit quite right.I went home around 1p, called at 2:50p to see how much longer they expected it to be. Manager answered and said they were pulling it around in about 5 min. I was under the impression he meant it was done, so I walked back over and got there around 3:30p. After sitting for about 20 min, I asked if they had even started yet, and the guy at the front desk asked and they said no. I told him I had to leave and he apologized for the wait. So after 5 hours, they hadn t even started my brake job. I saw no less than 5 people working between the manager and the mechanics. Why did no one even look at my car to give me an estimate within 5 HOURS? This on top of the overall lack of professionalism from the staff just made for a terrible experience. It was an absolute waste of my day.Do not recommend. Never going back.

I made a reservation few days ago for tire rotation. I also asked how long it would take for the work both when I made the reservation and when I dropped my car. They told me 30 min to an hour. After I came back in 40 min, they told me they needed another one hour for tire rotation. They were very rude. I did not recommend this Firestone for anyone.

NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!I had an appointment for 1pm for alignment and tire rotation and had to take a half day off of work to drop off the car and also had to get back and forth from the shop with taxis as this is my only car. I dropped off the car right on time and was told it would take 2-3 hours (needed this to be done by 4:30pm as I had to pick up my son from daycare ) at 2pm I called to mention something about my brakes and was told that they haven t started working on my vehicle. I then called again at 3:45pm and was told that my car wasn t serviced since they had a shortage in man power!I would at least expect a call saying they couldn t get it done in time instead of me calling to get the great news that my car was just sitting outside the shop doing nothing!!!On top of that, when I dropped off the car I couldn t ignore the shop manager speaking to he s manager over the phone and saying he wants to quit he s position due to the man power issues!!This is just disrespectful towards a customer that all he wanted was to get his car serviced at the time of the appointment he had!DON T RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION!

The prices are high. I usually get the tire warranty. My tires are 9 months old (not that many miles) and they sold me the tires last year. I had a screw in my tire and took it in. Dropped off 11am sat didn't get a call until 2pm Sunday when they had the audacity to try to trick me into buying two new tires plus a host of other garbage including swapping out my brake fluid to the tune of $800+. Why would I replace 2 brand new tires. I went in for the free hazard claim for the screw in my tire. Im offended they thought I was dumb enough to spend $800+ on bs they made up. ($60 for installing wiper blades )

I was a customer for 30 years and loved this location. It changed ownership and all the original employees are gone. Two of the last 3 times were a disaster. Poor customer service. Doesn't bother to find the problem. Last time they said nothing was wrong with it after charging me $85 to check it. Got in and the check engine light was on. Wasn't on before we took it in. Who sends a car home with a check engine light on and tells the customer nothing is wrong? Don't waste your time here.

While their repairs are fine you will wait a long time for basic service and are not offered available coupons for service. They will tell you your vehicle is almost done and it s not. Several experiences like this, the last one was about a month ago I dropped my vehicle off in the morning (9am) at my scheduled time, for a snow tire change over. It took them about six hours to do that. More then an hour of which, as I sat there in the waiting room because they said my vehicle is almost done when I called them @ 1:30 pm to check on the status. If it wasn t close and convenient I would go likely go elsewhere.

The manager, Jordan, is pretty lazy. You would think in a business this competitive, you would choose from the top to promote to manager! He was just incredibly unhelpful with the couple things we needed. My autistic son had to find the number for your Resolv program because he said he didnt know it and did not attempt to do anything to help till after my son did. Our car was brought in a half hour after our appointment which isn't bad..The other issue was we just walked in and he told me to move my car to a side lot because they needed to move cars around and I was in the way. So, even though I did not understand why they couldn't just move it where they wanted it, I went back out in the rain and did what I was asked. As I walked back to the store, I noticed Jordan, the manager, and two other employees in the garage, out of the rain, just standing there, talking and laughing. We were hoping Logan would be named manager after AJ left but we were willing to see what the new manager brought to the table. He doesn't stack up to Logan who wasn't even the manager, nor A.J. who was all about customer service. Jordan did become more pleasant as he left for the day at 3:40pm.

Brought my car in for diagnosis after it overheated. A few weeks after picking it up I noticed something dragging and found they never put the under guard mounting screws back in place. When I asked them to replace them they said they d have to order them and call me when they arrive. I have yet to hear from them and considering it s a universal piece of hardware amongst vehicles, I m sure they had them in the shop.I also took a flat tire into the shop for repair. I had a scheduled appt and was quoted an hour. It took them THREE days to change my tire.

I took my car into this particular shop for regular service: an oil change and tire rotation. �The following morning, my husband took the same car on a road trip to Washington D.C. � Outside of Somerset, Pennsylvania, the car developed a terrible vibration. He also smelled burning rubber. �He was able to pull off the highway and find a service station. �There it was discovered that only one of the four lug nuts on the front left tire had been tightened. �Fortunately, no one was injured. �I keep thinking about what could have happened, especially if my small child had been in the car.After the incident, I went in to inform the manager about this extreme negligence. �He offered no apology or refund for the botched service. �He only stated that he had not been in the shop the day before. �It s a tire center they should be able to put tires on properly and safely.Be wary of this shop, and unsafe practices. If I could give zero stars, I would.Services: Tires, Oil change

I found this establishment to be a real Godsend on a day a tire blew out on I-90. I called many places but none of them had my particular tire in stock. I had my car towed to Firestone on Cedar Road by AAA after speaking with Jordan on the phone. Jordan assured me although he did not have the tire on site. He would personally go pick one up from a sister store. I found this gentleman to be the consummate professional, very customer service oriented with a refreshing "can do" attitude. He and his staff went above and beyond to service my vehicle and help make sure I was taken care of and back on the road quickly. They truly wowed me. Firestone will get ALL of my future business. I went in to have my brakes inspected on Sunday 11/13/2022, the receptionist (Logan) informed that the hardware in my back breaks was not installed correctly and my front break pads needed to be changed and charged me $791.00 for it.However, upon completion of the work, it turned out that nothing was done on the back breaks and they simply change the front break pads.In addition, the receptionist (Logan), failed to inform me of their special offers, it was a fellow customer who informed me of the veterans day deal upon hearing the exorbitant quote that I was given.After applying their veteran's day deal, which was $100 off expenses over $700 and signing up for their Firestone card, I was made to pay a fee of $598.Service: Brake service & repair

Had appointment scheduled for 5 o'clock Wife had to wait 3 hours for one tire.Then at the end told her they cant balance the tire to take it to the dealer!I will never use FIRE STONE EVER AGAIN!

The guys were friendly but their prices are astronomical. The quoted be 1400 and said I needed a new rim. To me that is absurd! I took it elsewhere and saved me $1000+. Also I did NOT need a new rim at all the place I took it to fixed it for $35 so I did not need a new rim at all, and my car is driving perfectly. For tires I feel like they re good, not for anything else. Idk if it s because I m a young woman, but the price is crazy. Just do your research before going to them. It also took me calling them every day for a few days to receive updates on the price of my vehicle. They kept saying they d call back, and they didnt. I had to call them every day for a week to get updates on my vehicle. Every day it was a different issue as to why they didn t have a price estimate and then they said it would be longer to repair once they did find it. More urgency would be appreciated. Mind you after I told them I can t afford it they told me they will start charging me $30 a day since my car has been there but my car was in there over a week! Because of them not being able to find my Kia rim . Lol The price they quoted me was $400 above the price I saw online for the same item (rim)! $1300 pre tax for just two tires and a rim for a Kia? The rim was $700 alone (they said).. They were very nice, but that price is crazy.

Both Brian and Duke addressed my concerns thoroughly. My car broke down while I was an hour from home on a Saturday. Duke was kind enough to recommend a tow company with wonderful service and great prices. Brian made me feel at ease while providing an honest assessment of the truck's problem. The team at Firestone fixed the issue promptly and maintained excellent communication. The price for the repair was fair, and they turned the truck out quickly. I plan to return in the future for tires and any other maintenance issues.It may be an hour away, but this shop provides the top of the line service and attention to detail I haven't found anywhere else. It's well worth the drive.

Wonderful experience. Had maintenance done on my Mitsubishi. The manager Jordan was professional, explained everything that needed to be done. The price was fair and the work completed in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with my experience.I will definetly go there for all of my cars' repairs.

I didn't actually visit your shop. I called. I was trying to buy a new tire and have it put on my car, and your shop didn't have the tire your website listed, and I couldn't get it done the same day. It wasn't just your shop in this area, it was others shops who made it difficult just to get a new tire. I went to Discount Tire who had the tires their website stated and more, and I also paid much less than the quotes your shop and others were charging.

The inspector told me the car needs alignment and it should be done soon because it's dangerous. The cost with a guarantee was $200. I took the car somewhere else and the guy told me there is no issue and everything was right. The firestone wants to charge you for its benefit.

Both of my front tires were low on the Sunday of Thanksgiving break. A CWRU parent suggested I go here to get my tires checked and filled. I was seen within about 15 minutes without an appointment as they knew I had a long drive ahead of me. I am so thankful to your staff and will recommend you to all the students who have car issues!
