I had the worst experience with the employee named Tom! We always get parts from this location, and we received the wrong part. We called to ask about exchanging the part, but the response was very rude from Tom! He does not have any source of customer service skills, he yells on the phone and is very disrespectful. He doesn't understand how to speak on the phone and doesn't admit to making mistakes! Scott, though is a very respectful and a amazing gentle man! He has the best customer service skills and is very professional. Scott should definitely be the one answering phones and speaking to customers, Tom is not professional and should not be the company's face!

Helpful advice. Affordable prices. Very communicative if something goes wrong in the process. Always able to track down a part when I need it. Also a small part of Cleveland history. Family owned! Cool place to work!

I paid for the spare part from them, after they removed it, the spare part turned out to be not the same. I asked for my money back, they charged me $60 for the refund.

They sold me a part that didn't work then charged me a restocking fee when I brought it back. When I first purchased the part they said it had been tested and it worked. They may have tested it I don't know but I do know that it didn't work.

Walked the lot for a specific part with sales advisor. Part undamaged and a very easy part to disassemble, nothing in the way. Agreed to price, paid cash in full.Picked up the part later, it had two dents in it and scratched to the metal.No discount was given or even any considerations.They don t care about they just want your money. And it was not a cheap part.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful!! I wanted to save a drive down to Cleveland and asked for photos of the parts I needed. Without hesitation the staff quickly texted me photos!

Don't believe what they tell you over the phone. I drove over 2 hours to get seats after I was told they had no holes in them. The drivers seat had large cigarette burn entirely through the bottom bolster. I asked if the price could be adjusted but was told the person was on vacation and they could not help. They neglected to tell me the owner was there and could decide if any price adjustment could be made. I paid $1400 for the seats and no adjustment due to their poor internal communication and honesty.

This is the worst place I have ever been too. People in office are rude and mean when your a customer trying to get work done and willing to pay what the were asking but because of the attitude and total lack of respect for customer I will get my work done elsewhere. These people need to learn how to treat people especially when your in a service industry. Lost my business and ill make sure my friends and family and anyone I know will never shop here or have a repair done here. Worst experience ever

A hard to find part was no problem for Jim and the crew at Denison. I called, they had it, they shipped it fast and cheap. This kind of service is so rare these days. I call them first.

They had the part I needed. It was ready for pick up when I got there as expected and the part was in better condition than expected. The price was more than fair. Very professional and friendly service. I will use them again when the need arises.

I've been getting parts from here for at least 15 years. the prices are great and work well, staff is compiled of mechanics who know answers to your questions. give them a call before you buy that overpriced part from the dealership!

They solicit email requests from those looking for parts and then abandon those requests when you provide the additional information regarding the part you're looking for. No response after multiple inquires into the part's availability. Could not be treated worse.

This was my first experience purchasing used auto parts and it was very much hassell free. Tom even told me how to install the HVAC control panel in my car. It took me 30 minutes to do this myself, car dealership wanted $800 and I was able to do it myself for $80. Thanks Tom for your help...

There are so many auto parts shops, Denison Auto Parts is the only one has rude attitude, careless about thier customer. They don't understand good service and respect will earn you more customers than just barely lower price.

I called there they said they had my part quoted me a price so I said I'll be there in a little while. I get there waited about 30 minutes and nobody came out with my part so the guy went to go find himself came back and told me they don't have it it's missing .wasted time going there
