Fast service. Prices are very reasonable and the personnel are very friendly and professional! They have parts for cars you can t find elsewhere or will help you find it. Check them out and I will be back.

Bought an engine I was told ran when pulled and what I've found with it is cracked valve covers, cracked timing belt cover, broken timing belt, every roller for the belt was rusted out, the tensioner was unusable, the cams were unuseable. The only reason I'm not super upset is because I had a parts engine to use parts from but it's a lot more work on my end from what I thought I was gonna get

I called prior to driving 45 minutes away to see if they had my part they said they sure did,$65 sounded like a great deal when came out here the gentleman told me they don t have it he inputted the wrong year of my van, Time and money wasted, Might I add parking was very ridiculous and Google maps directs you across the street

I paid for a part at 9 am they said it would take an hour and I was three till they closed at 6 and still didn't get my part and they never told me I would have to come back or anything they just went home

I bought a used transmission from them that didn't work from the jump. I had it professionally installed, and once they dropped it off the lift, it wouldnt move forward or backwards.They sold me a Bad transmission for $800 bucks!!

Eagle Auto Parts is a very good place to go to get used car and truck parts. Sometimes I don't agree with their prices but then again it sure beats buying new parts for a hell of a lot more than they have cost. Just call and try it

This is your grandfather's junkyard. They had a great selection of parts I needed, convenient hours, and fair pricing. They had everything I needed pulled within 20 minutes and I was on my way. If you're looking for squeaky-clean surroundings, latte available in the waiting area, and friendly but ignorant folks at the counter, this ain't it. If you're into junkyard dogs, grease, and cars being flipped on their side for parts to be cut out with a torch, you'll love it here. This place ought to be on the historical register, it's really a trip, I appreciate you guys!

Been doing business with them for years. They have good deals and take care of you if things don t work out with a part. Had multiple engines and transmissions with no problems. They keep our shop fixing used cars.

Been calling around looking for a screw. I call this place I don't get a hello. I asked for what I needed he said they don't have it. I asked would he know of anywhere that does he says nope then hangs up the phone! Smh should've known! Why does every business on the Eastside have no communication or basic customer service skills?? It be your own people

So, this place just picked up my car, paid me $200 for my junker. I called yesterday at 11 am, they told me they would have a driver here before 5. I live about half a mile from them. Could have pushed it to them before 5. But I waited. I put off my entire day hoping to have space in my driveway when all was said and done. I call them back at 4 pm after not hearing anything all day. I'm told as far as they know, the driver is still coming. At 6 I get a call back saying they aren't, but they will be here "first thing in the morning." I wasted an entire day already but still need the space so i agree. I go to bed at 4 am when I get off work, get woken up at 8 am with a guy saying the driver is on his way. I'm like great, I can sleep after. Finally at 10 Am I call them back bitching that I've now waited a total of 8 hours and was told two hours ago that the driver was on his way. Guy tells me the driver will call me and tell me where he is right away. 10 minutes later the flatbed is in my driveway. Driver says he just got the work order when I called the shop.Fact is, I could have saved a ton of time calling anyone else. If you are in a rush to get rid of your car, call literally any other company. Hell, stand on your corner with a sign that reads "selling junk car $200" and someone will have it out of your driveway faster.Never again.

Just yesterday had to go back up to the store a second time because they gave me 2 bad alternators. Which I understand your supposed to get new. But I don t have money for new. But I have to go back up Monday just to get a new piece and now I m 2 days behind schedule and 2 days behind on getting to work. I m very frustrated with this place.

I was there about 7 months ago to get a transmission and a spare tire. And what a terrible experience, staff and the owner (or whatever he is) are very rude. I was there for 2 hours waiting for them to put a tire on a rim, noone was around to help, they gave me the run around, had me cross the street to their other building for NOTHING carryingthe tire and rim. And sadly I was super nice to them, and bought them drinks too, thinking I got a good deal and it was hot out. When I went to put the transmission in the vehicle it didn't shift right, I came to find out that these jackals dropped the transmission damaging internal solenoids and wiring, and didn't tell me! Luckily I was able to fix it. Never again will I give them my business and I will steer anyone away who attempts to go to that place. It is a 100% joke and unprofessional. Its a bad neighborhood and like a 3rd world country at that place. Disgusting.

Had the owner contact me after an issue on a couple engines I was sent. We exchanged words over the debacle and he ended up being a very stand up guy. He reimbursed me for the engine plus an extra hundred dollars for my trouble. We shook hands and had this resolved really well. I am going to see about giving this company another chance to help serve my automotive business.

DON'T EVEN BOTHER. What a waste of time. We called a day ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for 11 am the next day for them to come pick up a car to junk. When we scheduled the appointment, we were told that the driver would be there right at 11 am, as we were one of the first customers to call to schedule. We explained to them that it was very time sensitive, as the car is in my brothers name and he would be driving up here from out of town so we could junk the car, since the person listed on the title must be present. No one showed up at 11 am. We called at 11:30 and were told someone would be there in 1-1/2 hours. So we waited with my brother and his family, including a small child, for 2 hours before calling again, only to be told it would be "ANOTHER COUPLE OF HOURS" and then hung up on by the woman on the phone. We continued to wait, and at 3:15 pm we received a call telling us that they would have to reschedule another day. Terrible customer service and don't keep their promises. Don't waste your time! Call someone else. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I always go to eagle first when a part goes out on any car or truck I've had. They know what they're talking about and offer parts that work well passed their warranty. The quoted price is always the same in store and I find everyone to be really nice. Bruce is definitely my favorite. They're quick and honest. I got a great price for junking my truck one year and they hauled it away too with cash in hand. Really honest company. I hope they stay in Cleveland and expand.

Wide variety of used car parts available for all types of makes and models. Employees were very helpful in answering all my questions and the prices were extremely competitive if not the lowest i came across. I highly recommend Eagle Auto, friendly staff and excellent prices. I look forward to doing business with them again.Joe

Needed parts for a 1973 Toyota pickup. These trucks are very rare in the midwest, and to my surprise, Eagle had a 1978 in stock, and in great shape too. I was able to get a large number of hard to find parts at a very fair price, and much lower than a number of other places. Pricing on the bed was too steep for the condition ($250), but I walked away happy with the rest of the parts I bought. I will return if I ever need anything else. Two trips there included a tailgate, grill, steering column, marker lights, glove box, dash bezel, tail lights, and numerous small interior parts all for under $400. Wonderful business and helpful workers.

Was quoted $200 for a cylinder head, and was assured that it was not cracked and in good condition.Drove almost 2 hours to them to pick it up.Upon arrival he says it's $300 because he researched it the night before and that I would need to wait as it is still on the car.When I told him I was quoted for $200 yesterday he said "well that was yesterday."Asked how did he assure it wasn't cracked of still on the car, and he gave no answer.He stated he could come down to $200 if I went and pulled it myself. I'd rather go to pull a part and pull it myself for $70.00, same time and effort.Complete waste of time, shady business, and abbrassive attitude.Don't waste your time with this shady business

I had to call FOUR times over the course of 2 weeks to finally, on the 4th call, have one guy stay on the phone long enough to tell me that they do not even have that particular car any longer. The first THREE times I called, I gave the stock number from their parts list online (which still indicates they have that part), and they said they would call back within an hour. They never once did. I guess if you want to find info out on a part, do NOT let them get off the phone.

Very reasonable! Ended up deciding to get another car instead of keep putting money into my Buick I didn't even have the receipt to bring in the transmission and they were totally fine with me bringing it back and giving me my money. Their awesome ask for Shawn he'll hook you up

Very rude people. Horrible customer service and they are fairly over priced compared to other salvage / used part stores. I'm done shopping with these guys. I've shopped there off and on for the last few years. Parts are good, but you can get good used parts from anywhere. It's theasy attitude they have when they do make a mistake, or just answering the phone.

This establishment has very poor customer service, management and parts inventory. I called ahead the day before to verify they had the part i needed they said yes and quoted me a price. The next day i took the day off work and drove 3 hours from detroit michigan i called just before i arrived so they would be expecting me only for them to tell me the part i traveled 3 hours for was sold the week before when they just told me 1 day prior it was there. Thats terrible business practices. I lost a day of pay wasted gasand put miles on my vehicle for no reason at all. Wish i could give zero stars thanks guys you cost me almost almost $500 today and i still dont have my part.

They had my rim, but wrong color, so it was a huge huge waste of my time, but I may give them another try for something else, they have a large inventory of used auto parts.

Top notch service and knowledgeable staff. Their inventory is MASSIVE! The parts runner in the warehouse walked across the street with me to make sure I purchased the right part. Saved me $150 compared to ordering OEM replacement. I highly recommend Eagle Auto Parts.

Rude, guy on phone was very rude but said they had a windshield so I still went to get it, paid a ride, drove 30 minutes only to be told they didn t have it, after I told him but you just said you had it he told me well we don t lol.. never again!!!

Eagle is great experience for getting an old broke down truck out of my driveway... Frankie is the best showed up on time. very nice guy top pay for truck! They have a huge selection of parts as well

I was quoted 150 on a part. Then when I got there they was out of my part. So they looked around for the part and found it for over 100 more than the price they quoted me. Not only did he tell me not to worry he still gave me the part for the 150 he quoted and having it delivered to the shop. Great customer service! I will never shop anywhere else for my parts! Thanks Eagles you guys rock

Wasted my time. Specifically asked for a 03 Silverado tail light. Said they had one. Went to pick up and it was a 02 tail light
