The GM Ben is super kind and helpful. They really know what they are doing here. I understand that they are always super busy with customers and all, but they don't mess around. If you need any transmission repair or work, this is the place to go! They did everything they could to save us money and get us our car back ASAP. I would like to give Ben and his team a super big thank you for everything they did to help my partner and I.

Took my vehicle here after I was told by a Dealership that my car needed a new transmission and the dealer quoted me a very high price. Ben at Enhanced Transmissions drove my car so he could listen to and feel the transmission. He told me that there is nothing wrong with my transmission, and that the dealership was trying to get one over on me. Ben was very honest, and listened to all of my concerns. I will absolutely bring my car back here if I ever need any transmission work done. I respect how he didn't try to sell me a transmission knowing that I was already told I needed a new one. Thank you!

Ben, was crystal clear on the issue with my transmission and presented the options/alternatives to remedy the problem. He was realistic with his time frame to complete repairs and explained what he found when he cracked open transmission and all of what he did to make me feel 100% satisfied. Ben is a very smart guy loved talking to him and he did a great job on my transmission. The Woman in the front was so great to work with she made everything a breeze ( I forgot her name I apologize)

I didn't get a chance to make an appointment because the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. Very disappointed because the reviews were so good. When you're expecting to spend thousands of dollars to get your car fixed, and the service you receive from a phone call is less than satisfactory, I would never recommend this business

Ben and Latoya are fantastic. When I called, Latoya immediately got me booked for an appointment to come in and have my car assessed. Ben is so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the type of transmission my vehicle had and the potential issues. I left the car and it was ready for pick up a week later (luckily the part needed arrived in a timely manner). I would recommend Enhanced Transmission to anyone who desires excellent customer care and a an expert with more than 30 years experience working on your vehicle.Service: Transmission

A friend recommended Enhanced. My 05 F150 was towed to the shop, and was told it may take a week. Ben and his staff are outstanding! My trans was overhauled completely, and was completed sooner than expected! Keep up the great work! I will certainly be recommending Enhanced for transmission work!

I'm not exaggerating when I say I've never had a better car maintenance experience than when I came here. Ben and his staff were friendly, attentive, helpful, and able to quickly and easily solve a mysterious problem that another repair place (which shall remain unnamed) fumbled. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be an easy fix -- so much so that Ben didn't even charge me anything! -- but now I know where I'll bring my car in the future if I ever need transmission work. A+

I had Ben repair a 71 Plymouth scamp transmission and install a different shift kit. The shift kit shifts like a Granny s car had I mentioned it to him he said he get me in now it s been two years - I can t recommend people who don t stand behind their warranties.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Shop did great work on my wife's car and was reasonably priced. But they gave the car back smelling like someone smoked in it... the smell is still there several days later. We unfortunately will not return due to this.

Enhanced has been absolutely awesome! Ben has been very upfront and to the point with me with two vehicles now, even to tell me how to do adjustments to my TV cable that I could do quickly, myself without having to bring my truck in. I did a lot of research to see if I wanted to try to tackle the rebuilds myself so I am a fairly knowledgeable customer. Ben was quick to answer my questions and concerns and was completely knowledgeable in what upgrades were necessary and required to make my transmission more stout without overselling me performance upgrades that were unwarranted. He stands behind his work. The lady that works in the office is always friendly and helpful. Btw, my vehicles were never left outside the building overnight, either.I recommend Enhanced Transmissions to everyone I know.

I called to ask if they would have time today to perform a transmission flush on my vehicle. I admitted that I do not know much about transmissions, but it was recommended to me to try flushing it. After ridiculing the idea of a transmission flush, the person on the phone was condescending and rude. He suggested that the computer could be going bad, to which I responded "so you would recommend looking at the computer?" His response: "No, I would recommend letting me test drive it."He asked what time I could bring in my vehicle and I said, "I can drop it off any time really" and his response was "Ok well like... WHEN? Where are you?" Dude, I literally just said ANY TIME. No need for the attitude. At that point, I had enough of his sass and said I would call someone else and hung up the phone. I was perfectly polite throughout the entire exchange.Not sure if he was having a bad day or what. Remember that it isn't unusual for your customers to know nothing about transmissions... That's why we're trying to pay someone who does.

Transmission went out on my '04 Jeep liberty. The guys at the shop gave me a great price and worked with me on price. Even gave me a six month warranty on the used transmission. I would recommend them to anyone
