I been coming here since I was a kid now I love the place but this lady named Sue is the most disrespectful lady over a smiple question I will never deal with her again customers service is 100% a 0 she does not care about anyone's problems even if it's something simple

I had called earlier this day..and talked to "Rob". I had been told by a repair shop that I needed front brakes..pads & rotors..replaced. The cost the repair shop quoted me was $300. I had called several other auto parts stores and Detroit Auto Parts..now on Pearl Rd..still in Cleveland..had the best prices. Went in and Rob immediately pulled my merchandise..purchased them for $171.00 even..and even had enough left over to get a new cabin air filter for my car..for $9.00. If I ever need auto parts again for my vehicle..Detroit Auto Parts..on Pearl Rd..will be my first consideration. Thank you. Respectfully Glenn

Great place to get the parts you need to get back on the road. Friendly Service and knowledgeable staff. Very good prices as compared to chain auto Parts stores. Sue's awesome!

If ur gonna say you close at 7 then close at 7 no reason I should be going before 7 no reason I should be getting there more than 5 minutes before then and not being able to get in

I go here 2 or 3 times a week. Always a good deal without hassle... especially the sales lady (Sue). She'll always go the extra mile to find what you need....

Prices are good and some of the staff are helpful. Was there today and 3 of the women "working" were standing around talking while 1 woman and 1 man actually worked. Made me stand there until the guy was done with his customer. Not always like this. Was like this today and i was already having a rough day. Will still go there when gene is working.

I used to come here. Loved it. Very helpful people. I need a part for my car and I completely forgot about these guys. 15 more minutes till they open and I know for a fact my control arm will be 1/3 cheaper then autozone or anywhere else. Keep it up guys.

Very nice people I do like when I called and my order was ready once I got there it didn't take long I do appreciate the exchange I was able to receive because my mechanic went for me getting a certain part and then changed his mind that I needed another part so I'm glad that they did work with me now that I know that had they do not give refunds for electric parts

I dont think price wise i would be able to find a better deal. Service was fast, everything was explained in detail and the work was done right. I never felt good about getting my car repaired i usually feel like they are ripping me off but not at all here. Thank You so much for your help.

Great place to get car parts for cheap . Usually alot cheaper than regular part stores like auto zone etc. Good people that work there . I go here for all my car parts now and save alot of money .

They had great prices, but when I got the parts they were bad EACH time I had got them and got put on. Went to the store to talk to someone about fixing the problem and the guy was rude! And tried to get me to by the parts again. I had to leave cause I was pregnant and didn't want to raise my pressure by going off!

I really can be more satisfied with this store, always i get the right parts and I never had no issues, plus the prices are the best in town, and Jazmin is the best employee at the store and her customer service is amazing, she always take her time to find the best part and the best price, she always get the parts on time, I can t be more happy to buy car parts there.Thanks Jazmin and Detroit Auto Parts..!!

These would of cost me a lot more at any other Auto parts. I paid only $10.00 a piece plus tax. Love this place. And the people are amazing.

They always have the part I need and it was cheaper than AutoZone. They have ome parts. I will refer them to anyone in need of a part for their vehicle.

Best prices& service around! Visited a mannny of auto part places all across cleveland, parma and beyone. I'll never go anywhere else after stopping in here. Knowledgeable people that are happy to help.
