Great Auto Parts Store. Find the parts you need at a great price, usually cheaper than the other Guys. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Find OEM parts at a great price. Always busy so pack your patience but leave as a satisfied customer.

They did not have bolt, but went above and beyond to fine a $8.45 bolt that match my car. IF YOU NEED A CAR PART CALL DETROIT AUTO PARTS OF EUCLID.

I hate to say racist, but the staff clearly are rude to people of color. No introduction whatsoever just a what do you need attitude or ignore you while you wait with no one else in line so they don t have to service you. If you can find another store with reasonable prices try to go to them because I definitely won t be spending my money with people who care not to acknowledge me

Very very good prices, waaaayyyyy more cheaper than Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, and Advanced Auto. AutoZone wanted to charge me $120 for two drum brakes. I was told to try Detroit Auto parts and I got to drum brakes for $60 instead of $60 A PIECE like Auto Zone. Always trust this place to be way more cheaper with the same quality.

My personal experience...Every time you call you get placed on hold and the killing thing is half the time they don't be doing anything inside the store. I have actually called, been placed on hold, and driven there while still on hold only to get there, go inside and they are looking at menus for restaurants. I've been inside while the phones were ringing and customers were placed on hold instead of being helped right then and there. This place is so poorly run/managed that I'm surprised it's still open. I guess when some don't want to take the ride elsewhere they'll settle for mediocrity in the customer service department. Not me...I'll drive out of my way to get A1 service.

Every time I need a part I go to Detroit Auto first. They usually have my part or can get it quickly. They're fast and friendly service and knowledge of Auto parts keeps me going back every time. Thanks guys

Decided to get a part from here because it was a closer walk from my house than the big chain I normally drive to. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices were better and they went above and beyond. This will be my first stop from now on, and I'm really happy to be able to shop local.

Best price on car parts around. If they dont have it in stock, they can get it within an hour or so. Beats franchise auto spots by big $ every time. Staff is no BS straight to the point. Get you in and out. Highly recommend checking with Detroit auto before you make Any other parts purchase.

Cheep prices for auto parts. They are knowledgeable and they know a lot about cars. If you call on a busy day you may have to hold. But do buy your auto parts there. I buy all my parts from them for both of my cars.

Their pricing is very good and they usually have the part what they very No-Frills store. But when you want the part at a deep discount price they have it. Paid cash and it's even better.
