I was just there today at the Cleveland location and as always GREAT customer service. I drive from Beachwood, Ohio because I know the service will be done correctly. I got my key fob battery changed for my Alfa Romeo. I have been going here for at least 10 years.,.. when my daughter needed Keys made for her vehicle they took care of us.

Absolutely thankful for this locksmith! Lost my keys for my car and they quickly showed up in less than an hour to make a new one fully functional and programmed to unlock and lock my doors at the push of a button like the original. I 100% recommend this company!

Realized in the evening that my mom s keys were stolen. The tech (whose name I didn t catch, I was stressed out about my mom) was fantastic. He was so speedy first of all, and he was so kind to her - even made a copy of the key with little sparkles on it for her. The whole service was efficient, professional, and a very positive end to something that had started out so bad. Thank you!

This was my experience at E&A Locksmith. The week before my visit I enquired on price of replacing the key to my VW Passat and I was quoted a price. Of 550. The day of the repair I was shown some random mother board and explained why it would be an additional 100 dollars to replace my key. I agreed to the upcharge fair enough, however I did so because Amir told me he would charge me 620 on the credit card machine to make it 650 with tax out the door. I agreed but I was still being pressured by the owner to pay in cash. This was not feasible to me and I explained this to Amir the owner. He gave me a very difficult time using my credit card and I had my passport to verify my identity all the while I was continuously being goaded into getting cash. I was told to figure it out . Another employee comes out and enters my info into the screen to take the payment. I wound up being charged 702 dollars for something that I was qoauted for 550. Best part y all I pick my car up and my I.D is on the seat. All that frustration for nothing. I felt pressured and the payment handling was very unprofessional. I was told a different price literally every time I went down and pressured from the beginning to pay In cash which didn t work for my business I run. I live down the street from this business and will just go to the place and I will be taking my cars to the dealership from now on, because if I m going to get overcharged I can at least have it done while watching sports center and drinking coffee in a pleasant waiting area. I gave them two stars because my key works. Other than that, it s gonna be a no for me dawg.

They came out immediately and we re very professional. They listened well to what I needed and got the job done. They had everything they needed with them to do an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

The lock button on my key fob for my 2017 civic was broken and stuck down causing my car to lock repeatedly, also setting the alarm repeatedly. Every other locksmith told me I'd have to buy a new key, have it cut and programmed charging nearly $200, and E & A actually FIXED my key, instead of just replacing it, and for much less than a new key. I walked in, and was there less than an hour, and my key works like new again! 10/10 would recommend giving them a call first before replacing your fob anywhere else.

First priced at the dealer and then went to E&A on a recommendation. Great pricing and a quick turn around. Dealership wanted 4 days, E&A had us good to go in a couple hours. Friendly and knowledgeable would definitely recommend to any one else.

Dean is like a key ninja!! We had lost the only key to one of are ATV s. And was having a hard time getting one made Dean not only made one in about 10 minutes he made a spare too!!! Reasonably priced, good customer service and the best at making keys!! Would definitely recommend them! Thanks Dean you made my kids and grandkids very happy!!

This company is terrific! Other locksmiths said they couldn't come for a week or two weeks. Plus, they didn't seem confident they could fix it and said if I need parts they may not be able to get them. E & A came in 10 minutes and had my sliding glass balcony door lock fixed in 10 minutes! The technician who came, Wesley, was super nice, confident in his skills and ability to fix it and the ability to get or order parts if needed, and very knowledgeable! The price was also a great bargain! I HIGHLY recommend E&A Locksmith!!

I recently had an issue with my key being stuck. I went with E&A mostly because no mechanic was willing to get involved and the other locksmith I tried calling did not answer. I needed my car working and I was originally quoted $250. I wasn't able to get the work done the same day that I made the call and so I told him I'd call back the next day. When I called back the price miraculously changed. It went from a definite $250 and "I can definitely fix the issue" to $150-$300 and "it depends on what I have to do." So the only reason I still went with them knowing they would probably charge me the highest amount is because I badly needed my car working and they were willing to come to my house. It only took him about 10-12 minutes to fix the issue and make a key which is cool but I did not need the extra key and then he says "and I didn't charge you for the key." Obviously he did if he changed his price from $250 to $300. He promised the extra key back when he told me $250.I already had an extra key and could have gotten one made for less than $50 in a machine if I needed another one. So overall it was a good experience but I did not appreciate the price change. It was cheaper than the dealer but for how quickly he did the job, I'm not sure what I paid for... I already had everything prepared for him

We drove 50 minutes to get Emir's help for replacing the lock on our car. I had called multiple locksmiths, but none were able to help. When two of them suggested calling E&A, I thought that was a good sign. And it was! They were able to fix the lock, and get us new keys. All for a fraction of the price the dealer had quoted me. If ever I need them again, it is worth the drive! Thanks guys!

AG was so friendly and welcoming. I had to call him several times and changed addresses on him after he came to my house. His attitude never changed. He was amazingly accommodating. He made a new key for my car in leas than 15 min. These folks know customer service. Outstanding!

The owner could not have been nicer and he gave me a great price on a replacement second key for my Honda Odyssey, even threw in a house key for free! He was also so great with my kids who seemingly wanted to touch everything in the store. He gave them each a keychain of their choice and would not let me pay for them. Highly recommend this business!!

Key fob went out, called 5 minutes before closing. The owner told us to come down, fixed our fob, and even followed us to the car down the street to make sure it worked!! I highly recommend!!! Great personable service!

I cannot say enough good things about Emir and his team. They are professional, reliable, friendly, and high quality. I went to E&A to get a car key fob replacement and they took care of everything. There were other customers in the store while I was in there, and they left the place as satisfied with the service as I did. I cannot thank Emir and his team enough. I highly recommend E&A! They provide the best service in town!

I had an immediate need for a locksmithto move a car I own that a friend borrowed and abandoned with no keys. Amir came and took care of it quickly, even helped with an issue with the car. Personable and knowledgeable. I d use them again if needed.

Highly recommend E & A Locksmith! Great customer service, high quality work, quick turnaround. Someone tried to steal my Kia, but Emir made a wonderful repair, and now my truck is just like new!

My fianc� needed a rare car key that was no longer in production. Emir and his team were not phased by this challenge and cut a new key in about an hour for a fraction of what dealerships and other manufacturers quoted (an those folks also quoted between two and eight months turnaround time!!) Lifesaving service. Highly recommend.

Emir and his team at A & E delivered! We needed a specific Hyundai five button replacement key. He confirmed it was in stock before we drove to the store on Lorain Avenue and was able to help us by programming the exact car key we needed. Thanks for being open for full service on a weekend!

Outstanding service!!! I lost all keys to my Subaru and it was stuck at the airport. First locksmith I called came out and told me my keys were impossible to make because of programming and codes etc. I wanted a second opinion, so I called E&A. They showed up and didn t leave until the job was done. It was a tricky car to deal with, but they got me back on the road. These guys are the best and I can t say enough good things about them here!

Happy to find a reasonably priced solution for the 2nd (chip) key I needed for my '06 Wrangler.Once back at base, Emir took no time getting my new key cut and setup so I could be on my way. Only went 4 stars since the cut seems a wee bit off as I hafta jiggle the key a little to open the tailgate lock.Be advised that E & A's temporarily located on the SE corner of 105th & Lorain, which is somewhat of a hassle, esp. in the 3 o'clock hour when cars clog the curb side of Lorain waiting to pick up their kids from skool.Will definitely be back should I need lock or key work in the future.

We had our 2006 Saab convertible in there for less than 30 minutes today! They had the new fob prorammed and good to go! This after it was at a GM dealership for 8 days that said they could do it. Couldn't be happier with you guys!!
