I visited to communicate my issues with much politeness yet this man didn t even look me in the face when I greeted. He was in his phone the whole time I was talking to him. So I said, if you re not interested in my case, I ll leave. His responds was fine leave. Very disregarding and disrespectful. My conclusion was my skin. No respect for my kind. It s sickening when people treat us with such prejudice. He then followed my outside arguing when I had mentioned his disrespect. This was racist in its entirety. If I were white I doubt I d get that kind of treatment. When I mentioned that, his responds was that generic I have plenty of black friends So shameful after all these years of advancement, people still have such resentment in their heart for other human beings.

Called for an estimate for a specific repair. The person answering the phone was rude and made me feel like a nuisance for calling. Would not get my car repaired here, if it was free. Awful customer service. Appalling.

I have been coming here for years. Eric is a very trustworthy mechanic and does a great job. He tells it like it is and always uses high quality products. I go to him because I trust him, and he is more reasonably priced than other mechanics around. I highly recommend this place! You are in good hands.

Great service. I brought my car in and not only was the issue diagnosed almost immediately but he had my starter replaced on the same day I dropped my car off. I will 100% be back to get other things done in the future as well as refer as many people as possible.

I have used Eric's services for over fifteen years. He is honest and his prices are extremely reasonable. Since my family ride in cars I trust him with our lives. Only takes cash and make an appointment.

Real good service. The work done on our car was done right. The mechanic was very professional. Each time we had work done on our car or truck, it was in and out the same day.

I have yet to use this business so my rating and comment will be strange now until edited later. 4.0 or higher in Cleveland is not easy to attain unless you have integrity. a 24 hour mechanic service has to be a co-op of daytime and nighttime mechanics and that would be brilliant if it were true. I need service right at this second and if I wanted to ring them up I am sure they'll answer, it does say 24 hours. We shall see. No big deal, I have a blank screen on my 2015 GMC Terrain and may need a possible fuse or wire reset, or battery cable reset and it'd be better for me to give a 24 hour mechanic 20 bucks for something "the dealership" will have no problem gouging me for 100 bucks just because it's the DEALERSHIP man.

The right blinker bulb went out on my car. I called 4 places before calling E & S. They came up on my google search. Best call I ever made. Eric was nice enough to stay open untilI finished my work day. When I arrived he changed my bulb and put air in my low tire. Great person. Down to earth and I will definitely call him again for any mechanical issues I have with my car. Thank you Eric.

Eric is a hard working mechanic that does not charge an unreasonable amount for work done. It is a small shop but we have taken our cars there for years and we have aleays been very happy with his work.

This guy is amazing. Had the ball joints replaced on my 2006 Honda CRV by another mechanic. Two weeks later, the joint failed on the front passenger side. So my axle was basically spinning on top of a busted ball joint. Not realizing what had happened, I was able to drive it to this shop (to Honda's credit the car made it). I thought I just had a rock stuck in my rotor. Eric immediately saw the problem. He had the parts store bring him a new ball joint. He noticed that even though it was new OEM, it was missing a retaining ring. When he got the ring, he noticed that the new ball joint was just a smidge too small for the retaining ring to fit in the groove. So he ground a fraction of a millimeter (he actually measured it with a micrometer) from the hole and it and the ring fit perfectly. This is of course what I thought the original shop had done. Eric charged a fraction of what I would I would've paid at the dealer to do this repair and probably did a much better job. He's just a good, honest, classic gear-head mechanic.

Very honest, knowledgeable & reasonably priced mechanic. He's the cheapest around town. I will return for future work when needed if it can't be done ourselves. I also like that he's a small shop that does all of his own work.
